16/f. my friend, 15/f...one of my best friends...has changed a lot since this year. reasons: i got a boyfriend and she didnt. i developed more and she didnt. stuff like that.
now, she's very mean towards me. she mocks me, she makes fun of me..and i cant trust her anymore. when she asks me to tell her something, i trust her with my secrets...and so i tell her.
she goes to her OTHER friends...and tells them everything i told her. even after i told her not to. she has a big mouth and is very obnoxious. she's turning into a bitch and i cant do anything about it. she even told me thatt she was jealous.
i cant have a person like that around me. yet..its so hard to end a friendship, but i feel that if i dont...she will hurt me so much in the end.
what can I do?

Calientes Volleyball Cheers/Catch Phrases

my volleyball team's name is "Calientes". (Caliente means "hot" in spanish, as in weather.. or I guess the other way as well.) we're a 14s team. after a team gets a point, usually they like jump in a circle together and say something like.. "unos dos trace!" or some other thing like that. like we had a volleyball tournament yesterday (club volleyball) and all the teams had their little catch phrases.. originally we wanted our team to be named the Sizzlers, but that didnt happen. cause then we could be like "work that sizzle!" and then put a finger on our butt and say "sss". so what little cute thing can we say and do that relates to our name? also righte before the game we're usually say &qu...

No fight but angry friend

I started Middle school this fall. I made a lot of friends this year. My best friend and I are in the same lunch and she keeps giving off this vibe that she is angry with me. Z (my bff) and I haven't fought at all this year and I didn't spread any rumors or snub her or anything, but she seems mad at me. Neither of us are part of the "in" crowd, though we have friends in it. We sit at the same lunch table, but she barely speaks to me. We used to be really close. Sorry for the length, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have this friend, let's call her L and I met L just this year, [I am 15/f freshman in high school] and she comes from a different school, is really nice but driving me up an insanely high wall. In the beginning of our friendship, she was shy and I did most of the talking because I hate awkward silences and then she started talking more and we had only known eachother for a couple of days and became oddly very trusting with me, expecting the same from me, but I've been burned and backstabbed badly in past friendships and I'm not as trusting as her. 16/f, i have 2 best friends who i can be my complete and utter self around. ever since last year, our first year of high school, (we'll call her A), A has changed a lot because of joining sports. all 3 of us have always been shy, quiet, and that is probably why we came together in elementary school. so last year A played sports all 3 seasons in school and made "friends" or people she talked to because she had no one else to talk to. this has made her more outgoing, but sometimes she acts as though she is better than me & B (my other best friend), since we have not played any sports and especially last year, didn't much many new friends.

My best guy friend who I've known for three years is suddenly not talking to me.
he won't look at me or even talk to me. In the hallways when we walk near each other he'll look the other way and pretend like I was never there. It never use to be like this he's not those type of boys either he's really respectfull and diffrent I'd had to really screw him over for him to be doing this but that's just it ! I haven't done anything to upset him the last time we talked was on tuesday he said hi to me like we always do and then wednesday he started avoiding me and its been like this ever since I'm really confused I don't want to loose a good friend .

Okay.
So I just found out 2 of my friends had a sleepover without me and are hiding it from me.
It's fine, because I know they're hiding it from me with good intentions. It hurts a little bit...but I'm pretty sure it's good intentions.
You see, they know my Mum would probably wouldn't let me go, so instead of giving me the pain of knowing they're having fun at a sleepover just pretend it isn't happening.
However I don't know how to react when I hang out with them tomorrow. Do I tell them I know about it? Do I pretend I don't know? I'm really stuck here, help?

Well, there's this guy that I really would like to be friends with. Don't ask me why. But just friends, you know? I'm not in his class (but I see him in hallways sometimes, he doesn't really know me...) and I don't have any activities that he's in that I'm in. How can I become friends with him (without a mutual friend... I want to try it myself) and without being too flirty? I don't want to give him the wrong idea either.

All through High School, I've been trying to be really nice to everyone. One of my friends warned me that people would just take advantage of me, and it seems like she was right.
You see, I'm in college, and when I go home, I like to hang out with my home friends, but whenever I do, I feel excluded. They'll use me to drive them around, and we'll end up wasting the whole night. Then when I say we should hang out again, they say "uh huh" and forget about me until the next time they need me. I always listen to all their problems, but when I tell them mine, they don't care.
I hate being alone on vacations, and my school friends are all pretty far from me. What do I do?

At school there is this boy I have never alked to, but like a lot. My friend told me that she saw him put a note in my locker on monday. We didn't have school on tue. or wed. Well I looked inmy locker and found a note saying "hey I think your really cute too, And i know it was you who called me. From, I think you know who." I feel sooo stupid for believing it. I was soo happy. My face got red and my stomach got that queasy feeling. Then like 2hrs. later my 4th locker neighbor down asked me If I got that note in my locker. alright so cameron is pretty funny and cool and i want to be friends with him because he seems like such a cool person to hang out with.
but the problem is he can be really "friendly-mean" to people including his friends. so usually when he says something mean to me i ask him about it and he says "thats just the way i am im sorry" or "i was just joking im sorry" and he sounds genuinely sorry.
but the tone in which he says it makes me feel as if i just..fail at something which is kind of sad and irritating at the same time. like usually i dont mind taking that kind of abuse unless i know in my heart that the person was kidding and i have no doubts about it, but...

Oh, here it goes(sryy this is kinda long)... My friend, Lexi, is well liked by everyone. She's really cool, and we are pretty much best friends. No prob, right? My closest friend that I have in school, Maddie is the laziest person I know! I wouldn't call her my best friend because we never hang out on the weekends and do stuff like that, but I'm comfortable enough to tell her who I like and stuff and we talk on the phone. Anyway, she never does things herself. She ALWAYS asks me to go in the lunch line with her, get her a chair to sit on (which is literally 2 feet away), throw out her trash, get her bag, ect. And I used to do all that. Then, yesterday I decided to say no because I'm sick of her using me. She asked me to get in the lunch line with her, I said, "No, it takes two seconds." how come its easier for me to be more outgoing n stuff around people i dont know, or who are shy. and i like outgoing people but sometimes i dont know.. i feel kinda shy around them but i dont want them to think im a really shy person.. its just.. idk. and sometimes like i dont know what to talk about with my friends, when theres nothing really to talk about, like on the bus and stuff. so sometimes im quiet but i really like to talk but with some people idk.. like what are some topics i could use for conversations? and how do i fix my problem? cause it irks me when people think im shy when its just cause like.. i dunno im not that comfortable with them yet. and its not like that with everyone.. it just depends. i wanna be more confident wit...
