Christmas Gifts (Should I get?)

Ok, I was planning for christmas and something hit me. What about my best friends? I have never gotten presents for my friends before because they were never that close but now I have 2-3 ultra best friends and I was thinking maybe to get them something. I dont want to make them think that Ive gone crazy and stuff so I was just thinking wether I should get them stuff or not. Im 13/F and so are 2 of my best friends and ones a guy. Should I get them something? If yes then what, I dont wanna scare them with my sudden want to give them something?

9th grade assessment

15/f. i'm sorry if this is confusing or long, but i feel so helpless and i have no idea what to do. every year my school has a 9th grade assessment. it is a really big project that takes about 2-3 monthes to complete, and you need to be in groups of 4 people ONLY. here is my problem. i had a group with two of my other friends. we all agreed, but then that day one of them texted me saying that they found two other people to work with. so i was stuck alone. i asked my other friend jenn if i could be with her and kelly, but they thought they were with two other people. it turns out that they thought that the two other girls that they were suppose to be with found other people, so i was in a group with jenn and kelly. we then found another memb...

Well this girl I work with has been friends with me for the time I've worked there, which is almost a year. I have a boyfriend I have been dating for a year and a half. Now me and him had some hard times when I first started working there. Note: He works with me too. But things are better now and that is ironically causing the problem. My friend was always wanting me and him to break up. Her reasons were that she thought he is an ass and is going to do nothing but hurt me. He is very flirtatious and she goes to school with him and has supposedly seen him flirt with other girls. She likes to think of herself as a watch out for me, since I dont go to his school, and cant see what he does when I'm not around. Problem is... I never asked her to...

There is this guy that i like, and um... i want to tell my firends because i am not good at keeping secrets(i am kind of a big mouth), and um...well the problem is that...i like a guy that they used to like, but now hate because he wasnt interested in them. And i think hes rilly hot, but i am afraid to say anything, because they call him ass hole and watever, and i dunno, if i shud tell them. I mean when my friend found out my other friend liked him she got pissed off. And i dont want to get into a fight. Does someone have advice they can give me, so i dont screw up anything. Thanks! Guys laugh at me and are really mean to me and don’t treat me well at all. It’s because I talk weird, I’m too opinionated, I have a brutal sense of humor, and I only listen to musicals and Sondheim……
For example, they always snicker whenever it’s time for PE….I’m the most not-athletic person in my whole class. I can’t even run a mile. I was telling my friend about how un-athletic I am, and this guy overheard and goes, “Yeah, you sure are.”
And when we were working in groups, and this guy whispered to the other girl in my group, “do you actually expect her to do anything?”

I have a great job & my supervisor is amazingly nice. She has a younger brother who also works in our store (he's 19, i'm 18) and me and him have become close. He recently told me he wants to be more than friends and I was excited. My supervisor is actually supportive about all of this. The thing is, I'm scared of what would happen if we broke up and weren't on good terms. I don't want to jeopardize my job and my supervisors opinion of me but I really like this guy.

Stupid teacher

My social studies teacher hates me. He's the leader of a club for gay pride. I don't think that he's gay, he says that he's married. Ever since the beginning of the year, he's always been crabby but only to me. I mean, once we were working on a worksheet that he said we could work in groups on, and he comes over to me and yells at me and tells me to go and work alone in the hall, but I wasn't doing anything bad. And once I called someone a fag (I was just kidding, no one actually means what they say, you know what I mean?). He gave me 2 detentions and tried to get me suspended, but the principal didn't let him. My teacher has probably heard me telling gay jokes and saying stuff about gay people. I have a really hard time making friends. But when i do make a friend they only use me. I've lost a lot of confidence because of all of the friends that I've made that used me and because I moved across the country. I have like no friends and people don't like me and everyone seems to think that i'm really wierd adn try to avoid me. What can I do??

my boyfriends in jail and we don't know when he'll get out yet it could be anytime from this week til january.i miss him and he got arrested halloween night. lately he's been telling me he expects me to cheat on him although i won't but he expects me to since i'm in the real world and he's in jail. and i told him i won't and i really won't and we don't love eachother. but lately i feel like he doesn't wanna be with me ut im scared to bring it up while we're talking on the phone. i aslso don't know how to bring i up. i need some help with how to start the subject please.

im not quite sure how to explain this but ill try .. see two of my best friends whom i LOVE to death are great.. we always have funn. But when all three of us are together, they act different and i dont like it, so how do i bring this up to them and what do i do? i NEED to let this out because im sick of trying to be nice and hiding how i really feel because by doing this im letting them walk all over me, and if i dont hide how i feel, then i turn into a bitch again.. theres no really RIGHT way to do this.. somethings gonna end up bad and someones gonna end up mad at me.. what do i do???

So, to make the long story short.. My teacher did not enter in a grade for an essay I turned in, and told me I never turned it in the first place. So I have a failing grade for the class. I told her I turned it in, so she told me to just bring the paper in the next day to see it. I told her I would, but one problem.. I accidentally threw it away! I just realized it later on. And not thinking it wouldn't be entered in my grade average, and thought it was already entered in. And finding this out, I was pretty pissed about it. I told my dad to e-mail her that he saw the paper, and that he accidentally threw it away. 15/f. i have 5/6 class with a really popular guy named Nick. He is popular, hot, nice, and shy. i reallly like him because he doesn't act like he's popular (he just is) and he's really hot. i don't have a big crush on him, just a little one (kind've like most girls do with him). well i've never really talked to him much or anything, so we don't know each other that well. but since i have so many classes with him, i've noticed him looking at me alot. especially in social studies. i don't know if this means anything, but can someone tell me if it does? he tends to look at me at semi-quick glances, and sometimes we make eye contact.

I am having this awsome birthday party with a friend of mine. I had joined this play early on and i just found out they changed the date to the same day as my party!!!! My mom says I can't quit!!!!!! But the party really means alot to me and the play is causing too much conflict. What should I do?

Popularity Paper

I'm writing a paper for my Peer Learning class about popularity and what it truly means. (I'm in 9th grade)
If you are the "it" girl, or close to some, I was wondering if you could help me. Your style of clothing, music, etc. And also, if possible your body type and your personality.
I'm trying to cover all aspects of the subject. Such as, our "it" girl is actually a very sweet person, she's at church every Sunday, never does anything bad, perfect students, doesn't wear makeup, and she's got a very atheletic build, so its not exactly about looks for her.

ok tomorrow night is my 7th grade dance. its with the 8th grade too. anyway, me and some friends are going and i want to make a good impression on the 8th graders. i would normally wear my straightened and down, but i want it to look different, but cute. my hair is red, down to my boobs, and i have bangs at a little longer than my chin. does anyone have any cute, flirty hair styles that i could do in no longer than a half hour? thanks in advance.
