ok so, my school is having a dinner dance. my best friend and i were going to ask the ppl we like to it today after school. BUT these to guys, who we are kinda friends with and like us, asked us to the dance. but when she went on the bus today, she asked the 2 guys that we like, what they would say if we asked them. they said they would have said yes!!!!! what the hell should we do? we are in need of some serious advice!!!! thanks

I sit next to this guy in math class who i have a crush on. he likes me too, but the problem is, he is very shy. i try to ask him questions about what we're learning, but he'll just be like"i don't know". what are some things i could talk to him about?

There is this girl at my school that knows my boyfriend somehow and i think she likes him. He deosn't even know her that well but whatevr. Anywho she said she is going to call my boyfriend and tell him I'm cheating on him. well the thing is i'm not and i would never do that to him bcuz i love him so much. Idk who he will belive tho!!! wut can i do to stop her. and if she does tell him how will i tell him that i didn't cheat on him? I'll rate!!!!

everyone at my school hates me.yesturday i got really upset so i didnt go to school today. We were talking on the phone and..a lot of people at my school dislike me. This hurt me a lot. i mean i knew i wasnt liked by everyone but i dont know what to do. apparently its because i "flip out" and this made me really upset, and now i think i should change so i am well-liked. what should i do? like, what kind of people would you be friends with?
(please dont tell me not to change myslef.)

Co-worker says "Hi" all day long!

I need advice on how to deal with a co-worker. She's a VERY nice lady, she has strange little quirks about her. Most of them I can deal with.
However, one quirk that drives me (and the rest of the office coincidentally) absolutely bonkers is her need to say "Hi!" all day long. I get the brunt of it, sometimes between 3-15 times a day. I sit next to her and share a printer with her, so a lot of the time, she passes by she says it. I've been subtle, I've been joking about it. I've even replied with "Hello AGAIN" and once told her "You've already said that." She responded with a laugh and said "I know. It's a habit." Well I am 13 and a female. Lets just say my name is j.Well there is this guy lets call him a. Well I like a alot and I have a feeling that he likes me too. I think on Friday he was going to ask me to be his girlfriend because I heard his friends say ask her and they pushed him toward me. But he did not say anything and walked away. I freeze up and have nothing to say during good conversations between other people. I really liek to talk a lot at home and with my friends. At school it seems liek i dnt say anything. And if i say something wrong ill get labeled fo rit. I want to Be Cool and likeable but also mysef at the same time. How can I become myself, say the right things,and be a good conversationalist?

The girl with loads of confidence seem to have it all. All the gilrs want to be "her" and all the guys want to date her. The girl that gets good grades and a varsity ahlete. My question is how does she reach the level of complete control over her own life-the confidence-likeable personality.Where does it all come from? my goal is to become her but a better version "me" without being completely fake. it woul dmean the worl to me if I had advicenators to help me out. well im 13/f. i used to hang out with this group of 5 girls. but then 4 out of the five started ignoring me slowly but surely. the other girl stayed with me and got ignored too. the girl and i decided that we would not talk to them as much. then we gave them antoher chance and became "friends" again with the other 4. that happened again 2 more times. so then it was happening again so we decided to make new friends and not talk to the 4 girls forever. it was going as planned. we made new friends and had fun. but then the 4 girls called and said sorry and asked for another chance last night. so seeing that we all knwon each other since we were 3 we missed the 4 girls, so we gave in. our parents knew about this whole thing. so today ...

Well, the other day me and 3 of my girl mates were out in town and had been to the cinema with 4 of the really cool guys at school. I was quite surprised that they liked hanging out with us cos we're not popular. We're not unpopular, we're just sort of ..... normal.
Anyway, it was after the film and we were all just hanging out in town and it was all going well, until tons of the popular girls from school turned up.
3 of the guys ditched us (the other one wanted to stay hanging out with us) and went off with the cool girls.
Its just, how can i be like them?
Like, they're just so ...... effortlessly cool, if you know what I mean?
All the popular girls dont have to do anything, they just seem so casual, and ...

See theres this guy and I really like him. He was one of my boyfriends and he recently broke it off with me. We were really really close with eachother and know its over. All i want to do is get back together with him. The problem is I dont know if I should or shouldnt and i dont know if i should just forget about him. report cards = not a good thing

I'm honestly a smart girl but I'm lazy & hate working. This has drastically affected my grades in school. My parents expect great grades from me (which I haven't had throughout highschool). I'm a junior and grades really matter. I dread report card days because it's the same routine - me crying while my mom screams & punishes me. It is my fault & I know that. How do I start stepping it up and show my mom that this time will be different? I need ways to pull my grades up big time and change my lazy ways.
