Weighing and heights

I need some advice;o
Well here, my cousin is 15 and she weighs like 6.7 stone and her height is 5'7.
People tell her that she's underweight for her age and her height? O.o she's totally normal though!
How much does a 15 year old girl have to weight to be healthy ? And what about the height?

i was taking medication because i had a yeast infection. it was one pill at night and one in the morning. i took my night one but an hour later i drank hard liquer, not that much maybe the most 3 shots cause i forgot. then later i had the worst lower abdominal cramps ever and i never get cramps there only in my legs when i am about to get my period but later in the night i ended up getting my period. now i dont know if the drinkning on the meds caused the pains or the pms. i dont want to tell my mom. could this have damaged my reproductive system? it said do not drink alchohol on this medication. thanks

Federal Law known as HIPPA & getting labia plastic surgery

my labia is irregularly large... akward... soo i wanna get the plastic surgery to shorten them, so my question is would the HIPPA Law apply to this? if not how do i confront my mother about this? we are very open about relationships, sex and just everything in general,btw.
below i have a little more detail on the HIPPA Law:
By a Federal Law known as HIPPA anyone over the age of 14 may seek medical treatment without parental consent or knowledge for any problem related to their reproductive system.

I am not a very strong person and I'm not sure why. I walk around 7km a day in the morning before work and I do all of the house work at home. I know I shouldn't feel strong from doing so little exercises but I shouldn't feel weak. My diet is rich and varied and has more than enough protien and other nutrients it baffles me.

sweating problem

I'm 14/f and I sweat so bad in my armpits and even my butt.. No matter what season its wet under my armpits. It's cold and wet and disgusting. I have to keep my arm down and I can no longer wear gray clothing, or any other clothes that you can easily see sweat on. Tank tops, sweatshirts, north face, everything! When i get up there's like a wet mark showing my sweat too! I'm a girl, I shouldn't be sweating more than guys like this.. And yes, I use deodorant. It's not the typical one, its the special sports one in the box. Should I go to the doctor? I can't deal with this anymore. Help!

suiside to lift a burden from your family

What if the reason for your suiside are to lift the burden you feel your putting on your friends and family now, to be selfesh is to only think ones self but what if you leave no mess for family to find what if you really have exhausted all other options I'm asking this because I am young enough know and old enough to realize my family shouldn't have to cart me from drs to drs because my poor health and being so depressed in front of them is only bringing them down

Should I get bunion surgery now or wait it out?

I'm looking for some opinions on whether I should get bunion surgery. I already scheduled it in about 2 weeks but I can still cancel if I change my mind.
The bunion on my left foot is not causing significant pain at the moment. I noticed some pain which is why I went in for the xrays in the first place but the pain is off and on--mostly off--and not interfering with my daily activities. I've read a lot of things that suggest waiting until the bunion is actually painful and debilitating.
HOWEVER, I had bunion surgery last year on the right foot and in that experience the pain progressed fairly quickly. Might have been because I was more active then but I really don't know. I have a family history of bunions so ...

thinking of smoking..

Hai I'm 14/f and lately I've been thinking a lot about smoking. Everyone in my family has smoked at least once and my mom is the only one who contunues to smoke. Also my best guy friend smokes as well and has offeres me mutiple times but Ive always turned him down. I really don't know I'm somewhat stressed due to school and slight family issues so I want to know what to do. I'm just so unsure of wht to do at the moment please help.

I am 16 and my boobs have been hurting alot lately i am not sexually active but I do masturbate. Would masturbation have anything to do with my boobs hurting. I also think its Because of my period, but my period isn't support to come until two more weeks. Should I be worried or does this just mean my boobs are growing.?

my nails keep splitting!!

Ok so i need to grow my nails longer by the end of june.for.my grad because i want a french manicutre but i cant have one if i have short nails. So far they are an average length but they keep on.splitting at the ends :( i use cuticle oil everyday and currently have them painted. Why o they keep splittig?!?

Anxiety: anxiety through boredom

Back in August, I had bad anxiety through boredom, which led to terrible insomnia where I didn't sleep a wink for one week before the doctor gave me something. Through counselling and relaxation I slowly regained my life back.
Recently, I've had a cold and its lasted a week, and basically its brought my insomnia all back. I try sleep meds, but I have this thing where I don't feel relaxed enough to sleep until it starts getting lighter! Also, the cold makes it impossible for me to practically breathe, so I'll be tossing and turning all night too :/ What would anyone suggest how to sleep better?

Can people that cause a car accident be charged with a crime even if one of the victims live or die?
My aunt and uncle was in a car accident the other day. My uncle is fine, but my aunt's eye popped out, she broke her leg and she's unresponsive in the hospital. The doctor says she has fluid on her brain. My aunt & uncle were on the free way and 3 cars crashed together because someone's car stopped on the freeway and the second car hit the first car, the 3rd car hit the second car. The cars crashed because of the first car stopping in the middle of the freeway. If something happens to her can the people that caused the accident be sued and charged for what happens to her?
