my dads threatening to kill my mom..

sorry if this is long but i REALLY need help. my parents have been planning to get a divorce for the longest time.. but my mom is really scared of my dad thats why she never did.. but shes finally going through with it. however we seriously think my dad has pyschological problems.. hes been in a great depression after he lost his job, years ago. their selling the house and my dad isnt going to let my mom have a penny from it. he wants to win the house.. and hes said that he'll fight untill death untill he wins the house.. he said he doesnt care if my mom has 100 lawyers.. she still wont get any share of the house. my dad is trying to sell it and he has everything under HIS names..and he has another account that he doesnt use.. so can he rea...

=( I really dont like my stepmom. I dont necessarily HATE her but i strongly dislike her. My dad & her had an affair. I love my mom so much. I live with her mainly. shes like my best friend && we are really close. So My step mom really hurt my mom, me and my whole family life! She barely talks to me. Shes just not very nice. Sometimes she acts too nice like in a fake way & it drives me crazy. I like my dad but we are not all that close because of the divorce. i Hate going over to my dads because of my stepmom & just being around lies. I'm 16/F. I don't know what to do! First I broke 2 of my Mom's glass bottles while hanging something up. Then I knocked into a glass flower 2 months later & broke that. Now I just spilled nail polish all over the new bathroom mat my mom just bought my sister & I. My mom makes practically sucicidal remarks everytime I do theses things, and I feel awful. I really do not mean to, I am just such a klutz! I don't mean to break anything & I try hard but somehting always gets ruined! and now even worse my sister & I aren't alowed to use nailpolish in the house ever again, & it wasn't even my sisters falt! my dad can be so mean sometimes he yells really loud and when he gets mad he throws and breaks stuff and it really scares me. i feel bad because i dont know if i love him or not and i feel like everything is my fault!! i dont know what to do please help!

sorry this is so long but... is it wrong not to love your father, now hold on don't blow a gasket i'll explain everything. ya see my dad went to jail when i was really young and and i never got to know him. and my grandperents keep wanting me to go clear across the state to visit him. and i don't wanna spend 5 days in a hot car just to see someone i dont even know for 2 hours. but i feel so ashamed, i feel so self centered, i feel so selfish. i feel like i owe it to him to go. please i want your oupion am i the scum of the earth, or am i ok

my sister always takes my parents side. like, usually when a parent is unfair to the kids, the kids take sides right?? well for example, my parents won't let me pierce my ears till i'm 18 (i'm 13) and she totally supports it. she's like "oh i'd do that to my kids too". and when my parents complain that i have too much clothes when i only own about 15 shirts and some of them were from about 2.5 years ago, she supported them too while she had like 3495783475 more shirts. and she just never backs me up. every girl i know-they're sister backs them up. mine never does. it's not that she's some suck-up to parents,she's not shes like 21 and shes not like that...but she just never defends me. i just don't fuckin get it. it annoys me so mu...

okay so this year ill be starting highschool and i have a friend whose a senior and she said she would take me ta school everyday! but my dad wont let me go with her because he thinks that all teenagers that drive are bad drivers but he hasnt even met her! how can i convince my dad that shes trustworthy? i mean she said she would even come over ta meet him and stuff but he wont even give her a chance hes like "you shouldnt even be hanging out with older people" hes soo over protective!! i just need ideas to tell him to convince him that its not that big of a deal

Annoying Brother

My little brother can be extremely annoying. I dont want to tell him to go away, but somtimes i lose my temper. I hate yelling but he just deserves it so much!!!! How do i get my mom to relize that he's the monstor not me and to start dishing out the punishment to the right person????
He has chased me around with knives, hit me, refused to let me eat, and done countless other things! He really hurts my feelings.
What do i do?

OK my grampa just passed away friday and so far it hasn't really hit me that he was gone so I didn't cry right away. Everyone was saying "I'm so sorry.." and stuff. But then the kid I think I love told me that he was so sorry about what happened on my away message( we haven't talked for about 2 weeks) and once I saw that I just started balling my eyes out. I don't know why i particularly did it when he said it. Also, my mom is REALLY strssed out. A year ago on august 28th my aunt died. My moms birthday is august 29th. My grampa (her dad) died the 30th.
So my questions are: How can I make this less strssful for my mom and why did I start crying when he said that he was so sorry about my grampa?? thank you sooo much.

so i have some all right parents but wen it comes to cleaness im lyk every kid im dirty. lol i hate doing chores and cleanin up. so when i do im not worlds best cleaner so everything doesnt come out perfect & my parents flip out and they scream at me telling me to get out & how they dont need me and are sick of me.... but they dont know that this is hurting me so much & im getting sick of them... i mean if i coulda chosen my parents i would of and it wouldnt be them.... i've been crying alot because of this, i dont wanna talk to them cause its just goin to be another fight so what can i do about this thank you <33

child custody and living abroad

i am attempting to move from england to belgium with my 19 month old son to set up home with my current partner. my ex partner (father of my son and whom i unfortunatly married) told me 8 weeks ago he no longer wanted to see his son until we were divorced, i said fine as i believe he is uncapable of looking after a child anyway. but now he finds out i am moving away he suddenly wants to see his son again, how will this affect me moving? can he legally stop me going does anyone know?

my mom went threw my journels and red some stuff about how bad i want to die and details about a time where i was raped and she flipped out at me
i feel so betrayed that MY mother did this because she always talks about how journels are a good thing, and one time i had my friend pamela sleep over and she wont let me have her over anymore because pamela snooped and red one of my journels.. and my sister read my moms journel once and she was grounded for 2 weeks
she doesn't listen to what i say though when i try to explain how i feel she just says im being selfish and just trying to turn this around on her
what can i do to make her see what she did was rong she wont even apoligize..

Ok, so my parent's have been devorced for a long time and my dad is re-married. my mom has hit rock bottom, and now I have to tell an investigator ware I want to live. I am stuck in the middle, both parents think I wana live with them but I really havent decided. please help me! I'll rate 5's for none stupid awnsers.

Recently I had a slumber party. One of the girls(who is like my bff since 2nd grade) grabbed the phone and called this boy she likes. I saw nothing wrong with it. My mom and older sister though thought she was acting 'wild.' So now my mom is thinking that I am going to be wild. She thinks I also need an attitude adjustment. She also thinks that I'm going to be worse than my sisters attitude when she was 13/14. I dont think I need an attitude adjustment! What should I do to help my Mom realize I'm not wild. Help fast- I rate high...
