Alright, so i've known my best friend since like 2nd grade. We've always got along all the time. Except for lately, she's kind of being a really big b*t*h.. i mean, she's always making excuses on the weekend on not being able to hang out "because her grandparents are coming over", but then later she's says that she's going over to her friends house. i mean, and whenever we hang out, its really fun at first, but then it gets really boring. she kind of puts down everything i say. she always says that she'll call, but she never does. and i'm always the one calling her to hang out, and yet she never calls me.. I DON'T want to stop being her friend, its jjust really annoying of some of the things she does. what can i do? is there some ...

Getting bored of your friends?

This may sound horrible, but I am getting so bored of my friends now.
They are all getting into all this new stuff, like all the scene kid stuff. You know? And they are getting so concieted(sp??) and becoming myspace whores. It seems like all they want to do is either sit around, or sit around on myspace. And they constantly make fun of what I like etc.
Not only are they getting quite annoying, they are getting quite boring also!
Like I said, the only thing they want to do is go on myspace. They used to be so fun, so active. I don't know what to do now, because I don't just want to ditch them.
But whenever I try talking to them, they just blow me off.

well I have this friend that i've been best friends with since she moved here. Me and her have been through thick n thin because she got mixed into the wrong crowd and left me to do drugs and stuff. She finally got caught and we are best friends again but her mom has her on like lock down. Well yesterday was my friends suprise party and she went and it was her first time hanging out with someone besides me in pretty much 4 months! And she totally was acting like the center of attention and kept like pushing me out of me way when i tried to talk to MY FRIENDS. im not jealous of what she was doing just annoyed. what can i do?

Friend Competition

Well, I've been best friends with this girl Stacy for 2 years. We do pretty much everything together and I'm always going over her house and stuff. But lately, it feels like we're always competing, at least I feel that way. Whenever we go somewhere together I'm always trying to look better than her. And she just got a ton of new clothes for school from like hollister and abercrombie and I didn't get as much as her. I get really jealous, and I don't know why. We've always been best friends, but why do I feel this way?

So yeah , its the carnival , a time to hang out with friends and see everyone from schools and so on. The other night i went and i was with a bunch of my friends. I felt totally left out. like wow. embarrased kind of. Like they would talk to eachother and such what and not include me. like; it would be a circle of just them, and i would be out of it. literally. Oh and when i turned around to answer my cell, no one noticed. they went to go meet one of their other friends. i dont know, it kills me to see that i have those kind of friends, you know? so much stress man. like okay, i'll tell you about them. My question is pretty simple. I'm feeling really lonely and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do in these types of situations. Not like sexual lonely haha just friends lonely. I've drifted away from my current friends because they've pretty much gone down the wrong road in terms of drugs, sex, and most everything else correlated with teenage life. I'm 17 at the moment and will be turning 18 in a month, so I figure that maybe the club scene might help me branch out more. I have a myspace, many friends, but like most of ya'll, it doesn't mean anything. So I guess to break it down, what should I do? I'm pretty outgoing and I like to meet new people, but I'm really shy. ok so the last year ive been friends with a girl and shes like been a really good bestfriend and now a new girl moved and and we started being friends with her and then she started acting like it was her bestfriend and so i was like ok ill get a new bestfriend but its weird cause me and my old bestfriend still talked once a week and we still called eachother bestfriends but we both new we really werent then we got in a small fight made up but we still werent bestfriends now the other day she got mad at me cause she wasnt in my pro like it matters at all but my "new bestfriend" was now i guess she doesnt want to talk to me its such a dumb reason should i still be friends with or her

i am going into freshman year in 3 days and i little worried. i had this group of non popular friends that i hung out with in 8th grade and i was a little popular then. they didnt like the same stuff as me like shopping boys and make up i mean they did but not as much i started hanging out with this other girl in the summer ALOT and she is like my bff to me but i dont know if she feels the same way and when i go back to 9th grade i wanna hang with her alot but i am afraid her friends wont talk to me

okay me and my friends were playing truth or dare i dare my friend to kiss my guy friend and they did but everything was going good but i had to kiss this guy named james, he always flirt with me and stuff and my friends thinks he likes me and we were good friends too and we kissed and after that dont talk to eachother anymore after the kiss what do you think whats happening? we just look at eachother when we see eachother

There are these two girls who used to be my best friends. Last year, they talked about me, made up stuff, blamed everything on me, & all of these other things so that they could get out of everything that they did & said about one of our other friends. They did that three times; I gave them three chances. Each time, they would apologize & say it wouldn`t happen again, but it kept happening. So I'm 15/f, going into 10th grade & I feel silly about asking this question, but it's bothering me and I have to now.
I have 2 best friends and I love them both equally. Well, one of them is a guy, whom we will call Bob. Well, Bob and I have been best friends since 8th grade & I love him, even though he's kind of a blah person. He's cuddly and funny and just awesome to be around. I don't know. Sober Driver No More!

AHHH I am so sick and tired of being the sober cab for all of my friends. Over this summer I have driven them at least 10 differnt times, and I have not been repayed that favor. If they were my true friends they would take responsiblity and drive also. But they get so wrapped up in their own little world and not notice others. AH I am so mad. Basically I am asking advice on how you guys would handle this situation.

I hope someone can help me out...
I go back to school next wednesday and last year at school i felt a bit left out from my gruop of best friends (about 6 of us includeing me) and some times they don't talk to me. I got the impression that i was a bit boring. I don't know why, but i don't want to find out because i will be upset. I just would like to know if anyone has any ideas to make me a little more interesting? I am a little bit shy as well... if that helps you.

okay at first my friend told me she was crying because her deep talks with her ex and send that convo to me and it was so sad and 2nd my friend boyfriend was sad and he was crying and he came to me for advice and stuff 3rd my friend and her boyfriend was joking around that they broke up and stuff i know it was a joke but then i cried because this happened all at once so i cried a lot because of this am i just too senstive or what? it all happened at once

me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost a year now his name is jared. Hes great our personalities go really good together and im 100% comfterable around him the one thing is im so bored with our relationship but i dont wanna end it cause i love him and i dont think i can act more myself around anyone else. i have this good friend Luke who ive been friends with for a while he has the best personality ever and hes tons of fun i kinda have a crush weve alwayse been kinda close the thing is that hes not as good looking as jared and hes big like a teddy bear lol. i think that if i dumped jared id regret it but if i stay i might be wasting time? idk what to do should i stay even though im bored or should i try new things?

Well me and my friend Megg were ultimate Best friends and there is this named Ally, well I found out that ally got on meggs myspace and moved me all the way down on her friends and put herself #1 ( i used to be #1) Ally also put all this stuff about how close the two of them are, trying to make me jelous. Recently one of my friends (20/m) has blocked me on AIM and myspace and removed me from his friends on facebook. It came without warning so I was obviously confused. I asked him about it on a different AIM screenname and he told me that he never liked me in the first place, tolerated me because he had to, and that I creep him out. I was completely shocked. None of the little that he said made any sense.
We have been pretty good friends for a few years now. We weren't traditional, hang out all the time friends since we go to different colleges, but we always got along and hung out over the summer. We had many a deep conversation and a lot of jokes together. Him just tolerating me for all that time is bogus...
