My cousin was going to be in labor this week or next week, she went to the doctore yesterday and she lost her baby before labor. she had to reduced labor. baby was just so pretty he is perfect. they weight him and going to bastize him. and it was stuck in cord. anyway please keep her in your prayer. i really feel bad becouse she desver have that ... triangle inside a circle

I went to the beach this weekend, and on the sand there was a huge circle with a triangle inside of it laid out in boards (from shipwrecks probably). What does the sign represent? I have a feeling it has something to do with a dark religion or cult. There was just this whole creepy feeling about it that I didn't like.
And I know that symbol was used for Alcoholics Anonymous, but trust me, I don't think that was what it represented.

In my dream, I made an account on a website with my best friend Rachel. On this account, we had a default picture of the two of us and we posted on a forum. Everyone on the forum thought I was Rachel because, well, Rachel is commonly known as a female name. Rachel was the stereotypical "emo" boy. Well anyways. In reality, I do not know any boys by the name of Rachel, but in my dream, we were best friends. Now I can't stop thinking about him. Does this mean anything??

i think witch craft is really evil in highschool theres this girl that was fascinated by it and even said that she was one. so then i knew that i shouldnt be hanging out with her. but then i am curious. if she was a witch could she like not become one anymore. or is that somesort of like permanent thing. i feel like this is a really rude topic but i was curious and wanted to know something more intelligent about it.

my boyfriend was feeling really down because he has a temporary depression. i prayed to God (i'm Christian) and asked if he could make my bf happy and i implied that i'd do anything just to see him happy, even give up my happiness for his. A week later he dumped me and i've never seen him happier. i'm hurt and i'm just wondering if you think it's the work of God or just a weird coincident.

Controlling Emotions

I am learning from buddhism to not allow circumstances to alter my emotions. Because happiness comes from within and not from external things. I am having some trouble though. Sometimes I am able to allow things to happen and they would normally make me scared to feel hurt and I don't feel that way anymore. The trouble I am having is, if someone close to me says something that hurts me, i take it to heart and i get sad and then i feel really depressed, the other thing that happens, is if i am feeling like i don't have enough money to take care of things i start to get really depressed. Now I am working with the law of attraction, and it works really well for me, but I would like to improve it by not allowing money stuff to get to me. Does a...

Are there any websites that show celebrities that are Christian? I know there are a lot of Christian celebrities that we're not aware of, but I was wondering if there was just a website that listed them.
I'm not talking about strictly Christian stars either (like actors or actresses that ONLY star in Christian films and such) or strictly Christian pop-stars (like artists that ONLY do Christian music). I am looking for a list with people like Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Britney Spears, and whoever else is celebrity and Christian. Basically, my goal is to find the popular celebrities that are Christian. Any denomination is fine as long as the celebrity is actually Christian.

What does being a Christian really mean?

What does it mean to be a Christian exactly? I have always considered myself to be a Christian and now I wonder what being a Christian means really.
My best friend and I were talking and she seems to believe that being Christian means you have to go to church every day it's open but I don't believe that. I think my best friend has good ideas about Christianity in that we, as Christians, should be tending to (helping) others, Christian or not, but I am unsure about the need to go to church.
I know lots of celebrities are Christian, like the Jonas Brothers (all three that I'm aware of--Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Kevin Jonas), Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana), Alicia Keys, and Tom Hanks. I don't think they go to ...

Hinduism, Caste System, Krishna and Sudras

If Krishna is black, (black/the dark one, usually painted with dark blue or black skin, made from a black hair) why then does he support the mistreatment and opression of the sudras (blacks in india)? I know the rig veda is supposed to be one of the oldest books of hinduism, but there are many verses that support the killing of black/dark skinned people...i understand that this may have been a part of their culture at the time...but if krishna came out of this...and he is black, why would he hate or think low of his own kind? I like to consider myself a religious person. But sometimes it's hard. My question is specifically what are some things I should be praying about? I mean, I don't like to pray about the same things over and over, though I do. Should I be praying for better questions on Advicenators? ;]

mmkay well I know that no one really likes to talk about political things because it brings up a lot of contreversy. But I feel like I'm confused with my political party status. So if you could..could you help me by giving me information on all the political parties in the U.S. (like their beliefs and what they live by)? is it true that if you dye your hair a brown color [using a box haircolor you can buy at a drugstore] FOR LONGER THAN THE RECOMMENDED TIME GIVEN, it will come out a lil bit reddish brown...
even though reddish wasnt an option to what you wanted in your hair?
is it true?
i have experience and yeah my hair always turn reddish brown when i dye it and leave it longer.

Prayer Journal

I recently decided to start a notebook to help me through my days, especially at school when I get frustrated and feel like I have nowhere else to turn. Right now I have a five-subject notebook that I plan on working on tonight to get started for tomorrow. I want to divide my notebook accordingly to focus on different spiritual areas. I was thinking to have one section for verses, one for prayer and maybe one for reflection.
Does anyone have any suggestions about sections or just keeping up a prayer journal in general?

Ok.. I'm 13.. And i made a promise to God that i was going to stay a virgin until marriage... But i think about sex sometimes.. I never think about doing it, just.. you know... But does that make me a bad Christian? Its hard to not think about it when people my age are already losing their virginity... I don't want to be like that... It's wrong.. People my age are always joking about it and saying when they're 16 they are gonna lose theirs and stuff... But I think this is wrong...
