back and chest

So lately, I've been getting small pimples on my shoulders, back and chest. It's not a lot, but it's a little bit noticeable. The rest of my body, including my face, is completely clear. (not trying to be cocky) I've always had smooth, clear shoulders, chest and back. It's really bothering me! I put Neutrogena face acne wash on my chest and it clears it up. But on my back it's harder and my shoulders are acting up. Any thing to help make it go away? Because I know it can on my chest. But yeah. HELP..summer is practically here.

Feeling full

How can you tell when you're full? I am not overweight, but I tend to over-eat often. I'm sure my body gives me signals when I am full that I am just overlooking. How can I know when to stop eating?

Energy drinks

I saw these commercials for 5 hour energy shots. I think it said the energy drinks had no sugar or carbs. I heard somebody say they were better than the other energy drinks (NOS, RockStar, Monster, etc.) and I want to buy some.

peanut butter.

hi all. i am 20m amd is currently trying to loose some weight. but i like beanut butter in my daily routine with sandwiches(brown bread). now some people say that its not very fatty in nature but some say that natural peanut butter is actually goo fat but the processed ones which we get in jars is bad. please help my confused situation. and if you think that packed ones are bad but natural ones are good then please tell me and also tell me what is exactly natural peanut butter and how is it made. and if it is way too fatyy in nature then please do tell me so too so i shoul omit it from my diet for a few weeks.

i dont have like bad breath. i brush my teeth everyday. and keep them cleaned. but me and my boyfriend got more into the whole kissing thing. and im always self cautious that my breath stinks. what are some things i can eat or drink to make my breath smell better? please help! thankyou

help i just started a keto diet (highh fat and protein no carbs or very little) and i cant think of any more foods with lots of fat! i have more protein in my diet now than fat and thats not what is suppose to happen im not sure what i can add to make sure im getting more fat! i eat salmon, eggs, nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. what are foods high in fatt with no carbs?! (preferably more fatt than protein)

Ever since I was little I loved fruits and vegetables and eating healthy, I rarely ate junk food but as I got older I started eating more and more junk food. My mom is overweight and never really has healthy food in the house. I'd like to start eating healthier again (not for weight reasons)I have hypoglycemia and 90% of junk food messes up my blood sugar. I don't know what to make for myself. So I have a couple questions.

1) I'm 115lbs (17/f) with a very fast metabolism. I'm not trying to lose weight I'm trying to gain a few pounds. What are nutritional ways to gain weight?

17/f. well im 5'6", and around 127-130 (it fluctuates) and im trying to lose some weight for summer. i want to get back down to 115-120, my preferred range. i dont want a lecture about im already at a good weight and ill be too skinny then. ive been drinking alot of green tea, eating less, and consuming more fiber/protein, and taking these 800mg all natural green tea dietary pills. what i want to know is, how much weight can i expect to lose with these supplements and tea? ive been exercising too, but not alot. i just want to know about the effects of green tea on my weight loss. thank you!

What are some foods I can eat every day to lose weight?
Also, what are some foods I should stay clear of? I know the basics, like, chips, chocolate, candy, etc.

What I mean is, what kind of main meals should I eat that would help me lose a lot of weight?

I would like a flat stomach, no need for abs.

Fasting

Let me start off by saying that I'm not religious. I don't fast for fitness or because I believe some god is smiling on me because I starve myself, but I made a promise to myself this year. I have spent much of the last three years in what most people call the third world. I have seen people that don't have the luxury of every day. Now that I am back in the U.S. I have decided that I will fast ever day from May 10 to May 13 to remember how fortunate I am to live in a country where things like eating are taken for granted. I just want to know if there are any serious health risks. I start tomorrow, any motivation or advice from people who fast for any reason is greatly appreciated.

my dad told me that if i don't eat vegatables that i'll get pimples on my cheeks.

hah, idk if he was just saying that or what but it worried me because well i've never aten lots of vegatables actually not very much at all. but i've always had flush cheeks that had little bumbs, my cheeks been like that my whole life.

so what should i think of this situation? is my father right? or is he just nuts?
