why does he call me by all these names?

Hey there,
just curious about my male friend calling me all these pet names like baby, babes, sweetie pie and darling. the thing is he has recently started to call me baby. I don't mind being called all that because we're good mates and we always have a banter when we see each other we joke and argue at the same time, more of a disagreement on a certain topics, I would say but we just gel well. he also said, 'you're making me falling in love with you' and smiled when I bought him lunch at college. well, sometimes he buys me and sometimes I buy him. I like him a little but I don't know about him. why would he say all this? any reason? Appreciate the answers!

I am a 15 year old boy and I know it's gonna sound really strange to adults but I think I really fell in love with my best friend's sister last year. Hi,
We've been friends for a year. Good lad. Anyways, when we saw each other last week in the class, I said I'm going away for 2 weeks so probably won't see you for awhile and his face I noticed looked sad (but not obvious mad sad), asked me back Oh no I won't see you for a weeks, told him jokingly yes you're going to miss me until it makes you cry. He just gave me that look, like anticipated look. We do have a laugh and lightly flirt. Cheers for the input.

Ok here's my story, please be honest because I'm thinking of asking if he likes me for real or just friends. He's kind and good friend of mine. Never says no when I asked for his help. what's boy actually thinking, when he says, 'but we can stay friends' after a conversation that he was asking me, how long have you been with your bf. he also asks you do like when I joke this way with you, if you don't like it tell me to stop making jokes. the thing is his way of joking seems like flirtatious to me. we both have partners. he has a fiancé and I have a boyfriend. but I'm trying to understand why would he say he wants to stay friends? is he just waiting if there's any chance he could ask me out in the future if we stayed friends? we have been friends for a few months so we do know each other. thanks all

What does, 'I'm all yours mean?' Can it be used among all sorts of situation per se between friends and in romantic relations? My friend flirts and teases and he has used this sentence twice. But when he says this it feels like he's saying in a romantic way coz I could see his clear flirty face. Thank you

Just curious, does special have any particular meaning when used between two friends? I always thank him when he calls me special and unique, not all the time but he still does. I tell him very kind of you to say that. I'm a girl plus I feel like we've known each other for ages and reality it's only a year. I have a feeling that he must like me. He seems to be cheerful when he sees me. He's more touchy feely when we're alone. Winks at me here and there. Now, I do like him but little hard to know what he's thinking actually? Help guys! Hi, what does it mean when a boy says if I was not compromised, I would have married you with a beaming face? been a good friends but he does have a gf and I have a bf. even though he knows that I have a bf he sounded sure that would say yes to marry him. I just looked at him and we shared a smile. when we saw each other last week my guy friend was like touching and patting my shoulder and I said stop it jokingly and he said I'm trying to show my love and affection and you're not letting me. also, he said he would do anything for me. by the way, he does help me out with my homework and projects. so, you're guys are the experts. do normal guy friends says something like that, particularly about love and affection part? we do joke but I'm thinking now he likes me a bit. thanks

Why would he ask me, am I your darling? With a tears of joy emoji because I call my good friends by darling mostly rather than their names and it's just natural. After we texted each other for few minutes I said OK darling and he texted back asking am I your darling with an emoticon, I said yes why not, and he sends me a jazz hands emoji, (I think it's an offering hug emoji) as I looked up on Internet. I call him darling now and then. He's a good friend. We get on well and go to same college. I like him. So my question is why the emojis and asking back if he's my darling? Thanks!

It’s ok if he moves on and is in a relationship but its not ok for me to do it? I’m not saying I let him get involved in my life but my question is what can i do for him to stop/protect myself. (I actually don't let him get involved. He finds out this info and I only tell a small amount of people, and then he has his "buddies" figure out who the guy I am seeing is)

how do I put myself back out there in the dating scene and how do I stop seeing the negative side of relationships? I get asked out constantly and I turn everyone down...I even get hit on by females EEEWWW...n e way....I tend 2 always hear the negative side of relationships nothing happy..... he cheated on me, this man killed his wife, g/f, kids....he abused her during the relationship and threatened her after the fact...or stalks her etc...that puts me in a state of paranoia...now ive been stalked before and threatened not a nice feeling...so ive been single for a lil while now, personal choice....but because of that fear.... anyway what are some ways 2 get over that fear of being murdered by your date and or abused in a relations...
