hi guys. so i got my period on the 2nd and then took the plan b pill so a few days later i got the sideaffect when you bleed it only lasted for 3 days .. now on the 27th i got my period again .. is that normal? because the bleeding from the pill didnt last like my period. i heard it was juust normal to bleed alittle.

I'm 16, 5'5" and currently about 135 pounds. I try my hardest to feel confident with the body I have but I just can't. I want to be 115 pounds by the end of the summer at the latest but I'd like to lose it as fast as possible. I'm a pollitarian (the only meat I eat is chicken) and I love vegetables (most anyway). A lot of the time I have my food grilled with very little dressing or sauce so it has some flavor. I used to drink large amounts of soda but recenetly, I haven't been drinking any and I stick with iced tea, juice or water. I work out at home here and there but I'm joining a gym within the next few weeks (money's tight right now due to vacation soon).
I need a plan that will deffinetly get me to lose the weight I want to lose! Please help me out!

Please read this! Ok my name is Farrah and i am a 13 year old girl who is pretty obese. I get embarrased all the time with my friends because they are all skinny. I am tired of being fat!!! Does anyone have anyone good diets easy to make and good. Maybe even some good exercises that are also affordable and easy. ok so today is my first day on eht e3 day diet and for dinner along with 2 slices of mea 1 cup of carrots and a small apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream im suppose to eat 1 cup of string beans....well i have everything expect the string beans and i looked allll over for them in the supermarcket non frozen none fresh non canned im scared if i dont have it ill mess the whole diet up what is sumthing tht i can maybe replace it with tht does the exact same thing string beans does for your body nomore no less jus the same thing help me pleasee!!

tomorrow i am going to a nutrition appointment and i'm nervous I don't want to look at the scale because i'm 15 and very overweight i'm not diabetic but i just want to know what exactly do they do during a nutrition appointment do they weigh you ?

i live in the uk, and i want my hair to grow as long as possible during the summer holidays, so it look better by september. i have fairly thick hair, so im not looking for pills for volume but just for growth. not many good products are avalible in the uk but on ebay i found nioxin. is it any good? i hear it also help nail growth which would be grea. is it safe to buy it off ebay? does anyone know where i can order hair growth pills, conditioner, etc. that delivers to the uk? Thanks in advance. and i am sure that i want to take pills, natural or chemical. u have no idea how awful my hair looks right now.

ok, i want to lose a little weight, but i'm not really on a diet or anything. but anyway, my mom is starting to be annoying, because she thinks i'm anorexic. like, i try really really really really hard not to eat all day, but i end up eating like a salad or something, and that's all i eat. because when my stomach growls, like if i eat, i end up getting hungrier later too. but if i only eat once a day, towards like evening, i can sleep easier, and stuff. i also don't eat meat. i slip up occasionally, like maybe once a week i'll eat a bite of meat..
is this bad?

i didnt know what category to putt this is on. i got my period on july 2nd and it lasted for about 4 days then today i got it again on july 14. i never got my period twice in one month. can it be anything else other then my period? is it weird or unhealthy that it happened since it never happened before? & if i had sex after my period finised around the 7th ish does this mean i am not pregnant? thanks guys! oh and i also took the plan b pill around the 9th i think can that be the reason? and if i had sex after that does this mean i am still not pregnant? sorry theres a lot of questions!

i have recently become an lacto-ovo vegitarian. its been a couple of months now. in the past couple of days, i get these dizzy spells that come and go, and i just feel kinda crappy. is this from lack of iron or another type of supplement? are there alternate foods besides meat so i can get my daily quantities? i would also appreciate any advice, or comments. thanks!

So, I recently joined a gym and started eating healthier, I cut out fizzy drinks and sugary snacks, however, I can't seem top stop snacking on other things.
I won't even be hungry, but I'll still end up eating something, and this is preventing weight loss.
Are there any tips to on how I can resist snacking, or something to distract me from it?
Oh, and don't just say "Drink water" because I do that anyway..

hello all! i am hoping that maybe you can help me out, here. i am going through a little bit of a rough time with nutrition and being healthy. let me further explain. as i was growing up (early teens), i weighed about 120 pounds. i am only 4"11 now, so back then i was a little shorter, about 4"9. I wasn't super fat, but i was definitely on the chubby side. that's not to say that everyone is 4"11 and 120 pounds is chubby, because every body type is different! I was a vegitarian a few years back for a while, but eventually I stopped. I think the reason I did so was because I had nothing to eat besides junk food. I guess you could say I'm kind of a health-nut. I try eat healthier because I don't like feeling guilty about eating all junk.
Anyways, I want to be a vegitarian again, because I really care about animals and the enviornment. The only meat I really like is cheeseburgers and some forms of chicken, but I barely even like chicken anyway.
I guess you could say I'm a picky eater. I like vegitables like corn on the cob (only on the cob) Zuchini, and green beans, and that's pretty much it. I like almost all fruits (besides banannas.)

i have superr bad under-eye circles, right.
so i went on this site. and they said it's cause my capillaries aren't strong enough, and are seeping blood into the skin near my eyes.

so. can you tell me how i can possibly
strengthenn my capillaries?

I am about around 5'3 and I'm 13 and I'm about 107lbs. I am kinda worried about my weight increasing because I used to be really fat when I was younger and I don't want to be like that ever again but now I'm average skinny. I skateboard for an hour or more a day and I go to the gym almost everyday , and I play basketball for an hour a day. But I am noticing a wieght increase and fat starting to build on my stomach and thyes. When this started happening I started doing 100 situps every night. This isn't seeming to help very much. I need tips or stratagies on how to helpmy eating habbits or w/e you can do to help me loose 5 or 7 lbs

I was wondering, is there a way to trick the body into thinking that it ISN'T starving. Like if I am consuming 1200-1500 cal a day but I am like eating 3 meals instead of like 5 or 6, could I do something like have a slice of cheese or a slice of meat every hour or maybe like a slice of something every hour that way my body doesn't plateau in weight loss?
