how do i get changes in my breast

Hi am 4rm nigeria i have a problem in growing in breast size since i started growing breast the size has not changed since i was 12 and now am 16 and d size is still the same. Have made out with so many guys and allowing them 2 touch my boobs hoping a guys touch wil make it bigger but stil yet it's d same. I have never felt sore or tender breast pain before as a sypmtom of growing, i only feel that before and during my period after that nothing changes again. Have not used any pills or cream but am hoping 2 get a cream for it's growth but am scard of breast cancer. What can i do please

dear my periods are due over four days
we are much stresses n did pregnancy test through strip and it showed tht i m pregnant
but whenever i had sex with my hubby we always used condcondoms
we are surprised how it has happened.
we hd planned this that we will nt have baby this year
its been second month of my marriage.

We have been on and off for like 4 years at first it was like whatever's but as the years passed we've gotten more serious
We were dating for about 10 months and in march 2013 I broke up with her because I kind of got bored with her.. I went out with a girl 2 days later. I never suspected that my ex hated the new girl untill a while. We were together for 6 months and I didn't really know why I was even with her so I dumped her because we never saw each other and she just didn't understand me like my ex.

I married a man whose wife committed suicide and so did her mother, acohol posioning. My husband has a temper and acts like a hot shot immature teen ager and toes into fits, screams, gets in his car and takes off for few hours or days. He thinks he is the only one right and he turns everything that is said. He is an acoholic, and smokes continually. You can't communicate with him at all. He refuses to discuss any situation. I am tired of all this. His family told me after I married him that I should watch myself. I have tried suicide because I am so depressed. I have a relative who is a complete drama queen. My family are private people but we make an effort to stay in touch and try to get together for the holidays. In her eyes it isn't enough! She got upset when she ran into my sister at the supermarket and my sister didn't have much to report. What was she supposed to say? She along with the rest of the family live pretty ordinary lives.
My relative also believes my family is part of a cult and she's been telling lies about my family to our other relatives, saying we've been making her life torment for years and my parents have been shielding their kids from her. Ok, I'm a freshman in high school (female). I have a friend from last year(when i was an 8th grader, he a sophomore) who is a junior. We are in band together. WE where really good friends last year, and he had a big crush on me for a while (i'm not sure how long)but at the beginning of this year after B.C he started ignoring me a little. but he was still friendly with me at times.
But....
SO this season he had started ignoring me full time. This was around the time that people in the band could tell that me and another freshman in the band (my boyfriend now) liked each other.

is it possible that i can get pregnant aft having sex with my undergarments on and where at same time my boyfriend has removed his boxers in the middle of it and then we continued ..... and all these happend just one night before of expected day of menstruation. OK well here goes i have been thinking. i know other peoples life are worse which by the way you never tell some one they will just kill them self for being weak trust me. So i am only 13 and i already hate my life actually it started a long time ago as late as 5th grade. Then a lot of shit happened and i bottle everything up i self harm and have thought of suicide my mom found out about the scratches on my arm and started acting like a bitch telling me i was a freak and she doesnt know Y I do it she didn't even ask. And others dont see it i am in sports i have some of the highest grades in my class i just have given up hope for any change and i see a future of nothing does it get better?? At all??
