Hello! My name is Caitlyn. At school, I have a crush named Nolan I really love and care about. We have a lot in common, but I'm actually a vegetarian, so it scares me to see him eat meat in front of me at lunch. How do I help myself from being so afraid?

Job titles

So here I am involved in a startup... and who do you thing has to come up with job titles for everyone? Yes, that would be me. I thought it would be really easy, but after the first few, frankly they all sound the same. Is there a list of job titles out there, or some help in making them up for people who, well, don't really have any qualifications yet?

i feel like my shift manager is singling me out

I have been feeling like my shift manager is trying to get me terminated and singling me out. From the beginning I have had issues with her and now after three years with the company she gave me my first coaching and she made it a third level. I have many witnesses to her behavior and want to fight it.

Okay so, my friend really likes this girl. But thing is I guess, they have been maybe starting to flirt or talking serous. But he is always complaining that he always catches her texting her ex or other boys, I know her pretty well. Also and i think she is a flirt, and has low self confidence and likes when more than one boy tells her she is pretty. But I also kinda understand if she doesn't like him that way because all three of us have been really close friends. For awhile idk I just feel bad for him I feel like he is getting lead on..if you were in this situation what would you do? or what advice would you give.

What kind of kiss should our first kiss be?

My bf and I are both in 6th grade and have been dating 4months. We both want to kiss and he keeps asking me what kind of kiss I want it to be and I say traditional with a little French and when I ask him he always replays with French for our FIRST kiss!!!!! Im not sure if I should just please him or try to keep him out of my mouth?!?!!? Also I REALLY want to kiss him because I've had my first kiss already and hasn't and we both want to but I'm waiting on him to make the first move but he is waiting on me. Who should make the first move. I've tried to give him hints that I'm ready and he just doesn't pick them up. Also we hold hands a lot now and he has put his arm around me a few times. We also tell eachother that we love eachother is that too soon? Anything helps thanks:).

Okay, so I have started to talk to someone I meet @ a birthday party. He gave me his number and everything, so we started to talk and it has gotten kind of serous. But the (one) problem is that he lives a hour away. I only see him like 3 times a year. So we have decide to wait to date for a couple years. until I am 18 and can see him whenever i want. But the thing is that one day he acts like he really likes me. and says he loves me which I think is way to soon. but then he says he is talking to some one girl but its nothing serous. which i don't understand? I feel like he is maybe lying to me or leading me on...I guess what i am asking is should I just stop talking to him. To not waste my time or should i keep talking to him. I really nee...

How to kiss a boy for the first time

Hey so me and my boyfriend are both in 6th grade and we have been going out for 4months and havent actually kissed yet like I've kissed his head(on accident) his neck and his cheek. But we have never actually kissed lip to lip if you know what I mean. And I need help on how to kiss him lip to lip for the first time because he doesn't pick up the hints of when I'm ready. ANYTHING helps thank you. :)

There's this girl who doesn't like me,and I don't like her. She tried to turn my friend against me, so I told her off. It wasn't threatening oranything, just a back-off kind of thing. But she went around telling the aid that I told her to jump off a bridge and die in the bathroom. I never used the bathroom that day, and NEVER EVER said that. I told her off again, and told the aid the truth. At the end of the day, we had a meeting with the teacher. I brought in numerous witnesses who swore she told them that, the aid said it came from her, but she claims she has no idea what's going on. Hello, I work with guy at college and he's super cool. I had a friend crush, if you will, on him so I got his number from his roommate who is my best friend and we've been talking. We text each other quite a bit and it's 50/50 who texts each other first. Sometimes when I'm working, he'll sit with me and keep me company. He has the same class before me and he usually texts me after and tells me last minute things to know for the exam. there is this tutor I work with in the tutoring lab in this community college I went to. She's great and a wonderful person to be around with. She is about 27 and I am 22 and she is engaged, One thing I noticed about her is that she was very touchy feely. , like patting me on the back or shoulder.

I got interviewed for a job a week ago and they said they would call me to tell me whether or not if I got a job. They called me yesterday and said that they really enjoyed talking to me and they had a lot of fun talking to me but they unfortunately went with another candidate.

I feel like I'm getting anxity and loosing people

So the last few weeks I've been really depressed feeling and like I just get super stressed out where my chest gets tight. I'm under so much pressure from everyone because everyone expects something different from me. I feel like I've lost a lot of friends and family members. I just feel like no one cares about me and I never come first or even second to any one in this whole world:( people never have time for me or blow me off. Lately my grades have been suffering I went from getting 80''s and now I'm failing or getting 60's. I feel like I have no one to talk to and honestly I wanna talk to someone but I don't wanna be honest about this stuff. Also I get jealous extremely easy I hate having to share people. There's this kid that I've definitely been friend crushing on lately, I just think he's cool and think he'd be a great friend, a cool person to hang out with. The other day, my friend needed him to do something for her but he was at home for the weekend.
