Hmm..Emancipation

I wanted to get Emancipated because I live with my dad and he constantly give me put downs, and so does his wife, linda my step mom. My moms an alcholic, and was abusive too me when I was a child now we have a realationship but I can't live with her. I need to get out, because this faily is driving me nuts, I feel so horrable at home I drive myself crazy... I have two jobs, enoguh money, live in VA, and have another place to live, with my retired boss, who's 61. She'd watch over me, and take care of me, untill im 21..
I work really hard im a great student and am well rounded. But I'm 15..Is there anyway I could get emanciapated? If so how, and etc. Thanks !

Mom troubles...

Okay, so my mom is screwed up. She thinks I should respect her when she has not earned it. She makes me doubt that commandment, because I'm beginning to see that not everyone that births a child is fit to raise them.
She makes six-digits/year, so I'm not looking for DFACS to take me away from her exactly, but does anyone know of some free counseling/therapy I could have her attend, and how to get her to attend? I'm going to ask my school guidance counselor about it tomorrow.
Any other ideas about how I could change her course of thinking (she moved from New England to Georgia--where I am now--and the culture is very different. She has continued to fail to see that.) would be greatly appreciated.

my family is all messed up.. my mom is terrified of my father and my father is the BIGGEST bastard. the other night i told him i hated him and wish he died.. he hit me and almost hit my mom.. their supposidly getting divorced and their already selling the house..but my mom never does jack shi**T because shes scared of him.. i want to be emacipated.. how can i come about doing it? im 15/f

Hey. My mom doesn't know it yet, but I finally have a boyfriend. We don't really talk about this kind of stuff but I really would like her to know. I just don't know how to tell her. Do you guys have any ideas on how to tell her? Thanks so much.

Could someone please help me with all my questions?! I'm almost completely clueless.
So the law where I live is that you can become emancipated when you're 16. When I turn 16, I want to be emancipated. I live in Maine, so if I were to get emancipated, could I just move back to Florida and buy a place down there or something? Or can you not legally buy an apartment or anything without the parents like co-signing the paperwork? I mean, I do have the money to move down there. I have a trust fund, but that's not legally mine until I'm 18. If I got emancipated, would it still 18? Or 16 when/if I get emancipated?

I am always annoying my mom! I always try to have some stay over and she says no then i ask y and she gets mad! the only reason she says no is cuz i ask her all the time! Can someone help me solve this problem?!

My best friend probably has the worst life i could imagine. Her home life is a wreck, her mother constantly yells and screams and blames her for her family problems. She can't even spend an entire day in her house without getting blamed and screamed at. Her mom has this "disease" which i personally think is just a scapegoat, considering her mom just sits on the couch all day, smokes, watchews tv, and eats. She dosn't work or anything, and when my best friend comes home, she just harrasses her. Caling her a slut, a cunt, bitch, anything.
Her younger brother gets everything he wants, and i hate to tell her this, but he sells drugs, hangs out with the worst crowd ever, and yet her family idolizes it. the only two that ...

ok i'll get to the point. I didnt even know i had a sister until i was 9.. actually know one in my family knew i had a sister, and my sister didnt even know I existed.. See she's my half sister, my dad had sex with his old girlfriend when he got outta college, but he didnt even know she was pregnant. So when i was 9 i met her for the first time, and then she left, because she thought when she first met me and my, err, OUR dad she thought it would be JUST us, but our WHOLE family was there, could you blame them? someone new was entering our disfunctional family. i fell realli bad for mi twin sis.. she studys hard and dose all of her homework and dose everything she can to try and keep her grades up...she cant get above a C and then she looks at me i dont do my homework or pay atention in school or study for tets i guess on themm.. and i get straight A's adnd i wish there was something could do you kno.. if you have anyideas or advice pleaseee help i rate well!!!

hi.. i have a twin sister and were idenicle.. this brings us close together and far apart.. she is 14 minutes older than me adn because of that she think sshe can boss me aroundd.. like she will be right next to the fridge and ask me to go and get her a soda or something like that and if i dont she gets really mad.. the otherday she threw a hairbrush at my head and i had a huge lump! dose anyone have any adivce dfor me on how to stop this from going on?

well i feel so left out of my family cuz somehow someone except for me is really smart. like my sister she was supposed to skip a grade. my brother is supposivly smart, i dont kno how but then my mom is smart and my dad is smart but with me i feel like i'm the only one in my family that is good at sports. it feels like everyone else is smart except me. and it shows. my parents just somehow show it. help me plz i dno wat to do

yea, its me again..I forgot to ask this..Well, i know that EvErYoNe argues and fights..Since i grew up in a family that everytime someone STARTED to argue, it blew out into a fist fight and cops coming and me getting hit, so everytime ANYONE at all argues, i get REALLY shaky, crying, and everything like that! I live with my dad now, i have for 3 years and nothing like this has happened before until now, or atleast i havent noticed it..Like a few weeks ago, my dad and step-mom got into a big arguement over something and i was in my room with the door shut, but i could hear them b/c they were only on the other side of the wall..and i know that this would NEVER happen b/c they're just not this kind of people, but since everything before happen...

Well, about 3 years ago, i moved from my moms house to live with my dad because my mom was a real bad alcoholic and abusive and i couldnt take it anymore..well i had a little brother there that i protected all the time when she would get like that and im still worried that since im not there to protect him anymore, is he still getting the same treatment as i was? And for some reason, everything is hitting me now..I'm starting to really miss everyone in that family, even my MOM! Now thats messed up especially after all the hell she put me through..Why do i miss her and everyone? and should i worry about my brother and do something? Should i go back to that just to protect him? B/c i feel soo giulty..I'm to the point now where i cant eat, can...

hi there, me and my husband are sexually okay. the only problem is he is very concious abt me for not getting pregnant. he might have fear for resposabilties. as far i know him if i get pregnant he would be fine and would except it but the only problem is how can i make him ejaculate in me, cuz he is concious abt wearing condoms too. should i make him drunk so he should not remember he had ejaculated or not?

heyy all i need your help im scared of my dad everytime he yells i start crying also when he yells at me i always think he is going to do something to me like hit me he also calls me names and it really hurts my feelings i love my mom more then i love my dad because he does it i hate my life and i wish i could die please give me good advice what should i do.

I've decided to make a army tank cake, and we're going to play grenade toss (sort of like hot potato, but with a water balloon), and water grenade war, and they'll have to guess how many POW's are in a jar full of little army men. I'd like to come up with a game for the littler kids that can't participate in the water balloon fight. I was thinking of something along the lines of pin the tail on the donkey with an army twist, any ideas?

When I was little I was abused by both my sister and my dad. As I got older it stopped and the yelling died down a little but its still there. Lately my dad and my sister have been yelling more and tonight I was sitting in my room and heard things being thrown and everything. Im not sure what was going on but I new my dad and sister were fighting and probly hurting eachother and I was scared out of my mind. I wanted to jump out of my window and run I was so scared. Im sitting here shaking afraid to leave my room and I don`t know what to do. Please help meh!
