A cappella Group Auditions

Hey, so I want to try out for an a cappella group at my school. I really want to be in an a cappella group, but they're extremely competitive. So, I'd like to pick a good song for my audition. Does anyone have any recommendations of songs that would be really good for an audition? A song that would "wow" the people judging the auditions?... lol

hi!!! can anyone tell me how to take a video and just turn it into the song? what i mean is that i just wand the sound and not the video anymore so i can put it on my ipod my iphone or my mp3player i use in the car.
does anyone know how to do this?

I Can't Figure it Out

There is an episode of Degrassi where Danny falls for Leia but Derek likes her as well. While Leia is dancing in the gym, Danny is watching her and there is a song playing in the background with the words "I can't figure it out" but I don't know who sings it or what it is called (unless it's called I can't figure it out) :p Can someone tell me the song name and the artist?!

Taking private lessons? (For violin)

My orchestra teacher has recommended that I take private lessons.... Money is not a concern for me, but I'm not sure what I want to do. I'm currently a freshman, and I play the violin. In middle school, I was a pretty decent/good violinist, seeing as how I was first chair (not to brag or anything)... The thing is, I'm just so confused with everything I've learned. No offense to my teacher, but in middle school, my teacher honestly didn't teach us that well, or that much at all. Now I'm in high school; it's almost like I don't know anything, but I try to 'go with the flow'. It's only some things that I'm confused or lost on. I'm not a horrible player. But I'm not 'the best' either. Now the thing is, I'm honestly nervous to get a private teac...

ok so there is this song i heard a REALLY long time ago and i fell in love with it. it had the word sun or sunshine (something like that) and it sounded kind of like nevershoutnever. the video i saw on youtube had a blue background and white letters and it is the most amazing song in the world. i have been looking EVERYWHERE on utube for the longest time and i dont think anyone understands how desperate i am to find this song !!!!!!!!!!! please help !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 14/f and i love to sing. i cannot describe how much i love it. i play guitar and piano, and also have singing lessons. I think i am good, but i dont want to be the girl with a dream who it never really happened for. i believe i could make it famous, but i want to know what to do next. i have talked with my parents, my mum thinks i could make it. but my dad gave me the whole 'its a tough business' talk. it really put me down because its all i can think about. i dont really talk about it with my friends because most people think its a silly idea and would take the mick. I know that i could do this. if i had the chance.
I am from England by the way, so just wondering if anyone knew about any auditions etc. or places where ...

so i have this short part of a song stuck in my head and i cant figure out what songs its from.
its like "na na na na , na na na na na, na na na na na. " and repeats. cant really explain . kinda an upbeat song. pleasee help!

I am just not sure where to start or what to say. I know I want stuff to rhyme and to use big words to and good metaphors. It just seems easier to write about a girl, but im writing about a guy. Any tips?
