i need to loose weight. i am 5'4" and i weigh 138. i really want to loose 15 pounds by the summer. Yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet adn i have been doin 200 crunches. Is there anythign else you can think of?

im in really big need of someone to help me. I want to loose like 15 pounds by the summer. Is a 900 calorie a day diet good? yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet and i do 200 crunches a day. but how do i loose some leg fat? any seggestions. I RATE HIGH FOR ANSWERS!!

i want to loose weight. I am 14 female adn 5'4". i weigh 138 punds and want to loose like 13 pounds by the summer. Anyone got any ideas? mostly i want to loose some of my legs and tighen up my abs! I RATE HIGH!!

my waist is 31 inches. is that too big? i feel like my stomach is too big. im 13 and am about 5'5. please be honest, should i try to tone up, or gain a few inches around my waist? maybe im just viewing myself in a different way idk..

my stomach is about 31 inches. im 13 and around 5'5". is that normal? is it too fat?! i feel fat =\, am i over-exaggerating? could i manage to lose a few inches, or gain a few? thanx

Hey,
I am 13, about 5'4"-5'5" and i weigh 160 pounds. My parents say b.c of my build, my shoulders are about 17" wide, and i have a huge stomach.
pls give me some feedback! i rate well

i want to loose weight. i am female and 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 138 pounds. I really need to tone my ab's and tighten up my leg muslces. Does anyone have any good exercise moves or anything? i need your help!!! and i want to loose 13 pounds by the summer!!

I just started cheerleading this year and it was really hard for me to do anything, like tumbling or stunting, because I have like no upper body strength. This is mostly because of my wrists, they're weak and crack a lot. I did gymnastics about a year ago but it made my wrists worse. What I want to know is, is there anyway for me to build up some arm strength so I can start doing gymnastics again?

I want to tone my stomach. I know how to do crunches for my upper abs, but my lower abs are just not getting toned. does anyone know any great workouts for your lower abs, or maybe even upper and lower combined? Also, i heard that your not supposed to do crunches everyday, basically for the same reason u should lift weights everyday, is it the same thing and is this true? Thanks so much. I rate high.

All right..I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall, 14 year old girl, and weigh 126 pounds ..And its frustrating because I want to lose like 10 pounds..excercise isnt a problem...I participate in sports all year round..i dont want to go on a pill or anything..and nutrition is pretty decent..any advice?

Ok well I'm 13 years old, 5'5, and 104 pounds. Is that ok, or am I underweight? Because I have a REALLY high matabilism.. and I'm always afraid that.. well this is going to sound weird... but I'm afraid that It's going to catch up to me and make me so fat!!.. What do I do to make me gain some weight??

Okay, well im 15 years old, and i weigh about 105, and about 5'3"... I'm a really skinny girl, but like.. i hate my stomach. like right under my ribs it goes in.. then like right at my bellybutton i have this like.. pudge roll.. i cant explain it.... then it goes back to like flat at my pant line.. It's been like that since i can remember-- I've tried doing crunches, sit ups n everything for a while and it doesnt help at all... any suggestions?
