14/f Ok so i have nothing to do this summer and I've been riding my bike to K-mart and stealing. I know its wrong, but its k-mart. I got some thongs---my mom don't let me wear them so i pissed her off and some hair dye which pissed her off even more. But i want something better to do with my summer besides a life of crime. Any suggestions?

Ugh.. Summer School Posted Tuesday July 19 2005, 6:19 pm
This year I wasn't doing so well in school. I failed 2 classes! My mom got sooo mad at me! So she put me in Summer School. Ughhh! I got so mad at her, I failed Summer School on purpose because I was so angry I had to do it. 3 days ago my mom got my Summer School Report Card. I'm grounded for the rest of the summer. I can do stuff still, but no sleepovers. But then I told my mom Summer School was hard for me. So, now I'm not grounded. But now I feel like I'm on the spot.. and I regret what I did. What should I do?? =/

Organization and Motivation Posted Monday July 18 2005, 5:42 pm
Last year I was a sophmore and I am skipping a grade so next year I'll be a senior. I tend to have REALLY atrocious study habits. Actually I guess I can't really say that because I don't have any study habits at all. It's gotten me by so far, even through the PAP, AP, and Honors courses I've taken. I'm worried, however, that it won't be enough next year. I'll be taking Duel Credit English 4, US Hist AP, AP Government, AP Economics, Academic Decathalon, and a few other courses. I'm really worried that I won't be able to keep my GPA above 3.8 like I have been and I'm looking for some organizational skills, sources of motivation, and ANYTHING else yall can provide me with. Since I'm graduating early, I have to work extra hard to get accepted t...

highschool(long, but i need help) Posted Thursday July 14 2005, 10:49 pm
OK, this August I am starting highschool. I am in the honors program, and all my life i have gone to a Catholic school. It was a very comfortable environment. I knew everybody and was liked by everybody, and I did my work very easily. I didnt really have to work that hard at all. I loved the school I went to, the teachers were great and I learned a lot. But it makes it that much harder to go into highschool. I am going to a catholic high school too. I get stressed easily. How will I get used to the hard work, and the homework? My older sister is in that school, and she is SOOOOO smart. I feel like i have to be as good as her. How will i handle the work? I NEED HELP

ummm...books??? Posted Monday July 11 2005, 8:10 pm
Ok so I'm in the "Grand View Teen Summer Book Club Program." We have a different category each week. This week's category is romance novels. Our book is "Maid Marian" by Elsa Watson. Knowing how most Robin Hood stories are, I have my doubts about it But the president, who selects the books, says it's good. Could someone here give me some background on the book? Is it a sappy soap-opera-type romance novel? Is it historically accurate? Is it too treacly? Are the characters believable enough to think that they lived in the 12th century? Would a 16-year-old enjoy it? Is it what you would call "a Robin Hood flick"? Thx a lot, and please, I do NOT need anyone telling me, "If you want to know, rea...
