Ice with density of 0.917 g/cm3
Water w/ density of 1.00
Aluminum w/ density of 2.70
Iron w/ density of 7.86

Public speaking

Whenever I have to speak infront my class, by myself, I get really nervous. I feel like I am going to throw up or faint. I know, it's really embarassing. So, do you have any tips on what I should do to not get nervous? Or anything I should say to myself so I won't be nervous? Thank you in advance.

ok well im not a soicial outcast or anything i have many friends but many are n a different district for school then me i have a few that arent back stabbing where i am now. my closest friend that is in my district is moving because she doesnt like how everyone there is well i hate it n people make up stuff to get me nto trouble every day n that isnt a lie i have been to the counsler n principal about 5 timez a week since school has started n they arent beleiving me when i tell them these people are making stuff up n plus i have problems with my teachers since my dad went to school there n he was a very bad kid n still iz bad as an adult so bad i dont talk to him at all and neither does my mom they have been diviorced since i was 3 it just ...

Friendship Problems at School

I just made a new friend from volleyball at school, my best friend is jealous because now i also hang out with my new friend. she says i ignore her but never do...sometime it feels like she's the one ignoring me like shes mad at me. We even had a fight just yesterday but i dont think the problem is solved because she still acts different around me.
Its like She can have other friends but i cant
