i only have my dad my little bro and my grandma. my mom does not live with us.my grandma is like my mom. what is going to happen if i lose her. what do i do. my dad says that she is not really sick and not to worry about it.what if she really is sick. what do i do

Son and Girlfriend

Tell me please, what is the best way to deal with adult children who live destructive lives? Is it ever okay to say "I have had enough and I want you out of my life" I mean I love my son and couldn't deal with that well, but I can't deal with this either. He's lazy, won't work and is in an abusive relationship. He's on probation for an old charge, but is likely to screw up again if he keeps going this way. He refuses counseling, but has no money or a job anyway. I cannot do tough love, and I don't even know if that really works after talking to other parents. I love him I really do, but he (and his gf) are hurting the rest of our family. Anyone been there?

My dad wont let me live!

hey. I really need help because my life.. is going down the drains at the moment. I have no friends, except 2 that I barely see anymore, not really a good school, no plans for the summer, my dad is so lazy and I told him I needed an agent and he's totally taking his time with it when he needs to hurry. It seems like all he does is sit on his butt all day. I am really lonely and things just arent going good for me, so what I'm trying to do is get my dad to get me my agent but he wont hurry; how in heck do i get him to hurry?!
Please help me... =(

My brothers gay..
Its not that bad.. i mean.. hes not really girlie.. hes 18 and still lives with us tho (he graduated).. his boyfriends come over all the time.. and im ok with that.. its not too weird.. but when i talk about it with people.. its hard.. and almost like.. embaressing to say hes GAY.. but i know that there is nothing ot really be embarresed about? help?!

car; no license

I have a car but only my permit. My boyfriend has had his license for awhile, but no car! This whole situation gets frustrating because it'd be easier to get around if one of us was driving. My mom is strict but she likes my boyfriend. How could I convince her to let my boyfriend drive us around in my car sometimes? He's trustworthy and a great driver.

my aunt

hey everyone wel im a 15/f && when i wuz 6 yrs old my aunt died of breast cancer... i use to always be with her.. she would baby-sit me && take me places... like the mall && stuff.. and her daughter (my cousin) is married and now has a kid named sonia (my niece) she's really cute but the thing is im not sure how wil my cousin tell her about my aunt?? its rreally complicated.. and i sometimes even cry whenever i think of her b/c i miss her soo much!!! my uncle is weird.. ever isince my aunt died he's been bitter (well thats just my opinion) but yeah

piano lessons

i took piano lessons when i was 9 years old,and then because the teacher was so strict and i cried after sessions,i quit.and now i wanna study piano again but i don't think my mom would let me.i'll really stick to it,be strong,and work real hard on it.i just wanna learn how to play the piano again....13's not "too late" age,right??how do i convince my mom???tnx in advance

Ok,I'm 18/F and the other day I caught my brother he's 16 dressed in my clothes,I mean everything bra,panties,mini-skirt the works when he saw me he started crying,,,,too make a long story short he told me he has been wearing my clothes for a while and that he wants to be a girl. He said that he's sick of pretending and asked if I would help him shop and teach him about makeup,I love my brother an told him I would but I find this very weird. What should I do ?????

Is coming to visit me & my family in the next 2 days. I recently heard about something he did to my older sister & now I'm really scared of him. He deserves to go to jail. He sexually harrassed my sister when she was around 3 years old and when she was in 3rd grade. Please help me. idk what to do im soo scaredd.

im a single mom my daughter is one month old and im scared to death. Back in august my daughtes father proposed and i said yes. in sept i got pregnant and then her father told me he was going to fight for full custody of her. so i ran but now social services has required that i file for child support. and if i get it cant he reques visitation rights. what you need to know though is that he lied to me about everything hes a decade older then he told me he was he lied about his middle name and a lot of other stuff. i need advice i dont want him getting any rights to her what can ido

Well today I am going to hang out with my boyfriends family but he has a little brother of around 5 years old. Uhm I am not very good with kids... I usually try to make them laugh and they just stare at me...lol emabarasing!!! So please help give me some advice so I dont look end up looking like a fool.

okay..umm fourth of july is coming up and my dad was planning a trip to go up to old fordge with my aunt and uncle and cousins and stuff. i would go there the 1st of july - the 5th of july. and my cousin on my moms side is having her graduation party on the 1st of july and i cant miss that for the world bc shes like a sister to me.(and yeah, my parents are divorced) and my dad had said to me if my mom could drive half way on sunday(the 2nd) then he would meet us half way.(in utica) and now my mom says no that she cant bc she has to cook food for a 4th of july party down the street and my dad wont come and pick me up and now im like crying and idk what to do!!! im all confused and if anyone out there whos parents are divorced and know how i ...

How do I talk to my dad?

Sixteen years old and male. I'm not sure why, but I don't talk to my father. I don't hate him or dislike him. My uncle noticed that when he stayed to visit and told me that I need to go up and talk to him more often. I tried to, but I guess after awhile I stopped. What really got to me was that my sister said that to me too, and she's younger than me. I guess it's that noticable. But I want to know what I could do to start conversations and talk. The only time he goes out of his way to talk to me is when he needs me to fix the computer or get him something (and I'm not exagerating). He gets home late and is always busy when he's home.
Should I write him e-mails? He is constantly checking his e-mail. I do feel somewhat uncomfo...

Practically every morning when i wake up, my mom asks me if i have plans. And it drives me insane. I realize that she is only wondering, but how could i possibly have plans the MOMENT that i wake up? I know that i am overreacting to this but it still annoys me! Its also the wayy she says it. iTs just all so annoyign!

I know this may sound evil, but seriously, how do you get your family member to stop smoking in a sneaky way if they are mad at you for asking all the time and are adamant in their opinions? Are there, like pills I can trick her with and pretend they're vitamins?

Cousin

It has recently come to my attention, that my cousin has been taking 5-10 tylenol a day. He has started acting really weird, and complains of his foot being numb. Is it possible that by taking 5-10 tylenol, he could be overdosing? If he is, what should i do?
