Divorce

OK, so im newly single, and very glad that im divorced!! My ex is now going steady with another women, and we have childreen of the ages 5, 4, and 2. I was just wondering how to tell my kids that mammy and daddy dont love eachither any more, and daddy loves another women, that not mommy. I know i shouldn't no, i couldnt lie to them because i love them too much, but i dont want to see them hurt. They have started to ask questions, but ive tried to change the subject because i didnt know what to say. I love my kids dearly, but i want them to know the truth without being hurt.. I know that they will ask lots of questions, about divorce, because they are still too young to know what it means yet, so any back up advice would be greatly appreciat...

Projects with babies..

For a project in health we have to research stuff with babies...and i can't find anything!
we need to look up stuff on a baby from birth-10 months
we have to do 3 charts on Parents Sleep before/after the baby
Diapers used monthly from 0-10 months
and 'parental free time'
it's soppossed to not make us have sex or something idk but i cant find info on that ANYWHERE
and i asked my mom and she was like "i dont remeber. too many diapers not enough sleep"

Good Baby Names

Hi.
Do any of you have any really good suggestions on what sounds good with Cara. I only want girl name suggestions since i already have boy names picked out. Her middle name will be Juliana after a combo of my moms first and middle names (Julie and Ann. Maybe another C name but that is not a must.

Curious about HPT.

I took an HPT (home pregnancy test), and it read positive. My packet came with another HPT, so I took it two days later, and it was negative. Then a good while later, I looked into the trash can at it just to be sure and it was positive!
I've made an appointment with my doctor, but I wonder if I should bring in the HPTs? How long after using them do they keep? A few hours? Days, maybe? I can't seem to find any information on how long you can keep a used test, so anyone who might know, I'd really love the help!

A little potty training help

My son's 3 years. Everytime I ask him if he needs to wee he says no. When he says yes and I get him on the potty seat (which is on the toilet seat)...he doesn't do anything, then when I let him go about 10 minutes later he messes himself or uses the diaper.
I know when he wants to poo but when I get him on the seat he never does it there. I bought pull ups today and hopefully it will help.
My question really is how to approach the potty training for a boy of 3 years. I want to get him into school soon but the only wait is potty training!

Ive been having a cramp like feeling for about a week now. My boobs hurt off and on, My lower back hurts all the time. and after i eat i get a sick feeling and im having lots of dieriah. Ive had a loss of appetite am i pregnant?

Shredded for Shredfest?

So, not this weekend, but next weekend is the almighty shredfest. It's a local show with a bunch of local bands, and they're all really good. It's in Panama City which is about 45 minutes from where I live. My mom doesn't like me going out there. Last time I did, I ended up lying and doing a bunch of bad stuff. It's been a few months since then. But, anyways, back to shredfest. See, that weekend my parents are going out of town for mardi gras. I was gonna go, but then I remembered its the weekend of shredfest. My mom said I can stay at a friend's house that weekend. But, I was'nt even planning on telling her about shredfest. i am from india.my only child is 2.5 years old.she is quite sensitive and emotional.the boy next door is 3.5 years old and tries to dominate her by snatching her things, shouting and crying if she doesnt give them(otherwise she always does),and whenever he has a chance he tries to hurt her by pulling her hair,kicking her or pushing and pulling her.they seldom play in harmony.the problem is that my daughter does not like to play with anybody else but him and i am left with no other alternative but let her play.but his behaviour angers me.what should i do with him?

I"m seriously doubting anyone can help me with my problems but here goes anyway. I have a daughter that just turned 18. She is so lost, she has given me problems since she was 11, well now shes 18 and her life consists of black men,crack and sleeping with as many as she can. She was recently disgnosed with a veneral disease and confessed to her oldest sister that she may of slept with a man who was HIV. She is a leading influence on her 13 yr. old sister who is following in her path as hard as she can. I"ve had to get the law to look the 13 yr. old twice this week. She is failing school and I can't reach her. She and her sister are so full of hate towards me, I;ve been called so many foul names, I can't take much more. I'm thinkin...

my only child is 2.5years old.i am from india and a housewife.she has recently begun to exhibit her temper tantrums by shrieking if she is told to do smthing against her wish and not listen even if we make her lovingly understand.she does not like to talk to any outsider and even with her dad.her only attachment is with me and always clings to me on every outing.she makes a lot of fuss in everyhing from brushing to sleeping at night.if scolded she hides herself.otherwise she is quite sensitive and curious.she has no good child of her age to play with and the neighbour's son of 3 yrs bullies her. what is the problem here?

i need some advice regarding my 9 year old son.
he wanted a cell phone and a laptop for christmas. he didnt get either and wrote a statement "no cell phone or laptop i want you dead i swear"
in addition he has a facination with guns and knives.all he draws is blood & death useing guns and knives. hes consitantly defiant especially when it comes to picking up after himself
ex: wrappers or soda cans left wherever he decides where he wants to eat. he is always lying about trivial things and constantly breaks or looses possesions and then lies about it even though it wouldnt have gotten him in trouble.
no punishments or rewards work ! at all ! he'll do things right unt...

my whole life my parents were hardly ever on my case about anything. Now im 18 and im trying to get out of the house more. And they dont like it they say im never home to do anything. I work retail 35-40 hours a week and the expect me to come home after work and clean the house & do a million loads of laundry. My mom has a job and she doesnt do much at her job except sit around. But she doesnt come home and clean up anything because she believes that since she works she doesnt have to clean.
i have 2 siblings that are old enough to do luandry and they havent touched the washer or dryer since we moved a year ago.
i bought myself a tracfone with my money and my dad told me i dont deserve it.

My mother is an alcholic. She wont admit this, but she drinks 3-4 times a week and gets wasted. How can I confront her about this? My stepdad agrees with me but will not do anything to stop her. What can I do?

my 15 month old son keeps bittind me and wont stop. ive tried rubbing his gums and give him meds to help with the teeth pain. but everytime i smack him when he bits and say no he just laughs at me and does it again. how can i get him to stop?
