good songs to sing? (talent show)

This year I want to sing in my talent show. This will be the first time I have ever done this and I am very nervous. It isn't that I can't sing it is just that I can't figure out which song I should sing. I want something popular but most of the popular songs now aren't very musical if you know what I mean. It seems like even rappers are using voice changers to make themselves sound better.
So I guess it comes down to what is a classic song or popular song that is kind of musical and not something that is going to get me laughed at.

no arrests from limewire music?

Does anybody know if anybody has actually ever been arrested for downloading music on LimeWire? My friend says that there have never been any arrests but with everything you hear all the time about this I can't believe there are no arrests from LimeWire music.
Can somebody just tell me the truth about this? If you download music on LimeWire will you get arrested?

ipod nano - good idea?

I'm planning on buying an Ipod Nano because it's cheaper than a regular one. Does an 8GB Ipod Nano hold the same amount of songs as an 8GB Classic Ipod?
That may be an extremely stupid question, but I honestly know nothing about these type of things.
Anyways, it said an 8GB Ipod Nano can hold up to 2000 songs and thousands of pictures. If I don't store any pictures, and I want to use the ipod nano just for songs, would that leave more room for more songs if I don't store anything else like videos or pictures?
I'd only want songs, and, assuming the songs are around 4-5 mins each, I'm just wondering if I can get it to hold more than 2000 songs if I store nothing but songs.

I was on YouTube and came across this song. Someone in the blog said it was from Sim City, but I haven't been able to find out where in Sim City, there seem to be many songs from Sim City and many versions of Sim City.
Also, is it the original version from the game or is it a remake?

audacity and video together?

i want to start recording my music by myself. id use audacity for one guitar and a video for my voice and bass guitar. is there any way that i can record myself on film and match it up to the audio on audacity so that i can do both guitars and see me sing in sync??

I am 23. I currently asked out the girl I really liked, she's 17. There is a major age difference, but although she's 17 she acts mature. Anyways, people don't approve of our relationship. They tell her that all I want to do is sleep with her when that's not the case. I really do care about her. I'm not that type of guy that does that. I am a really good guy. I'm a nurse studying to be a doctor, I will be going to Japan to work at hospitals over there for a month, I go to church, I have morals, I don't drink or smoke. I think I am a good catch.
I want to make my girlfriend a mixtape. What are some good songs I can use to show her that I love her no matter what people think?

it's called "and then you came" its like a cute tay swift song mixed with kate voegle and then i wrote another one called your love makes me higher and it sounds like a justin beiber song!

hey, yesterday I head a song on a greatest hits CD or something with a bunch of psychopathic records artists. And one song I really want to hear again but idk what its called. It's about a girl he's in love with. It says somethign about her making his soul rise and shine, and how she'd never lie to him. It's number 8 or 9 on the mix CD.

i'm trying to find songs about chasing someone you want. like how the chase is fun. i like the song "let the games begin" by anarbor and how one of the lyrics is "i'm not in it to win, you can tell by my grin that i've done this before, so let the games begin." so anything will be good thanks!
