Making New Friends and Borders

So you couldn't call me the most social active person. People actually call me quiet (even my friends) and its harder for me to talk to people I don't know really well and make new friends. Its even hard for me to have fun sometimes, I always seem to have my guard up. I'm not even sure if I want to be accepted by these people sometimes, but maybe it would be good to make some new friends. I, or at least I think, have progressed a lot over the years when it comes to talking, being comfortable with myself, and things like that, but when I'm away from a friend and with people I don't know that all goes down hill. Its almost like nothing has changed at all. I hardly know what to say and when I get attention from a boy or someone making a joking...

Becoming irritated

Okay so recently I've become really annoyed and irritable.And I don't meant to be.I start saying things I don't mean to the people I care about and I regret it.Is this normal? Maybe it's a sign I don't know, But I've been really bitchy to my boyfriend and I don't know how he takes it. It's really not intentional, But I'm already a teaser to where I call people dorks and freaks and stuff. I really hope I'm not becoming bitter and getting tired of my boyfriend.Everything's just happening all at once and I'm stressing out big time and I don't know how to handle it.Anyone knows what's happening to me or what I can do to prevent this?

16/F ok so you know how friends sing in cars together or just blast their music and sing out loud? well i cant seem to do that with my friends. i sing in my room all the time with the music blasting but i cant with people around.. what can i do?

so i sometimes talk alot but in classes i dont talk that much at all.. and when i am around friends it is like i run out of things to say? i have met some new people but i dont really talk to them so they think im quiet, what are some things i could talk about and what are some tips on being more outgoing?

Halloween//17th birthday Party

My Birthday is November 7th [a week from Halloween] and I want to have some kind of party for it. Problem is, I've never had a guy/girl or even a "party" since I was like 12. Also, I've only lived here for 10 months. I have some people to invite but I don't know if I should go through with it because it might end up being lame.
What should I say on the invites? birthday or halloween party or both?
What could we do that isn't lame?

my friend, ill be like mad at her over something. and like ill act cold. and then she just doesnt even care. its like ,it doesnt matter if i get mad or not. she just acts like its no big deal. uhh i hate her so much right now.

this is gonna sound way conceited, but i promise, im not trying to be. im much prettier then my friend. i mean, shes like fat and everything, so i mean obviously, guys dont like her much. plus she acts really stupid alot. anyways, since im a freshman, ive made alot of new friends. and so when me and her will be wlaking down the hall, just about every person says hi to me, and i stop and talk and make yano small talk. and she gets mad, and walks away. anyways, whenever i talk about like guys or something, she like finds some way to insult them. and its just really annoying. what should i do?

my one friend, took all of my people on my phone, and ims them and pretends to be these fake people. i mean she gets pictures of random girls from photobucket and everything!!! and its like really embarrassing. because im afraid there gonna find out that i know her, and that im like friends with her or whatev. im really getting sick of her. because whenever i talk to her, all we talk about is these people, and its actually really mean, what shes doing. shes pretending shes going out with this kid, and he really believes it. what should i do? im so sick of this.

my friends acting wierd

Okay well there's this guy and i used 2 lik him in 6th and 7th, and he knew it and he never liked me. Yeah but weve been GREAT friends!!! Now we're in 8th grade and its wierd, i have a bf now, one that he doesnt know cause he goes to a diff skool and my friend seems wierd. we used to NEVER get in fights or anything we were chill and kool. But since ive been dating this guy my friends been acting wierd. He's always making fun of my boyfriend, which he doesnt even know and he's always now playing w/ me hair more and stuff. lik he just started going out w/ this gurl a week ago, and im not jealous but i feel like hes jealous of my bf. he makes fun of him, he's now getting mad at me ova nothin at least 3 times a week, and he's always messin w/ me, hair and stuff. ok so in the last two days one of my classmates' mother died. It was really unexpected to me even though she had been fighting off cancer. her son, who i dont really talk to that much, is in a group project with me for a class. I don't know what to say to him when i see him. The family is keeping this all really private and I don't want to be pushing. Since I think that they had seen it coming for a while, he doesn't seem to be all that depressed but maybe it's just taking a while for it to sink in. help me on what to say ! 16/f thanks in advance

Sorry this may be long and confusing.
Ok this girl we'll call her 'Ann' well I use to hang out with her some now she is acting so stupid ok and then my best friend, we'll call her 'Danielle' starts hanging out with her since I was hanging out with my other friends too. My other friend, call her 'Wendy' doesn't like Ann. But my friend Danielle likes this guy and so does another friend,'Jessie'. So Ann goes and asks this guy if he likes Jessie. So she comes back and tells Danielle that he obviously likes Danielle and said that Jessie was forward and a flirt. Of course Ann doesn't like Jessie either. Danielle tells me that Ann said that and Danielle knew what she said about him probably liking her wasn't true but she didn't know...

well i just went to my 8th grade dance, and lots of girls are becoming more physical with boys.. like some kids were already grinding, or some others were dancing together like it was nothing.. I dont have any guy friends like that that I could dance with them and not get embarassed or always see it in the romantic way.. Ive never even had a boyfriend while all my other friends mostly have.. I mean I'm not ugly or anything but its weird.. I guess I can be choosy with some guys but how can i be more comfortable with guys and become good friends with them and stuff? thanks. cause usually im with my gal pals.

Okay. So here's the very long deal. I will try to summarize this. It could really have an impact on my life.
I've known this guy online for a year. I dunno if you read my question ...but I asked about a guy I was obsessed with online.
Anyway. I knew him for a year and I met him online. I never really liked him, but having no friends, I just talked to him and became very personal with him. He had another gf online, and now they're meeting up. I really don't care for him anymore. He doesn't mean anything to me. Of course, that feeling of "fondness" still exists, but not enough to propel me to want to meet this guy or anything. Honestly, he creeps me out. He's dirty, disgusting, ugl...

so heres the deal...im 14and a half/f and hav a good amount of friends and i jus realized that out of all of them that i talk to most, im the ONLY one who hasnt made-out with a guy yet!and its kinda deppressing!!!i meen i think im a very pretty girl, somewhat prettier then most of them and im still a make-out virgin!!!i know people say good things come to those who wait but how long do i have to f-n wait!!!!i think im the second oldest out of my frinds and i hav only kissed one guy and it was only once and it wasnt "all that"!i dont know if it has anything to do with the fact that i dont kiss guys unless ive known them for a while and feel completly comfortable with sharing my lips with them!and then again i am kinda shy too!-well...

Dumb Questions

I am a person that really likes to know "why". When I say and/or say, ask or do some things, other people will find them stupid or dumb. Like today a friend of mine was wearing old sneakers (it was obvious, they were discolored and worn) and I remarked that they looked like they smelled (simply JKing). Another of my friends, who was sitting next to me, stated that that made no sense and things cannot look like they would smell. I was rather surprised at this comment, because that made total sense to me. It may seem petty and umimportant, but this kind of thing happens all the time. My actions and words make complete sense to me, why don't they to others?

Who to sit with?

I have two groups of people that I like to sit with at lunch- my best friend and a bunch of our guy friends, and these other girls, that I only met this year (I just started high school, and they went to the other feeder school). The problem is, my best friend gets all huffy if I don't sit with her, and then doesn't talk to me for a day or two. But if I sit with her all the time, then I'm afraid that my friendship will fail with the other girls, since I haven't known them very long (my best friend and I have been bff's since third grade.) So, what do I do?

my friend and i have been friends for a while now but when we came to the middle school a few years ago she found other friends (the popular girls) and now she doesnt hang with us or anything. we are so mad at eachother that we dont speak to one another. i just dont think we will ever be friends again. does anyone know how i should handle this or what i should do?
