getting into trouble due to "appearance" of PDA in stairwell

My boyfriend and I have been dating 10 months. We go to a two story school with stairwells. We were in this one particular stairwell in the morning before school started and one teacher told us to "MOVE ON, GET TO CLASS" (Note: We were not hugging or doing any other type of PDA, my boyfriend was just standing against the wall with me about a foot in front of him looking at him). Today, between classes, we were in the same stairs, same scenario. We walked down the stairs, hugged quickly, then I went back up the stairs where the teacher was staring then made my way to my class (I went to third period). She happened to be talking to my boyfriend and I's fourth period teacher, when the teacher that got on to us and came over and talke...

This guy i work with is quitting. hes the only person i enjoy working with because hes not aggravating and we get everything done quick. I went and saw him today and he told me and i almost wanted to cry because he was talking about leaving like 2 months ago and i told him he wasnt aloud too. I guess you can say i have strong feelings for him and when he leavese i wont see him unless he comes to visit ( which he told me he would )
I cant just call him up on weekends and tell him to come hang out with me. Theres a age difference by about 7 years. And he has another job. How do i get over this and quick?
as sad as it sounds i really just want to let out a good long cry.

Dear Advicenators-
Well this school year is my first time in highscool. I have 6 best friends.. and it seems like i'm the prudest. I've always been so over protective and i havnt even kissed a guy yet! I mean I'm not ugly... i dont wanna be snobby but im pretty. All my friends are hooking up with these new kids... and i feel like out of place. haha. I dont know how to explain it. I mean I guess it's because there are no new hot kids in my classes; because when i go to parties and talk to guys there, they always flirt with me and stuff and they ask for my number and stuff. can anybody give me tips to be more flirtaciuos and open minded.. haha. so I just met this guy friday. My friend made me go to the school football game. I have seen this Guy lets just call him Bob around my school and thought he was really hot, and now that I have met him he is hot, nice, and funny. well he is a skater punk and thoose are the guys I like. Im a prep but I dont go for the preppy guys. But once agian we are going to the football game this friday. So now that you have the facts, my question is what do i saw around him to make conversation and hopefully him srart to like me. Im not a shy person its just i dont want to say something stupid like I always do (im known to be ditzy) but this time I really like the person and dont want to mess up

Career is in Shambles...What should i do???

My parents put a lot of pressure on me because they are almost 70 and my siblings are older, married, and well-established career-wise. <br> <br>
As the youngest, my life is in shambles. I'm pathetic. I was kicked out of my Ivy grad program after getting a C+ in a difficult class. I now don't know what do. My parents are strongly suggesting that I follow in the footsteps of my older sister who is a successful attorney. Everyday I speak to them, they (including my sister) suggest that I either go to law school, business school, or work for the U.N.
As a career, science is basically not an option anymore for me since I got a C+ in a very important class.
Anyway, I am stressed out and have clinical anxiety now...

I'm a female, 16 years old, and I have absolutely no experience whatsoever with dating. (let's just say I didn't exactly, *ahem* win the genetic lottery.) Anyway, to make a long story short, a guy friend a year younger than me likes me, and I'm pretty sure of this as he's made several (harmless) "moves". He's pretty nice, I like him and I'd like to date him just to see how it works out. However, the problem is, he's really depressed and doesn't have many friends. I know this is a bit pessimistic, but if we dated and then broke up, I don't think he would handle it very well and it would probably be very awkward to be friends again. I do like him and want to date him, but should I? Or should I just wait for the feelings to pass so ...

i sit next to the guy of my dreams in one of my classes, but i can never seem to bring up good conversation. i know when we talk about him, sports and stuff, he gets bored, because all girls are going after him and that's all they talk about to try to get him to like them. so what do i say? i want to say something witty and playful sort of that's different from what all other girls are doing. what kind of conversation topics and starters can i bring up? please help! thanks

SO.. this girl in my school likes my boyfriend. Shes constantly hitting on him and flirting. So the other day i went up to her and told her to back off. Now she is hitting on him MORE just to get back at me. She is REALLy ugly and thinks he likes her, but he doesnt. How can i get her to stop hitting on my bf? Any advice it greatly appreciated!!

So...I spent the summer getting to know the guy I liked. We became friends. Everything was going good, I even think he kinda liked me, but he was too shy to do anything. He had this one girl friend who liked another guy. One day, she finds out the guy she likes has a girlfriend, so she asks my guy friend out.
Now he is all confused about it, but he says he's going to try with her. I know she's using him as a rebound and I'm trying not to be selfish in this. I'm the friend yet again, but I don't know what to do. Should I just be his friend or tell him how I feel?

I just moved to a new school. My old school was an all-girls school, but my mum was a teacher at an all-boys school, so it wasnt that awkward when I moved to a co-ed school (if that makes sense??)
Anyway, now I'm actually going to school with guys, and they are in my classes and I don't really mind. But when it's sport I get really self-conscious. Like I can't be good enough for anyone. I want to make a good impression on people that I am meeting for the first time. I don't want to tell my new friends because I don't really know them that well yet. I like this guy named James. i have heard from everybody that he likes me. and then everyone knows that i like him and also ppl keep saying that he is going to ask me to be his gf. and then today he finaly asked me. and i said yes. and then now this other cute guy that is new came to my school today/ he is a major hottie! but im still thinking of wether i should stay with james or go with the new kid Jake. everone and all of my friends think that i should stay with with James. im not sure who to choose. should i stay with james sinse he already asked me to be his gf and use jake as a back up?

hey iam 17 and iam in the 11th grade and iam in special ed classes just in case you begin to wonder how I know this girl so well.There is this girl in my special ed class at school who everybody but me makes fun of just becouse she is deaf which means she can't hear or talk except with using sign language of course and everybody makes fun of her becouse of the way she laughs and becouse she can't hear and talk and so on and they have learning disabilities themselves which makes it even worse you know.This one boy pushed Ahley that's the girl iam talking about into a table and made her fall becouse he knew she couldn't tell on him becouse she's deaf which made me sick so I told the princeapal and you know what's so sad the princapal even tol...

hey there is this boy at school named chad and he is 17 like me and he is autistic I have no problem with him being autistic becouse I know he can't help it and he was just born that way,but he follows me everywhere and I can 't get him to leave me alone and iam afraid he's going to ask me to the school prom,but I want to find a nice way to turn him down gently without hurting his feelings should I say can we just be friends or what and how can I get him to stop following me without hurting his feelings becouse I know it will be hard to say no becouse he's autistic and chad dosn't really understand what the word no means please help me!

I've been working at a hair salon for 6 months now, and now I'm applying at other places. I got an interview for a restaraunt and a hair/tanning salon on the same day.. one at 3:15 one at 5. I would rather work at either one of the intervviews i have. So, i have 2 questions
1) What is a good way to give my two-week notice?2) What do I do if the first place offers me a job? What do i say?
