How do I end a friendship with someone who just won't take the hint?

I have a friend who i've known for a couple of years. He has been a great help to me when I needed it the most and when I needed someone to talk to. Unfortunately, he's also crossed boundaries with me many times. Coming onto me sexually, asking me lots of questions as if he's keeping tabs on me, etc. In the past i've told him how I felt and he's backed off a bit but before long the questions come again. I feel like I can't get rid of him because he knows intimate details about my past. I'm worried that even if I attempt to end our friendship directly by telling him, that he will try to use something against me. This person no longer feels like a friend. It feels like someone who just wants to intrude upon my life by asking me about ...

People just don't seem to listen to me, I feel that my friend feels like she has to be my friend, I do try with people, but I just don't connect, I feel that I bore them... If you ask anyone they would say I'm lovely, and If they want advice or if they are having a bad time, they would come to me. But when it comes to having a laugh, it feels so fake. Friends feel like the world to me, but I seems to be a one way relationship, I'm tired of being the doormat, but it seems people only want to know me if they want something. What's wrong with me. How can I change this? Hi! So one of my friends is going out to dinner for a special occasion, and I heard her say (right in front of me) that if some guy couldn't go, I would be invited. I definitely want to say no if that happens. I think that that was so rude of her. Do you agree? Am I overreacting?

I am 14 years old and i met this guy (also 14) while on vacation, he was staying in the same hotel so we met, ate together ,went on a walk with his friends and he didnt make the first move, i did (i think he was more interested in another girl, but oh well) anyway we talked and it turned out we had a lot things in common and so on my last day i ask for his number and the following morning (when i was leaving) i was too shy to say a proper goodbye. Best friend issue

To make this story short, ever since I got pregnant my best friend changed her attitude towards me. I felt abandoned, hurt and dissapointed when I most needed her. She started hanging out with a new friend who I happen to know and who has a lot of influence on her. She changed a lot ever since and everyone keeps asking me what is wrong with her. She thinks, talks and acts more and more like her new friend, who happens to have no friends left, because he always turns a conversation in an argument by attacking, humilliating or making fun of a certain person verbally. My best friend has been in my life since childhood. We grew up together, went through middle and (most of) high school together. That was until our junior year when she got her first serious boyfriend. She was 16 and he was around 26. Within a few weeks she fell head over heels for him and started talking to me less and less. he would get mad when she came over, or even talked to me too much. he said i would get her hurt or not watch out for her well enough. she was her own person but he acted like she was his child. eventually he made her choose between us and ultimately she did, and we weren’t really true friends again until after graduation. i now understand that she’s in an abusive relationship. we have talked about that since then ...

I have a friend, I've known her for 5 years. I've been noticing that she basically tries to be me. At first I thought we had 3 to 4 things in common but now she like copies evrything about me. I decided to dye my ends blonde, the next day she dyed her ends blonde. I told her that I love American Horror Story and she did too and she has never told me about that. Best Friend Mad - Help!!

This is long - sorry
So last night my best friend and I went to a concert together. We were drinking quite a bit and I got tired and overwhelmed by the crowd. About 30 minutes before the end of the show, I asked her a few times if she was ready to leave. She reacted REALLY angry and told me to leave without her. I was taken aback by her reaction - I think it was a bit overreacting. Well I wasn't about to leave her, especially since she was staying at my house that night. I went and sat outside the crowd, and told her where I was. I texted her to meet me whenever she was ready, no rush.

Haven't talked to my friend in almost two months!

Well I (female,26) haven't talked to my friend (male, 28) in over a month almost two and we usually text at least once a week if not more. I've texted him a few times and even asked if everything was alright but no response. I want to make sure he's not mad at me or something but he isn't replying to the texts or Facebook when I wrote him on there (it told me that he was last on like 10 minutes before I wrote him but now it won't say which also seems kinda weird) and I haven't tried calling him yet and that's the only ways I know to get a hold of him (he lives in another state) besides texting his wife whose number he gave me ( I am also married we've been friends since high school) but I don't know if that would be weird and annoying or so...

so I was with my bff then i was walking with her and then I wanted to use her phone but then I texted her aunt by accident It was meant to go to my other friend because we always did that kind of thing. I wrote some unacceptable things to her by accident and then my bffs aunt called her and then my bff was in trouble. Her aunt said she might not tell my bffs mum but my bffs other friend over heard and told my bffs mum. now she hates me and doesnt let me and my bff see eachother... i cried all the time i still do its been 1 day since it happened i dont know what to do!

So long story short today I got into a fight with the guy that we will refer as Ryan to protect his name. I was so mad at him for a personal reason and I got my friends to try to talk to him and he said to one of my friends : “Tell Tyler to stop using his child friends to talk to me. That’s the shit that pisses me off.” I texted him and responded and said ” What the fuck ever dude. I’m tired of this shit. Lost friends because of controlling angry mother?

I recently left my Uni house, and I was picked on by two girls in the house however the rest of the house treated me nicely.
When I left my mum chose to blast loud music through the house while we were packing up (because a complaint of mine was that my housemates kept me up till like 2am most nights being noisy next door)
It didn't stop there. My mum spilt oil all over the kitchen top (the oil I think was one of the nice housemates) and all over the plates.
She then as we left shouted 'slag' and 'bitches' up the stairs. Needless to say I was angry at my mum because her actions caused one of the housemates who I dislike to have a go at me online about the oil.

I am a guy and this past November I did some experimenting with other guys. Okay one guy. I got the nerve to tell him how I felt and all of my other questions regarding guys is directed at him directly. I was close friends with him and still am to this very day. How can I stop being introverted and socially awkward?

I'm a really reserved person and it feels so hard for me to speak to other people. It's exhausting trying to make people happy and to even talk to them when their not into the conversation. If you would see me in real life I dress anything but shy because I'm comfortable with showing off my clothes and body but, obviously not in a sexual way. All of these people approach me and try to be my friend but I tend to over think on what to say or if that person will be with me on the long run. I don't know who to trust because it feels like all of these people would judge me if I open up. He was my first boyfriend and I was his first girlfriend so we didn't know what do most of the time. Jealous of a friend

Hi! So I have this friend and I love him dearly, but I'm so jealous of him and his life. I'm jealous of his house and his personality and he has a wonderful family, which I don't really have. I don't have brothers to look to as an example, I kind of raised myself in many ways. Yes, I do have two parents who I was adopted by who provide for me sufficiently as far as material things like clothes. But my mother just yells at me for the littlest things, which has actually caused me to be depressed. She yelled at me when I told her I was depressed because she thought I was trying to make her feel guilty. I know I should be happy with what God gave me because we'll all be rich in heaven, but he's even a better Catholic than I am! I just don't know what to do. He's so smart, and I have two Cs.

My friend has recently been ignoring me and I was wondering if it is smart to ask why. He is a really nice guy and I have not really done anything to hurt him and I'm kind of curious as to why his behavior changed. Should I ask? My friends say I should give him time and space but does that mean I should do nothing if it continues like that or wait a while then ask? He knows I used to like him romantically but he found out months ago yet his behavior recently changed.
