is there any way to tell if you have been banned before. I had 2 accounts on here and i got banned on one of them, (it wasnt serious and it was only for like a day) because i really want to be a featured user but if i was banned then i cant be, so how can i find out?

changing ratings

i was looking at someones feedback, and almost all of their ones and twos said "rating changed by level 2 mod." when they were legite ratings because the person that answered the question gave crappy answers. why can the mods. change the rating if the person gave a bad answer?

i aksed a question that could be answered by yes or no, and then the answerer could have gone into detail about why they said yes or no. if the answerer just said no., and left it at that, what should i rate them? they answered the question and gave an appropriate answer, but could have gone into more detail about why they said yes or no.
also, when like 3 people answer a question, and all say that same exact thing the first person said, what should i rate them? if one person answeres the question and the next two people have the same exact answer, i dont need of the same answers.
what should rate people in these instances?

How come you're allowed to ask yourself a question? Why would you do thaaat?
I understand that you CAN ask yourself a question, but why doesn't it result in your banning?

does anyone else think there should be a better way to organize the questions on this site? the new questions bump out the old ones and people who could have answered the question better may never get to see it and the user may have to retype it because it gets bumped out of their question list if they have more than a page or something.. help?

Limewire....i'm confused!

I'm trying to download songs from limewire to my mp3 player(not an ipod!!!!). and i know how to search a song, get it, download it, and stuff. But how do i get it onto my mp3??? i've been trying all day but i can't figure it out! i did it once, but it was on accident, so i don't know how i did it.

when i rate i usually go easy on people but other people ask these questions and i dont know why my advice did not get a higher rating. people should really comment on the advice so people can improve or else what is the point? and that people have spent time on their response without knowing why you rejected them when it might have been their fault for not making it clear what they were asking or providing details so we can answer better.
