pumped up songs

hey there!
ok so i have a big volleyball tournament coming up and i would like some songs that make me feel pumped up! I kinda want songs without words... so here's an example:

towards the end= when Casey tells Teddy "well if the van breaks down or something" and then her friend looks at her weird... after that they arrive at an ice rink... well theres a song playing and it goes like "dun da duuunnn da... yeah!" well do any of you know what that song is called??
if you don't, then maybe you could name some songs that are like that?

putting video in mp3

we just had a choir concert about a week ago, and i wanted to put the songs we sang in my mp3. problem is, my mom recorded our songs as videos in our camera. i have the videos uploaded in my computer, but i don't know how to put the video in my mp3. i really care about the video itself, i just want the songs. is there a way i can take the video itself out and just have the song? or maybe i can put the video in my mp3 just the way it is. i don't care if i don't see the video, i just want to hear the songs.

i usually listen to hardcore/screamo songs ..but after awhile i'm getting kind of sick of them. i'm starting to listen to bands like augustana more, so if you recommend any songs that are i guess 'soft rock' or whatever, could you let me know? specific songs would be great, or just bands. thanks! <3

The song is called "Without You"
I don`t know the artist && i`d really love to find it because my boyfriend said it reminds me of him.
it r&b sounding && is by a guy.
it is a new song.
i`m usually good at knowing the artist but i forgot. he has like a high pitch voice in the song.
please help.
i asked before && got one anser && they gave me artist that were females.

What are some good songs to learn on the keyboard/ I can sing ? Like five for fighting-100 years. Vanessa carlton- white houses, ordinary day, a thousand miles. I know the Fray and Augustana too. PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST COLDPLAY because I do NOT like them. Thank you :)
