tampons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Posted Wednesday October 22 2008, 7:50 pm
Okay, so I am 15, and I just put my first tampon in, but it isn't in all the way. It took me awhile to get it in and to find the right hole, haha. I walk funny with it in and I feel like I am peeing, but I'm not.
I need advice! How do I put it in correctly so that it goes in all the way? What is this peeing sensation that I am having? and are there smaller tampons? Should I have started this when I was in 7th grade?

okay so im 5'3 108 pounds. i know im not fat!! but like i feel like everytime i eat something, im guna get fat. i eat really healthy though most of the time! maybe once a week i will have some ice cream or eat some fried food but thats it! idk whats wrong withme but whenver i eat i feel like, guilty, and i feel like i need to workout asap! even though im at a healthy weight and my body is pretty fit.. idkkk! i think i have like a phobia of becoming fat!?!?????? advice tips?!

Im a 16 yr old average sized kid, but i want to get big fast, like muscle wise. I dont have any fat to turn into muscle so i need to find a supplement to help. I was going to take creatine, but that just puts air in your muscles, so you can turn the fat into more muscle, but i dont have fat. Someone told me take a weight gaining supplement first to bulk up then creatine. Is there one solution so im not taking a bunch of different stuff. And please dont tell me how this stuffs not healthy.

Over the past few weeks i've slowly stopped really wanting to eat meat. I ate it for dinner and stuff but i just sort of went off it.
Tonight though, i had chicken and i just have this really sick feeling in my stomach. Not vomit sick but like, im disgusted in myself for eating it.
Just thinking about eating meat or anything from an animal makes me feel queezy.
So my question is, is it just a phase?
It's just strange because i've never had a problem against eating meat till now and i dont know if i'm just having a moment or i really cant stand meat anymore.

so ive been trying to eat healthier lately, mostly whole foods and what not, but i still get that sweet tooth every now and then and just have to have some chocolate! i try not to eat much sugar because it makes me breakout & its obviously unnhealthy, but sometimes i just need some chocolate! ive recently discovered these dark chocolate bars taht ar 88% cocoa, and on the back the ingredients are cocoa, unbleached water-filtered beet sugar and vanilla. and i think soy lecithin or something. what is unbleached water-filtered beet sugar?! is that good sugar or bad sugar? im just curious cause i heard dark chocolate and cocoa is good for you so i thought these bars were pretty good & settled me sweet tooth but i dont want the bad sugar! soooooo what is it!?

I eat sandwiches and salad wraps for school but I still end up feeling horrible and bloated and fat no matter what bread I eat.
What else can I take to school for lunch thats easy to eat at school?

so my meal plan is pretty much everyday a strawberry/banana shake with soy milk and a scrambled egg for breakfast, cabbage soup and brown rice & beans for lunch, and then usually for a snack i have a couple apples, and sometimes strawberries or blackberriers whichever i feel like. then for dinner i eat brown rice and grilled chicken, broccoli, carrots, and green beans. and then sometimes before i go to bed i have another apple. ive been feeling a lot healthier since ive started this about 3 weeks ago, and ive lost fat pretty quickly. first of all, is this a healthy meal plan? ive heard that your suppose to have more vegetables than fruit, so should i include more vegetables in my meals? or does anybody have any suggestions on what other...

Okay, my boyfriend has quit smoking for 2 months now. He keeps saying that if he only has one, he wont be addicted again, but I think that if he has one, he's going to be right back where he was.
If he has a cigarette, will he be addicted? Please help!

Hello =]. I am 14/f and im underweight. im like a little less than 100 =[. i used to be like 105/110, but then i started high school cross country and like every week i lose a little bit more weight. Im really concerned. Like i've always been skinny but I DONT WANT TO BE UNDER 90. I eat A LOT but not really filling foods. Im a vegetarian, and i eat a lot of salad and fruits and veggies and i like potatoes and eggs, and french toast and french fries and such haha but i dont eat those as often. What can i do to gain a little bit of weight and mantain it? also what are some yummy foods that a vegetarian would like to try. Hehe thanksyou =]

I was considering trying the whole vegetarian thing. I won't be doing it because of "animal rights" or anything like that. Instead, I am looking to do this strictly to improve my overall eating habits.
More than likely I would still eat fish and occasionally chicken. My question to you is:
Is following a vegetarian diet any healthier than a normal one?

I constantly break out but I am not asking how to manage acne (although if you have some home remedies that would be a bonus, aka 5 stars) but I am asking how t get rid of scarring. I have such bad scarring that it looks like I have acne there all the time!! Any home remedies, or products you've tried?
