I want to lose weight

Iam a 19 year old female and around thanksgiving of 2008 I weighed about 168 pounds and now I weigh about 158 pounds so i've lost about 10 pounds. How can I lose 30 more pounds?

a little out of control

i recently lost a lot, a lot of weight. i use to weigh like 120 and now i weigh 94. i have always watched what i eat excessively. like, it's not even natural how much i watch what i eat. i would count every calorie that came NEAR my mouth. But, lately, it's like i've lost control. I don't know if it's that my sugar is REALLY low, which I do have low blood sugar because I'm hypoglycemic, but I've been wanting to eat everything in sight. It's horrible. I mean, the little bit of self control I have left is what's saving me. But, it's like I NEED sugar. I get cravings for brownies in the middle of the night. obviously, i don't have any because I don't buy brownies in my house. but, it's like, if they were there, i would have had them. and today...

Iam a 19 year old female and I weigh 160 pounds and I would like to get down to 130 pounds that means I need to lose 30 pounds but I want to find a healthy way for me to lose weight and a weigh that I can keep it off for good. If it helps iam about 5'2.

Calories...and such

Well my question is about calories.

I've been working out at the gym for quite some time now but I don't really see much progress so I want to try a diet.

Now could somebody advice me how many calories I can consume if I work out for about 2 hours a day(including sauna in those 2 hours,if that matters)

And also : when I drank some coke today I saw this displayed on the can : 0.5 kcal

Now I'm in a science education and I know k stands for calories.

So that means there are 500 calories in that coke?(not diet or anything,just a regular coke)

I mean,isn't that really really much? :|

I've heard of diets where you can only consume about 1000 c...

Okay, so I've always had a problem as far as snacking too much, ever since I was little. But in the last month or so, I've gone into overdrive & I eat everything in site, and my servings are about 2 times more than they should be. I eat about 3 BIG meals a day, and in between, i have cheddar chex mix (small bag), cookie dough, brownies, muffins, cookies, and blueberry bagels with cream cheese ...basically, whatever I can lay my hands on. (Just writing this makes me crave food...) I just can't stop myself, because I just don't' have the will power. Also, for dinner, I have a greasy slice of pizza almost every night, since I work at a grocery store..

also, i don't have the will power to exercise... which is really bad....

Where i want to be

alright well to start of i'm 15, 5'3", female, and weigh about 145 pounds.
i really want to loose weight. i am currently a size 5 or 7 in jeans, in hollister jeans, and i want to go back to being 3 or even a 1 but thats just hopeful wishing. i am athletic, i play soccer just about year round, and participate the most in my P.E. class. i go to the gym maybe 3 times a week, but it differs.

my biggest problem is the way i eat. i have a really bad eating habbit. i eat alot, but just as much as any other 15 year old, but alot of the time its junk food. this is my usual diet on a school day.
poptart for breakfast + glass of milk
whatever school lunch is + chocolate milk (my lunch is at 1030 in the mornin...

starvation chart for a friend

Yes, I know the title may sound pretty odd, but that's exactly what I need. My friend is in desperate need of some common sense, only she thinks she's right at the moment. She's been going to the gym for about 2 months now, at least 3 times a week for at least an hour and a half. She weighed herself 2 days ago and went into complete depression mode. Now her plan is to starve herself, except for the occasional bits of fruit, and if she has to eat something in front of people, she plans to simply throw it up later.

I KNOW this is dangerous and unhealthy, but her goal is blinding her. She knows starving yourself EVENTUALLY works, she just doesn't know the risks she's taking. Please be sure that I WILL go to someone for help, I ...

breaking out

sorry, I didnt know what this went under
but, I started breaking out
bad around my mouth, when I rarely even
get pimples. I just got over my period so that's not it,
my diet hasnt changed (if anything I eat better) my
face wash, makeup, or anything else hasnt changed.
I was just wondering if anyone had an idea why this
is happening, thanks. oh and I smoked squares Saturday
for the first time in a few months, if that contributes? Idk

why am i always craving food? when i eat, i just keep craving more and more. i also rarely feel hugry and i never get that feeling of being full, except for when i eat a LOT. even on thanksgiving, i never felt full. it not just all of the sudden too, its been like this for awhile.
is there a reason for this?

Okay, I'll be honest. I won't say it's one of my friends. This problem is strictly me. I'm a 15 year old girl. I am around 5,3 and I weigh around 102-105. It depends on the day. Anyways, let's go to the problem I'm having. I have this weird thing where I strive to be anorexic. I know I can't be buliemic. I can't make myself throw up on cue because I'm a singer. Also, I've tried it. I just can't. I think it's also because I know alot about anorexia and the bad effects. Yet, I want to be it? Basically if you're lost you should be around WTF?. I have friends I have a good life. It's not like I need a lot of attention. It's just that I seem to always want to be anorexic. I'm skinny and I know that. I just don't know whats wrong with me. so for the past 2 weeks ive been eating completly healthy. all fruits, veggies, protein only. anyways this weekend i wanted to have a bad weekend since it was thanksgiving. i ate so much food at thanksgiving and when i got home i felt like i just needed more?! so when i got home i ate 4 of my moms home made brownies even after i had tons of food and deserts at our thanksgiving dinner! i just indulged completly! the next day, well tonight anyways, i went out to lunch and out to dinner with my friends and afterwards just about an hour ago i was watching movies eating candybars and chips all night!!!
am i going to be a fat cow tomorrow morning from all of thiss?? am i going to gain any weight??
i mean i did eat a tonnnnnn!?!?!?

my name is Rachel and iam 19 years old and I weigh 168 pounds and iam only 5 foot 2 inches tall. I know i need to lose weight becouse iam overweight for my heighth but i just can't stop eating. Whenever I see food I eat just becouse it's there. I've gained 15 pounds since may and it's only november that's only 7 month's and I get really ashamed when people say I eat to much so sometime's i even go to my bedroom to eat when nobody's looking so they don't know that iam eating? It's like I don't have any control of when I eat please help!

prenatal vitamin dose

My eleven year old sister bought prenatal vitamins for her hair. She wants to know how many she should take. It said on the bottle that four of those pills equals to the full dose. Also she wants to know if she buys biotin and folic acid bottles if it would work the same and if she could use a multi vitamin with it.

what stains your teeth?

i really want white, and i mean sparkling white teeth!! i've used crest whitening stips, i've used the whitening trays, i have the crest white mouthwash, i brush my teeth twice a day and floss about three times a week. i don't drink coffee, rarely drink pop. so why are my teeth not getting any whiter? if i do drink pop, its like mountain dew, orange or sprite. i heard that only dark pop stains your teeth, is this true? i drink alot of water, juiceboxes, some orange juice, and flavored water would any of these stain my teeth? i'm just getting really annoyed because i don't know whats going on. can someone give me some examples of things that would stain your teeth, or tips to make my teeth whiter without getting them profesionally? thank you so much :)

advice on taking ZANTREX-3

Okay. so i just got two bottles of Zantrex-3. I heard its suppose to be a really good weight loss pill. Im 5'5" and about 165lbs so i really need to lose the weight. Has anyone used it before? I use to take Trimspa and i liked it, but I just wanted to try something new. I took the zantrex yesterday for the first time and it made me feel kinda sick and shaky =/

floating poop?

for about two weeks, my poop has been floating! its so weird! i havent changed my diet at all. i have actually been eating way better than i did in the summer. i looked it up on the internet and it said too much gas and fat but i dont eat much fat and my diet hasnt changed AT ALL so i dont know whats going on? please help me, this is getting on my nerves. thanks in advance!
