Hey everyone!
I'm trying to lose a few pounds and maybe an inch off my stomach or just tighten it up. I was just wondering if doing 100 crunches a day, drinking water or flavored water with no calories,carbs etc..and running at least a mile each day will show results within 20 days or so. I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!

how do you get nice abs? like i want nice abs with a six pack, just not a noticeable one. i want the outline of one not the inline of one. and i want it to look nice and flat.. any suggestions? i'll rate high! :-D

I am 13 and I play sports all the time get up at 6 in the morning to exersise and eat healthy and I still have a bulging gut! What can I do?

im 13 and i weight 150 i really want to lose weight on my upper arms calves stomach and thighs ive tryied to lose weight for 2 years now and i wont go away how can i lose weight i really want to im so depressed i feel liek giving up ill rate hight if you give good advice not liek just run .. thanks

I'm 13, female, about 5'4" and about 140 lbs. I've tried dieting, since i'm too young i can't use diet pills, and i've run out of solutions. I can't even get dressed without crying because i can't stand the way i look. i have absolutely no idea what to do. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. thank you guys so much

Ok...I am content with my body except this little pouch of fat or something on my inner thighs..its the only thing that bothers me really..im pretty active, i walk and exercise about every day or every other day and play ports and was in track, and i try to eat fairly healthy. soo anything i can do to get rid of this? i'll rate high...!

Okay I am 14/female. I weigh 157 lbs. And I eat too much. Like when I am bored I will eat food. I am fat and I really would like to lose weight. I will look and feel better if I do. My Mom is on Weight Watchers and I want to do that. I am going to most likely, but what I want to know is what are some ways that you can excercise at home? And what are some ways to discipline yourself not to eat so much? I know that if I lost weight then I would be prettier then I am. Also what are some ways to build leg muscles and stomach muscles? And how can I get rid of the stretch marks on my stomach. If anyone knows of some quick ways of losing weight please let me know. During the summer I will be able to lose a little bit of weight because...

well, i do have little bit slack little belly fat on sides and botton of my back, i can't do sit up or push up very well. i like walking but it bad out right now. I eat lot of bread out of penut butter and jelly, thing is i want get ride of the little slack on my back and sides so i fit in my dress and shits better.. any sites have like a day where u work on and how to time ur self, sometiems i am execrisig next day i am sore. stuff like that

ok im a skinny grl but like resents like i have bin eating and eating ALOT AND i cant stop! i dont no how too like now im a vegitarean i dont no how to spell it but i am and i still cant put the food down and im getting fat and now wrestling is over and im not doing a sport to keep me in shap and i dont no what to do help plz!
