Hey, I have this friend, a girl. She desperately needs to cry, but she is emotionless and cold. How can I bring her to tears or otherwise help her turn on the waterworks.

last winter i became friends with a girl named gianna who i worked with at a grocery store. i was a sophomore in high school and she was a senior but we both went to different schools. our friendship grew as the year went on and i always had a great time around her and never felt like she was judging me. at random times, she would tell me these weird reasons why she couldn't hang out. she said her parents grounded her because she was seeing her boyfriend who was two years younger than her and they didn't like the idea of that. she quit her job at the grocery store and said it was because her mom didn't like the people who worked there and that we were corrupting her, since she goes to catholic school and the rest of us go to public school. ...

I have this friend whom i really like. I got rejected by her twice and fucked up our friendship. Throughout the summer, we've been getting really close. We are actually super close w/ each other now. Now i don't know if i should tell her how i feel. Like this time i know for sure i can take what she has to say. I really just want to see her happy! But if im not the guy, thats fine. We also have so much chemistry together. I don't even know how to bring it up to her. I'm just scared of fucking up our friendship again. Like i know she'll probably feel a little different towards me. I just wanna see her happy and not fuck up our friendship. I really need advice because this has been on my chest for the longest time.

Bascially my friend is rele nice. But she gets what she wants alot of the time-spoiled. She gets away with alot of BS. She curses at her parents often, even when her friends are around. And I know she is jealous because I have invited my friend over who is one of her best friends, but not her b/c she acts like a jerk alot of the time. But I mean she is fun to hang around with. She is bossy. And recently my best friend told me that she called me a bitch behind my back and meant it. I like her and all, but shes always been like this and it's getting worse. I am 14 by the way and so are my friends. Gurls-USA

He doesn't want to be friend

One of my friend broke up with me. He wasn't my bf, and we were just friend. But because he couldn't get what he wants from me, the relationship, he broke up our friendship and said he rather not to be my friend at all. So we are not friends anymore.
I still care about him, but he's not talking to me at all, and ignore me whenever he sees me. (we're in the same classes mostly)
What should I do?
(He doesn't respond my calls, txt, emails, and he block me on him im)

ok my two best friends Becca and Cody started dating and i got a call from Becca and she asked me to call Cody to break up with him for her and i started balling bc i love Cody more then any one in this world like i tell him everything! and hes like babe its not your fault plz stop crying and im like how can i do this to u Cody your lie my best friend!and hes like i know and hes like well im going to go ok?and im like mkay love you and hes like love you two.
so should i feel bad and if i shouldn't how do i stop feeling bad?

theres this guy who is like my big brother. he is one of my parents employees for the buisness they own. I was there the other night (my parents own a lazer tag arena) and he was being kinda mean. then i was there again a different night and he literally made me cry cause of him being so mean and sarcastic. i asked the other employees if hes being a jerk to them and they said just me. he says im annoying and that my personality is annoying and whenever i ask him what his problem is he says me. i tried to tell him this fight was stupid and to forget this and he flipped. i dont get it. everyone says hes taking his girl problems out on me but im not sure. i kinda think he really doesnt like me anymore. whats going on?

ok heres my prob my friend likes this guy witch is the guy that i like and well we were holding hands today and well i think that hes going to ask me out tomarrow so, but she likes him and i like him and this other gurl amanda likes him, and this morning amanda and stephanie got into a fight all about him (i would have bine in it but i wasn't there so i couldn't defend stephanie)and i don't know what to do go after the guy or stay with my friends.

My friend whom I care about alot has been heading down the wrong path for quite some time. I was best friends with him last year, then we just stopped talking because of what he started doing. We are still friends though, we just havent talked alot [make sense?] he just recently moved out of his house into an appartment, and dropped out of school. He is now into hard drugs and alcohal. How can i help him straighten up? he has already gone to rehab, which obviously didnt help too much. But i really want to get him out of drugs and into JESUS! haha.
How can i tell him i care for him, and i dont want to watch him kill himself any more?
but i dont want to sound tooo much like im in love with him or something.

this is going to sound incredibly stupid of me.. but im asking anyways
so... i have this friend that i was best friends with... she's really mad and should be after what i did. see, i have this drug problem and i've been working hard to stop and i did until two weeks ago i relasped. well... she found out and was like i warned you many times that if you did them again that i wouldn't talk to you. she isnt talking to me. so now i feel so stupid. i mean i've been calling and texting her... the whole nine yards to apologize. and i mean i know i like really messed up... so i need help finding a way to get her back... she doesnt go to my school either

so i gave 6 of my friends like 5 dollar gifts. I gave Meg, Jill, Molly, and Lauren
each a bracelet. I gave Brianna and Annie each a ring and Brianna a little bracelet i made. I thought they all liked them. Now 3 of them aren't really that close of friends w/ me i mean we've hung out a little. I didn't get any presents from them but they've been talking about what they are getting other people right in my face. They're a little late though since winter break is over.
Meg, who i'm closer friends with got me a pair of earrings so that made me happy.
I gave Brianna and Annie the rings and they seemed to like them. Brianna, the girl i gave the ring and homemade bracele...

Over the last few years i have stared to have feelings for an old friend, which is now my boss. But due to the work relationship and the strong friendship I have with her I try do everything to make her life easier and more enjoyable in every way with out letting on. If she found out my feeling it would make things more difficult for her and myself to work in the same area. I'm also scared that if she found out and not interested it would be even worse for us. Could any one help with some advise.
