How should I do my makeup?

I'm 15 and I usually don't wear any makeup but when I do I only wear some eyeliner and mascara. I wanna get more though. What kinds of stuff should I buy? i was in sephora yesterday and there's so much nice stuff but I don't know what to get. I would like it if I could get some advice from girls about my age b/c I want to wear what's in style and nothing too crazy. I have dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. If you could just give me some tips and tell me what you do and what brands to get, that would be great! Pictures would be nice too.

dress from deal or no deal

There is this one episode on Deal or No Deal wear there wearing a short black dress. I'm guessing it's from cache. Cause I saw a girl wearing it to a dance over a year ago, and been trying to find it since. But does anyone know where to get it. On the back it has this huge embrodiery of rhinestones. hola, im a guy im 14 and i just bought a pair of girl jeans at delias--they are really awesum and i wanna know where i should go to buy some different kinds. I think the ones i got are called morgan or something and they are "midnight blue" ummmm my waist is 25 and right now i have 3/4 jeans--they are kinda loose and i want them to be skinny---sooo any suggestions on where to buy my next pair?

i want to curl my hair for tomorrow but it never stays curled. should i put spray or mousse in it? or how do i get it to stay curled for the day?

i need a new haircut. i just got one not too long ago but i feel that my hair is still blahhh. its right above my shoulders and it is angled up to meet my bangs which are at my chin so they're barely bangs anymore. i want my hair shorter so its easier to straighten. i was thinking about getting side swept bangs and long layers with the longest part being around the bottom of my neck. i was wondering if someone could find me a picture of this sort of thing somewhere. ALSO! i have thick wavy hair because im have spanish and half irish so my hair is in between these two types. its not a pretty wavy either its messy wavy with waves going in every direction. it gets frizzy a lot too. will a haircut like the one i like work? and again like i said...

In the summer i do not tan if i sit in the sun i burn, can anybody give me ideas on how to tan..any certain kinds of sun lotion? anything will help...oh and im not allowed to go to a tanning salon:(

i was at Off The Wall (in vancouver, canada) and there was a shirt there but i didnt have time to buy it...anyway it had "we wanna rock down to electric avenue" on it in really big letters, it was gray with black letters (also white with black, and gray with pink) anywayy i dont think there is a page on the site where i can buy it, so is there anyplacw ehere i could buy it?? direct links would be greatly appreciated! bare minerals

i can never find makeup that makes my skin look nice.
i have acne (not bad) just a few pimples here and there and uneven texture + tone (it's especially dry in some spots to the point where when i put a bunch of moisturizer on my makeup still flakes but thats just in the winter) at the moment i use superstay silky and milani minerals from the drugstore, neither of which are too useful.
my friend uses bare minerals and says it works really good but she doesn't have any skin problems so idk.
i want something that will make my skin look smooth and nice without wasting money.
so:
1. is bare minerals good for acne prone skin
2. will it last throughout the day
3. will it work good...

I'm getting my haircut later today and I really need a picture.
At the moment my hair is below the shoulders, I want it to stay that length but trimmed, with the layers at the top short and a side fringe.

My Favorite jeans on the whole planet are a pair of skinny VENICEs from Pac Sun. Does anybody know where i can get another pair like them, but maybe not exactly the same? Different wash maybe, or different pocket. I like them dark but colorful works too. Thanx so much!!

i know its in style to wear long shirts with leggings. but what about shorter shirts? like not too shirt, they cover the front, but you can see a little bit of your butt on the back, but of course the leggings cover your butt. is that considered "hoe-ish" or is it in style. sorry its hard to explain haha
