k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

how do u loose the flab in ur legs? besides running, because that just seems to make mine musclier (and bigger) so if you have any good leg workouts that would help thatd be great n what exercizes can u do 2 make ur calves smaller???

I'm 13 years old and a girl, and I'm about 4'1'', and i think 77 lbs. is this average or what? And also, is there anything I can do to help myself grow faster? or 'mature'? I'm not very large chested; I'm about a 32AA, and fairly skinny.

Hey guyes,
I am 5'11" tall and I weigh 165 Lbs. But still I am looking thin. I guess I need to put on weight on arms and legs. I tried doing Exercise but didnt really help. How can I do that? Please give ideas. Thanks.

i want to lose 10 lbs in 3 months cuz on my bday i am geting money adn i want to buy clothes but i want to look cute in them i am 118 and i waer size 5 but i am not satisified.oh i am short i am like 5'3 ish.. My question for you is this: A) is that unrealistic? B) anyideas on how i could do that?

If I start exercising almost every morning for 30-60 minutes by walking and I start doing Pilates and also start eating healthy, how long do you think it will take to lose some weight and get skinnier? Thanks!! :)

hii .. i am 5'4 andi weigh 190lbs .. i wanna go down to about 135 but i really dont kno how to do it .. i am trying to eat right and i wanna know what kind of foods to eat and what exercises to doo .. i have the time to walk and run and stuff but if i do like some crunches before it will i shed my weight ? please help me outt !

Hey well one of my friends has really bad stretch marks on her legs and she doesnt know how to get themm away or w/e i told her to tell her mom and she said thta she is too embarreseed too..and i am the only one that knows so how can she get rid of them?

Ok. I want to lose 100 pounds or more in about 1 -3 years. Will this make me lose 100 pounds. For breakfast all I eat is cereal. Then I have gym for 4th period. Which 2/5 days I walk about a mile or more. For lunch I have a sprite and sometimes chips. Then for dinner I have whatever my parents make. Then after dinner I do 35 sit ups, 50 squats. 30 jumping jacks. Also, I do watch what I eat. I drink water most the time and sometimes Ill have a pop. I usally only have 1 pop a day. Is there anything else I should do to help me? And do you think that'll make me lose 100 pounds in 1 - 3 years? Ok thanks.

Ok I think that I am fat, and I feel like I can't do anything about it. I have tried eating right and exercise and all of that but it doesn't work. I can't stop eating stuff, I work at Dairy Queen and I get a 50% discount on stuff and I always give in and eat there. I have stretch marks and I am going to have to shop at a "fat kid store" soon if this does not change. What should I do? What would motivate me to change this and how can I acquire the will power to change?
