my parents were never married, and shortly after i was born they split up. my father was an alcaholic and he used to come around sometimes when i was little, but when i got older i almost never saw him. when i was like 12 i would go to my grandfathers before for school because my mom worked and one day he just showed up. he told me to come to breakfast with him before school but i kicked and screamed. he picked me up and forced me into his truck, go to breakfast, and then school. since then my parents have been in and out of cort, and me and my mom learned he was a drug attic, and was homeless. i am 14 now and forced to go with him every saturday. i hate it, and we dont speak..we just sit in him old truck. on odd years (like this one) i hav...

one of my best friends, well. she keeps copying EVERY SINGLE THING I DO. and her family has more money than mine so she tries to make a competition out of things. for instance, i told her how i love this one hobby. now she could a program for pros that costed hundreds of dollars. and she brags about things. it even goes down to music. EVERY BAND I LISTEN TO, SHE DOES AFTER SHE SEES I LIKE THEM. she goes on my computer sometimes when she's over and she looks in my files, takes the songs, then claims how she is "tired of posers and they better not steal 'HER' music". it gets COMPLETELY annoying. i don't want to tell her, because she is such a good friend. i don't want to lose her.<3help.

i am 13/f and my parents have been divorced since i was 2...i live with my mom on weekdays and every other weekend i go to my dads house and spend the night...my mom is remarried and my dad has i g/f that i really like...well last friday was my party so i didnt go to my dads on his weekend. on saturday morning i called my dad and he didnt want to come pick me up..when i got there (from my mom) his g/f was over and they had slept together...my dad asked me if i thought he was a bad person... so i have 2 questions-
1. should i tell my mom about her sleeping over there...becasue i dont really want to go to my dads and if my mom hears i wont have to spend the night at my dads.
2. is it mean for me to not want to go to my dads hous...

smoking

Im in 7th grade, and my friend in 8th smokes. she isnt a bad person at all. well, at the end of the school day, we hugged and everything, when i came home,my mom smelled smoke on me and i think she thought i was smoking,even though id never do anything like that. she does know abt Jenny and everything, but how do i convince them that im not smoking or anything?

I have a problem and I don't know how to go and fix it. My brother had a motorcycle accident in june 2005 and he lost his apartment because he couldn't work. He has healed and now he's working and he's been here for almost six months now. I have given him until then end of December to be out but he's not putting in any effert to look for a place. I some advice to get him out with out making him hate me. I am married and have three children to take care of. Plus since he's working he's not giving anything toward the rent and stuff like that. Hope someone can help.

some of my older brothers friends that are at my school are like super made at me because i broke up with one of them and they are telling my brother that i have sex with alot of guys and i have comdoms in my bakpak ...and i do. and my parents found notes that were hella bad and now they are pist at me what should i do.....please help i will rate high

i need to dress up like a celebrity (old or new) and i have really dark hair and eyes. who should i be? if you can help w/ what i should wear, etc. that'd be awesome! also if you can think of something for my friend to be also, maybe that would go together like paris hilton and nicole richie (but not b/c i cant look like either!)

Hello, I need some help or advice. Well I'm 20 years old and I live with my parents. My entire life they have been controlling. However, recently I was engagged and moved out simply because they wanted me to and broke off the engagment and moved back home because I relized I loved someone else. I want to cut my hair but my dad won't let me. It's all the way down to my elbows and I really want it down to 2 inches below my shoulders but my dad won't let me. My mom says it's ok. Is there any way I can reason with him?

Me and my sister have never gotten along, but lately weve started to be more civil to each other. I am 27 and she is 23. She still lives with our mother.She recently told me that she quit her job, which sort of surprised me.
Well I'm really worried about something that I did. My dad (who is divorced from our mom)phoned me about two weeks ago and asked me how my new job was going. I told him that I was getting lots of hours and that I liked it.

Sorry if this is to long for you, i just need some help. My mom has been having problems with her health lately, and she has not been doing very well. She went to the doctors about 5 days ago and she found out that she might have cancer but they are still checking, the thing is she won't know until monday or later and i don't think i can wait that long. They think she might have cancer because she has blood in her urine. It is not visible blood but they do know that it is in there. They have checked her for other things such as urinary track infection and they do not believe it is that, and i am really worried. The doctor says she is extremely scared that it is cancer. Situation: My mom basically got mad because my older sister gave my little cousin glitter, and it escalated into a big fight. Evantually my mom said (right in front of my grandma and little cousin) that my sister smokes and she found her butts downstairs. I called my mom a bitch and flipped her off and ran to my little sister because she was crying. I told my mom I lost all respect in her because what she did was downright rude, saying it in front of company. Then she told my little sister that I was the one that told her (which is true, I am worried for her, but I told my mom that in trust, not so she could tattle) and now...I can't even trust her. i love my parents a lot.
but sometimes they're a bit overprotective. i'm the oldest and "theyre first baby" so they dont want to "let me go."

i recently feel like i have no control over my relationships with my family, friends and classmates anymore. like, all of my relationships are venturing downhill, and it really hurts because there is noone that seems to understand me, and i seem invisible at times. sometimes i can't even understand myself. no matter how hard i try, i can't get back the good friendships i had with others anymore, and it feels like i'm gradually growing senseless to my actions. is there anything that i can do to help repair my relationships?

i have a question im in grade 9 and i hang out with alot of people i no your prob gonna say i shouldnt drink and do drugs and stuff which i no is true so i dont do it often but i do once in awhile but like my parents dont trust me at all and all i want is fur them to trust me they dont think its time fur me to date they dont trust me they make me always call from peoples hosues to make shure imm there.. and like they wont let me go to parties or nething and everyone does i feel so left out.. i just wish they would trust me.. and they always lecture me and get mad at me fur no reason .. wut should i do?

this is really long, but i really would like some help,please.

difficult family situation

Actually i was married in January 2003 but still i don't have a child. My mother-in-law is not a good woman, she irritates me a lot. Moreover, she has left his husband (my father-in-law) home and living alone. she keeps on insisting to live with us. moreover, she wants my husband to marry again. i m physically allright. further, she goes to take "taveez" from faqirs. she also cast spells. i want to get rid of her.how can i.
