Employee Wife Problems

My wife and I own a business where travel is necessary. I have a valued employee that would be very difficult to replace - and he is a close friend, and I do not want to replace him - even if keeping him would pose difficulties.
My wife is involved in our travels, as is our employee. Since we are sometimes away on business for as much as 2 weeks or more at a time, we have structured our travel so that his wife can accompany him. We have given her some light duties and some limited employment, and we pay both her travel expenses, as well as his, including meals and lodging. This is an accomodation for him, and for their well-being.

Alright I have a bf and he's 17.
I really love him but we get into a lot of fights..
See when we talk on the phone he gets so distracted and doesn't even care what I say..
Especially when he's playing his annoying video games.
He's obsessed.
I get so pissed off at him because I feel like he never listens to me on the phone.
What should I do?

Ok, first I'm 16/f and a junior in high schoo. And I'm smart, I'm in honors and AP classes. But for some reason I can't seem to talk during discussions and stuff. Like I'm too scared to raise my hand because I'm afraid I'll give the wrong answer and feel like an idiot or something. Even though I'm telling myself I have the right answer I don't try. I feel like I can't talk about something as well as the others in my classes. And I'm really quiet if I do answer, like I don't want anyone to hear me. My English teacher even told me I have good ideas and that I should speak up more, but I can't sem to be able to do that. So anyone have an idea about what's wrong with me? Thanks!

senior prank

it's tradition in my school that the seniors make up a senior prank. i'm only a freshman, but i want our senior prank to be remebered FOREVER! i'm just wondering if anybody who is out of highschool could tell me what their senior prank was, and if anybody has any good ideas of a senior prank that is actuallt funny, not destructive, and doesn't cost too much.

Okay, so it goes like this: I'm 14/f and Katy and Cody who are in 10th grade are both my friends (I met them this year) Well, all the girls are in love with Cody and unfortunately I've fallen head over heels for him too. Katy and Cody went out last year and broke up...thought you'd like to know that later on.

I Don't Know What To Do!

I'm really popular at my school, probally the most popular girl in my school; but I don't like any of the jocks or popular guys at my school who like me. I like this one guy who is in a totally different group than the one I hang out with. He's not someone a bunch of girls like, and he's not really popular. He hangs out with the punks and rockers and people lke that, and I do dress punk, but I don't no how to talk to him. I don't have him in any of my classes and he doesn't know who I am. A couple of my friends know him, but my other friends would kill me if I became friends with him or went out with him. Which I can't because he has a girlfriend at the moment , but for now I just wanna get to know him. What shoild I do?

i am clueless on how to have a good conversation with people other than friends and closer family, (mostly guys). i pause a lot, and usually use "fill in" words like um and like. i dont know what to say. i feel akward when i have nothing to say. everyone says to talk about things that we have in common like maybe sports ot classes, but i feel unconfortable saying things like that, depending on who im with. i dont know what to do.

okay well at school and well practically everywere i go i turn red when im talkin to someone like whenever im doin projects i turn red in front of the class and next year im startin another year in highscool and people are gona start callin me like blushy or 'hey its the girl tht turns red ' and laugh and please someone HELP how can i stop turnin red i hate it please help

so me and my b/f have been together about 6 weeks and really thats not that long i know but i wanna do something really sweet for him for christmas. i was gunna burn him a cd with a bunch of love songs on it. but then i was wondering if it would seem to early to do that?? we have moved kinda fast here at the beginning so we are really close so it wouldnt seem weird but would it just seem like something someone would do for like a one year thing??? thanks!

Ok, 13/F. All my friends have had a minumum of 3 boyfriends before and I havent had any. Now, I really like this one guy and some of my friends says he likes me but I cant tell. Like Ill say simple things and theyll be like thats a good sign and Id be confused. Like, everytime I wait outside his class (cause we are in practically the same classes and all my classes are right after his so im always standing there outside the doors) hed spot me and give me this huge smile and playfully stick out his toungue and id act all shocked and he'd laugh a little. soo, i'm 15 F, and I just had a crazy night. I've had a crush on my english teacher for a while. he's 42 but is extremely hot and sweet. I thought he never noticed me, but it turns out he did. Yesterday afternoon, i went to his office for extra help and one thing led to the next. there's this boy in my class that i really really like and he has been buying me my favorite drink and snack when he stops at the store before he come to school everyday for a while now. he's really sweet and cute but i don't know if he's just being friendly or he really likes me. i really like him but i'm afraid to ask him out and i don't know how to flirt. all of the girls in my class say that we'd make a good couple and i think are that they might try to hook us up (not that i think that that's a bad thing). i get really shy and nevous around him. what can i do i really really like him!

Ok, im 13/F and im semi-cool. What I mean is the guys like me as a friend and stuff and Im never alone on a slow dance. I also hang out with the popular kids. See but people say im too nice and too smart and I find that lots of people are calling me a looser behind my back. I know I shouldnt care but it does affect me. All my clothes are brand name and Ive never done anything to the people "above" me. This one girl (shes in top 3) has started alotta rumors about me and even though everyone at school thinks I dont mind so they ALL play along it still hurts. Ok well this is hard 2 explain. Ok so lately I've been feeling depressed. Idk y I think its because if school and such. Since I started high school its all just catching up. So. I have new friends and stuff and now like I don't know why but I'm always happy in school. Like I can't let my feels show. I'm always acting perky so noone will suspect a thing. Then I notice and ask myself questions like why am I acting this way. I really don't know why. I hope you guys understood me because it was hard to explain. Why do u think I'm acting like this like hiding my feelings in school and then continue to be depressed at hom. any advice is useful thanks!

I am 17 & i work in a candy store. it gets really busy during the holiday time & for the last few weeks before christmas they are open sundays. my mom told me that she will, for no reason, allow me to work both days during the weekend. i forgot about this (it was a few months ago when she told me)& i just looked at my work schedual & in a few weeks from now they have me on on saturday & sunday!!!!! i don't want to work this either, but i feel like my boss will be MAD if i tell them this, because we are SO busy during the holidays! how do i please my mom, my boss, & myself? should i work for like 1 saturday & sunday in a row but tell them i can't for the rest?!?! or what do i do??
