h0w much weight SHOULD i lose?? Posted Monday November 8 2004, 6:42 pm
hey im on my skool soccer team and we run soo much...we run for two hours every day! and at the end of the soccer season we go to track for t he rest of the year to keep us in shape for next yrs soccer season....im 5'2 and i weigh 124 lbs..im starting to get celulite on my butt and my thighs and not big but they r flabby same with my stomach and i kinda have love handels....should i lose this weight if im runnin so much? how much weight do u think i should be losing??

I didn't know what category to put this is... but what are your opinions on tall girls.. I am 13 and 5"8" do u think thats weird cuz im starting to feel self consious but every1 is sayin its good cuz i can be a model.. any thought? think boys will like me or be intimdated?

I've been doing sit-ups for about a month and a half now basically everyday ( i do 3- sets of 35). My stomach isn't getting any tighter and i still can't see any abs at all, its just kinda pudgy. Any advice on differant ways to get an amazing set of abs? thanks for your time.

I have always been worried about how i look in a bathing suit. This December i am going on a cruise and i really would like to look great in a 2 piece. Does anyone know any good work outs or diets i could go on just to shed some pounds in time for it so i dont look weird. (Most of the problem is my stomach and my legs) PLEASE HELP!

I went on this diet before and I lost 12 lbs. But after it I put 30 lbs. on and now I way about 135 lbs. at the age of 13. I would like to loose and way about 108. But I dont know I might start making my self barf I really need help. I am a ok size but I were a size 7 in jr. and I would just like to skinny can you tell me some diets that will be safe and not hard to cheat on please help me I dont want to be FAT

how do u loose the flab in ur legs? besides running, because that just seems to make mine musclier (and bigger) so if you have any good leg workouts that would help~thatd be great!!

ive been trying to stay healthy and fit but i dont have any aftershool excersise so i just want some suggestions on what sports or activities are good and produce good results

Do diet pills really work? I know there not healthy or anything. But i was thinking that if I went to my doctor they could perscribe me some healthy diet pills. Has anyone ever took them or a family/friend? And did it actually work. And yes I DO need to lose weight. Not a little about 100 pounds or so by next september or december. --And im also talking about the diet pills you can by in the stores. Thanks!

I was wondering any tips on helping me lose weight. I use to be pro at it and had a good diet and exercised... then I got my license and I have just gained gained gained! I'm not fat or anything I am 5'7 130lbs but i use to be 110 and thats where I would like to go. I know ALOT about losing weight and calories and exercise but i was wondering if anyone could give me tips that they think works that isn't the regular, cut your calories exercise more deal?

I need to lose some weight. I am so unhappy with myself, I try so hard to lose weight but can never go through with it. I need some advice with this. Ok, I have 2 years to lose 100 pounds or so! I need help though lol. What is the best diet south beach,atkins, ect. Like what should I do. And do you think it would take 2 years or shorter? And what should i NOT eat. Thanks if you can help me!

Hey, im 5'1 and i like my body weight the way it is right now, but my stomach is fat (the fattest part of my body), and unproportional to my body. i really wanna get a flat stomach like i used to, but i dont want to loose any weight. Is there any way to lose the fat on my stomach? or make it look better?

Okay i'm about 5'1" or 5'2" and i think i'm fat because i weight inbetween 125-130 but i'm on a diet, basically just for healthy foods and just cutting it down a little bit, i'm in volleyball theory at high school and cheerleading. everything things im perfect, but i think im fat, i run in my spare time, crunchers and all this abdominal crap, but i don't know what else to do, im a freshman so that means im 14 if this helps any. I don't know if i'm normal or over weight, i was reading a thing in the paper and it said only for my height to weight about 109- and my formal is coming up in December, please help me, I wanna look good.

Ok, I'm 5'1 and 140 lbs!!! I'm a female, I don't look fat with my clothes on, I look like i'm like 120, i have kinda flat tummy, but when I see myself without my shirt on, I look really fat! I'm very dedicated to weight loss, but I don't want to diet and make it obvious, cuz I dun want my mom to know or anything, so do you guys have any methods, I don't want diet pills, I've stopped eatting sweats and soft drinks, I've been running daily (not to mention playing DDR2 :P). do you guys know any fast methods to loosing weight? getting a flat tummy? thanks a lot, I have a busy schedual, so hopfully the methods might not be too long? thanks, i give 5's!!!!!

ok im 15 years old, and im bout 5'3 i weigh 100 pounds even, and im a size 0. but sumhow i always think im fat! my friends r like "your not fat, stop saying that" i mean yea im not the most self-confident person.. but i dont see why my weight bothers me so much. i dont have like rolls or ne thing. but im constantly talking about how i want to lose weight. yet i know im not fat... but at the same time i convince myself i am. i think it has to do with my x boyfriend, b/c he called me fat as a joke once, but since then.. ive been really concious about it. i dont know wut to do. or how i can stop being so obsessive about my weight and just my personality towards it in general....ne suggestions? thankx
