healthy snacks Posted Monday January 18 2016, 7:38 pm
Does anyone have good recommendations for healthy snacks? I often stay up late doing homework and get pretty hungry, and I'm getting tired of eating an apple or some crackers every night.
Just some notes: a) I don't like nuts or peanut butter. b) I would prefer if the suggestions were stuff we would likely have in the house so my mom doesn't have to go out and buy me snack food c) fruit is great, but it's expensive and not super filling, so I need some other ideas

Im at 21 year old female and weights 45kg..i would really like to pick up some weight this month..what do i eat and do? Will eating potatoes,rice and peanut butter help me gain weight fast..im also on the triphasil birth control and the nurse said i should take vitamin b to help me pick up weight so i bought it and they gav me vit b.co which is the same i gues and iv been taking it almost everyday since then but im staying skinny it feels like im getting skinnier..should i get a multivitamin instead..please help me im tired of being thin and stilL being made fun of..what should i do and eat to help me gain weight fast..

When I met my husband 3 years ago he was obsessed with fitness and his body. Well now he is not at all and he has lost all his definition and has put on 20 pounds. He hates the way he looks and won't even take pictures because he knows he isn't in shape. But he doesn't even try to lose weight. He ordered 2 large pizzas yesterday and said one was for me. Well that was yesterday at 9:30 pm and today at 10pm (25 hours) he ate both pizzas. He gets up atleast twice at night just to eat and normally it is peanut butter on some sort of chip or cracker. So I have been calling him out on it because I want my sexy husband back and he told me to mind my own business. What do I do? I love my husband but I don't want him to be fat. So lost?

Hey guys how's it going
I really need someone who's an expert in taking the right supplements on the right time with the right gym program.
It's true food is irreplaceable but I can't afford that much or even eat that much. A cup of shakes costing 50$ per month is all I can afford on a monthly basis.
Athleticism:
Cardio every week; basketball or football or sometimes randomly 2 hours of jogging and sprints with breaks in between.
I'm 19 years old

Grapefruit juice for weight loss? Posted Thursday August 6 2015, 2:16 pm
I've looked for the answer on the Internet, so does anyone know if grapefruit juice is good for burning fat like a regular grapefruit? I would get the kind that is 100%, but I can't stand the texture of fruit, so mine would have to be juice. Will I get the same, or at least similar, weight loss results with juice instead of straight fruit?

Lately I've been dieting, but my birthday is coming up and I'm having a party to celebrate me becoming 17. I want to be able to enjoy myself but I'm afraid I'll gain weight. I decided it would be best to take some supplements for metabolism boost, but I would like some recommendations considering I've never taken any before. I'll be celebrating my birthday this weekend and next weekend is the party. Vacation is the beginning of next month and then comes my sister's birthday. So that's why I want some pills for this. and something I can buy at walmart please because that where I go every week. But nothing expensive please. Something around $10. Thank you!

I want to start packing lunch next year (I'm going to highschool) but I don't want to have a plain peanut butter and jelly everyday. I want it to be healthy but not repetitive. But my parents are also on a budget. Plus I don't want my lunch food to get eaten by my family. And I also don't want my mom to have to rush to the store every night before school to get my lunch. So do you have any tips for packing lunch? Or ever lunch recipes?

I posted a question in this category back in November called 'it's hard for me to eat lately' and I went back to read it today and I noticed a few things I mis-said and things I forgot to add, plus the problem is getting worse so I though I'd ask again. (
(I have a few other medical issues that may be related to what I have now in the other question, but I didn't feel it was related enough to be repeated here.) Hi,im going on a 1 month hike.Gonna be walking 20-40km per day.Im vegan (high carb low fat mostly raw food) and i dont know what food to bring.My backpack cant be more than 10kg and im gonna take a lot of nuts and some dried fruit and energy bars but other than that i dont know and if anyone has some ideas id appreciate it a lot.Thanks

Hi for whoever answers this! Ok, so I looked all over the Internet and couldn't find an answer so i was hoping maybe one of you would know the answer. Ok, so I heard for women if they eat less than 1200 calories their body could go into starvation mode. I eat about half those calories, but I still eat plenty. I just eat things that are low in calories and don't overeat. If I start taking in more calories or even eat sugar, then I'll feel like I can't stop. Plus for me, these diets are addicting and I'm perfectly fine with that. I also work off about 130 calories at least each day so it's like my net is around 500 calories. If I eat more, I'll stretch my stomach out, and if I eat things in higher calories, then I'll get back to eating fatty ...

Hi guys! So For a really long time (at least three years) I've been crazy worried about my weight. I'm female, 5'9, and weigh 136lbs. I almost never eat over 950 calories unless I'm out of town for the day, and I go to the gym and work off around 150-200 calories. On days I don't go to the gym, I eat around 700. Today I ate 644 calories. My mom thinks I may be giving myself low blood sugar, and my dad thinks Ive put myself into starvation mode, and I think it may be an eating disorder. The thing about this is, I have another condition that makes me pass out more often than normal, and when I eat too few calories I black out and sometimes pass out. I've cut my daily calorie intake from 4000 to 1500, I'm drinking lots of water and green tea every day (they're the only beverages I drink now), I've cut out crisps, chocolate, cakes, and all forms of junk food. I exercise for 30 minutes a day. I've been doing this for 10 days so why haven't I lost any weight?

I heard that dark chocolate was healthy for you for many reasons and was gonna try to start eating more of it. I don't want all the high sugary stuff, I want a kind that is pretty high in coco percentage but no too bitter. As of right now, I only have York chocolate because it was given to me. It seems kinda sweet even though it's completely sugar free, but I'm more concerned about how much coco is in it. I heard the higher percentage of dark coco was in it, the healthier it will be. I searched the Internet, but couldn't find the answer anywhere. Can anyone tell me who much coco is in it? It was the small bite sized pieces with peppermint

hi! ive been vegan for about 7 months and i did the change because i love animals and also health.its been great,ive been mostly eating whole foods,fruit & veg.i dont think about meat or dairy,i never liked meat that much beofore so it was easy giving it up,but now & then i start craving sea food,like salmon,shrimp & clams,its food that i grew up with and love.please give me some inspiration and tell me how bad fish is,i need some motivation because i wont to stay on track.

I'm not sure if this has to deal with anything, but I have been on birth control for 2 years now. I switched birth control pills 7 months ago. The doctor's have prescribed me the pills that would help me skip my period and only have it every three months.
Last year, I started off losing interest in meat. I would eat it whenever it is in front of me, I would order things that contain meat.
