Does eighth grade count???

I am normally an A student, all the time. But I'm really worried because I don't know whether my eighth grade grades count for college or not. Here they are:
Science (Life Science): 106 (Extra Credit)
Math: 97
French (Pre-French I) 99
History: 90
English: 85
Art: 100
Music: 93, but I'm doing extra credit.
Health: 100
Gym: 100
Math Lab: 98-ish (not really sure)
Technology: honestly no clue but probably like in the lower 90's
Do my grades count for anything? Eighth graders at my school are not eligible for high school classes...but I really hate my History, English, and Technology grades. Report cards are coming soon and I don't want my En...

Stressed in college

I am a biology major in college. My grades are usually A's and B's but this semester is really hard for me. It's almost over and I havent had any A's on any exams. Im taking Chemistry and Physics 2, along with Ecology, with a few others. My main concern are my science classes. I might get C's in these courses and I am really worried about my future, medical school wise. I am very stressed all the time and am almost in constant worry. I barely sleep and I don't have any time to myself. What should I do to relieve some stress?

Going to to public school after being in private school... how bad will it be?

Im 15 in 10th grade and ive gone to a private school my whole life but I will be going to a public school in 2 weeks. Im scared but i really want to go to a public school (the main reason im leaving is cuz of bullying.)Is there anything that I should know about changing schools mid year? How different is private from public? All my friends that have switched to public school have all said that they loved it but idk. Im mexican and not a lot of mexicans go to the school im going to and they are all mormon but im catholic so I dont know if I will be treated very differently? please help

makeup picture day

so i took my yearbook picture a couple of weeks ago but i had a HUGE zit on the tip of my nose. Makeup picture day is in two weeks and i was wondering if the school would let me retake my picture since i had already taken one? how would i tell them i need to retake one?

I ruined my grades!!

So I just got my report card back and I got two A's, but then I got two B's and a C+. The problem is with the B's and C was that I started a couple weeks late because I switched from another school and they had put me a grade ahead because there was some stuff I had already learned. I was really really upset and I spent about five hours crying. I just wanted to know if my grades count for anything. If they do I will go throw myself off a bridge (I'm twelve and a very distressed eighth grader).

So im sitting here at home trying to get one hundred and fifty pages of school work done in the next 7 days. I always wait to the last two days to do all my homework before a test. i been trying lateley to work on that to give myself more time and less stress, however im sitting here with the tv disconneted computer off, till now, and phone on silent, ill be reading my work buy my mind wonders off to chores, sex, and my wieght. I dont know what to do i want to learn how to focus because i want to do great in school.

I'm in a very demanding school environment where everyone strives to achieve the minimum 2100. I'm not aiming for ivy league, but I'd like to think that a high SAT score is an essential factor to college acceptance. I've never had any prep, and I'm pretty confident that my mathematic skills are significantly lacking when it comes to the SAT.
I was considering requesting to take extensive test prep summer (programs like Elite, etc.); however, that conflicts with my summer plans for fulfilling my community service requirements and other credentials. Why have I changed?

I'm M/16. I'm a Junior in HS. I used to be good at school. My gpa was 83 in freshman year. In sophmore year my gpa went down to a 69, by the end I got it up to 79. This year has been okay but, I just don't want to do homework. I pay attention & do class work but I don't feel the same. I'll get home, play video games & research random things on the net. At around 11pm I'll look at my homework and just put it back in my bag. Then I'll end up going to bed at around 1am, fall asleep by 3am, and wake up at 5:30am. Okay first off I'm not a mean person and I'm sorry already on how this is going to come out. First off theres this... well whore. She's next to me by locker which I don't mind cuz she basically doesn't even see I'm alive next to her. But I really don't mind that. Hi everyone. So I used to attend a private school and my mom moved me to the local public school in our town. I had just finished sixth grade. But since my old school was ahead of the town school, they started me in the eighth grade. It's great, I have A's in all of my classes...except for Algebra. See, I started almost two weeks late and I completely missed when they were explaining the first chapter of the textbook. I put in a ton of time studying but I still got a 67 on a quiz and then today I probably got a C on a test. I am really miserable, can somebody please help me in understanding Algebra 2? By the way, I'm twelve.

k so i graduated highschool last june but i didnt return my textbooks because i forgot but during the summer i gave them into the school office anyways i moved away for university and now my highschool sent a letter asking for 800 dollars to replace the books but i dont even go to the school anymore and i returned my books but they said they never got them so do i still have to pay for them will they sue me if i dont give them the money.

Homecoming week!!

I am the class of 2013, and my class has been reigning champ of the hallway decorating for 2 years consecutively. Now all the other grades are coming for our necks.
So...I need help with decorating ideas. Our theme this year is PARIS
we are already making the arc de triomphe, golden gate of versilles, Eiffel tower , and cute little cafes.
We have 72ft worth of wall on either side of the hallway.
