Hii.. :) I have problem with myself.I dont love myself.I have lowsel estem.I wouldnt say im fat and i wouldnr say im think i would say im chubby(actually im 157cm and i have 50 kg). My soon to be husband had desinger shoes made for our wedding, they are a size 5 and I usually wear a side 6.5. Please tell me a way I can exercise my feet to fit smaller size. My wedding day is July 2, 2016.

I just don't want anybody to move here... now if you are coming from a 3rd world country and come to America for better opportunities then I TOTALLY accept that, but I'm talking about all the freaky freakaloo's from Europe or British land or whatever who come here because they want to "be cool" and "become American". No!! you can't "become" America. You either are or you aren't.
Just don't move here! Why do I feel like this? Just hate Europe and everything not American..

I'm 17 female and for the past half year or so I've been a health nut. I plan on taking a course in health and fitness science in college. I guess this is kinda a two in one question sort of. Anyway, first off, my dad has been getting on my nerves. He's been pressuring me to eat junk food when I don't want it and claims he still "supports" me. I'm actually wanting to make health and fitness my life and all he's ever done is tear me down "claiming" otherwise. I even sat down and had a talk with him asking for him to stop trying to pressure me and he said he would stop. but did he? No. In fact I think he's gone worse with it. So for the past few days I've been searching everywhere online to see how many calories I burn on the elliptical based on how fast and how long I do it. Yes, the elliptical 'gives the amount of calories burned' if you could say that, but it's based one a 150 lb person. I cannot change the settings on my elliptical so I can't get it to tell me my calories burned based on my weight. I weight 128 lbs and I usually go at a speed of 73-75 for half an hour at noon, but 55-60 for ten minutes in the mornings. I want to know how many calories I burn, but my elliptical only gives the time, the rpm, and the calories burned for a 150 lb person. No matter what I do, I can't seem to gain of lose any weight other than a few pounds. I'm a 13 year old female, and currently 147 pounds. Even if I'm using the threadmil, or just sitting one the couch, nothing really changes. Is this bad, or is it normal?

I recently purchased the Fitbit charge. I just got it in the mail yesterday. I set it up and linked it to my Fitbit app on my phone. I then plugged it in to charge and kept it on my nightstand. I woke up and it said that I already burned 637 calories and I wasn't even wearing the Fitbit overnight. I know that it calculates your BMR in there. But I was not even wearing it. Can anyone explain this to me?

Hi, I am from Australia and am turning 14 soon. I like to have a slim body, not too bulky and muscly (just my preference for me). What is a good workout routine for just at home in my room? I don't have much strength in my arms so I won't be able to do like 50 pushups or something like that. I have a skipping rope with weighted handles that I plan to use more. Thanks!

I have a physical disability.. It involves connective tissue disorder. I'm also overweight have been my whole life and it's really difficult to lose weight when your joints want to dislocate when you're working out..
Anyway.. My problem is.. My breasts. They're big, and saggy. I'm only 16.
I've gone through the whole eating disorder thing..lost 10 lbs. But I keep gaining muscle weight. And I end up hating myself more. I don't eat junk food, I work out but I'm stuck at 220 lbs. I keep gaining muscle and I hate my weight. I hate it so much..
Unfortunately, breasts are fat. Not muscle.
I don't know how to get thinner, how to make my breasts 'perkier'. I don't know. I'm standing at 5'...

I have been using xasten for over a month now to gain weight because am very skinny.. But now it give me a fat face and I had to stop taking it.. I just want to know if my face will still return back to its normal look and if No,what can I do or take to make my face normal again?

So ok I'm a15 year old girl who is willing to do anything to lose weight and I'm just like 5 pounds over weight but I'm tall 5'6 1/2 so anyways my question is does throwing up like pukeing helps you lose weight because i know how to puke you know you put ur finger in your moth and yea so does it?!? And another question is my mom says that running is bad and it does not help you lose weight so I just want to know does it or no??!? Thanks btw Xo.

hi.so im trying to figure out my activity level so that i can calculate how much to eat and theres sedentary,moderately active and active.im not sedentary.i walk 4-5 days every week for 1hour and 30 mins at a very fast speed,and i do 10km hikes saturday and sunday. is that considered moderately active or? i tried looking it up on google but every site said different things and confused me.thanks for the help :)

How to Exercise My Muscles Without Making Them Any Bigger? Posted Thursday April 23 2015, 5:59 am
I don't know if this is even possible, but here's the deal. I'm a woman in my twenties and about four years ago, my sister advised me to start weight lifting as a way to help burn fat. I did so and was extremely surprised at how fast my muscles grew. They got so big that I stopped weight lifting because I became self conscious about how big my muscles were. Also, they made me look fatter.
Now, I'm Worried that if I don't work my muscles out some, they'll turn to jello. I don't want that to happen, but I also don't want them getting any bigger. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the muscle I have without making it any bigger?

So I am a soccer player who does approximately 4-5 hours of intense running. I have started to go throw my growth spurt and going shopper for larger sizes when I relized I have way larger thighs than most girls. I have very little fat in that area and a ton of muscle which is good in way, but girls where I live don't have big thighs. I can't stop running and do other exercises to tone my muscles BC I am on a team, but I don't want to look bigger than all my friends, especially since I'll be wearing shorts soon. Plz don't say that I shouldn't try to change my body and that puberty will fix everything. The truth is that if you don't look a certain way, people look at you differently and great you differently. I am 13 years old and I weigh about 155 pounds, and I have really bad stretch marks all over my lower belly. I try to lose weight by exercising every day, and not eating that much, but nothing works! I am thinking about starving myself, because nothing else works! I can't take it anymore! I just want to be skinny, and get rid of my stretch marks. Please help me!
