so i'm saving up for a $350 camera but i'm totaly broke...i'm trying to save up but i don't know where i'm gonna get that money...i babysit but not enough, and it's hard because you cant choose when to babysit, you baby sit when the parents ask you to. and i'm only 14 so i'm not old enough for a job....any ideas to make money quick? or at all???

So in a week I will be 17. My life is really great right now :) The only problem is..is that I have No Job & No Money. My parents have been helping me pay for things I want and stuff but I just want my own money. Ive probaley applied over 20 places for jobs in the past year; nothing is working. A few months ago I thought of asking my parents to take out a loan for myself..and once i FINALLY get a job i would pay all the money back. I would want to take out a loan for about $3,000. I need this much because, I am going to 2 proms, Im going to Florida with my boyfriend soon and I need money just all around to do things. Is it possible for me to take out a loan like this? Or would you need like credit or soemthing? I dont really know how it...

Awhile back, I joined the newspaper at my college. Unfortunately, I decided that it wasn't a good fit and dropped the activity about a month and a half later. When I had only been working there for about two weeks, I was approached about purchasing a t-shirt with the organization's name on it, and I agreed. Now, several weeks later, I have been informed that the t-shirts have come in. One person (who was in charge of purchasing the t-shirts) has asked me to pay for mine. Now that I'm no longer a part of the organization, I don't particularly want to pay for an overpriced t-shirt that I can't wear. im only doing this for people in my neighborhood.. um please provide more ideas for me, a 14 year old girl in the 8th grade to earn more money so i can go on this special field trip to japan during summer! and if the money im requesting is too little or too much for the job being done. thanks for the help! :)

Am I radioactive?

I started a new job last year. Everyone was pretty cold and unfriendly. No hello's, good mornings, not even eye contact. I figured it was b/c i was new. This year, it's the same. New people give me the cold shoulder and have made friends with the old and new people. Everyone else seems to connect with others except me and recently one other employee. I thought it might be my age, weight, ethnicity...etc. But other people who are older, heavier or more ethnic dont get shut out
Other peers act like I am invisible and cut me off from my turn at the microwave or interrupt serious conversations btwn me and other professionals. So, I was wondering, do these people think i am radioactive? Or I work with a bunch of rude people?

okay. im gonna sound stupid. but. im 18. and in 2007. i worked at mcdonalds. for like. 6 weeks. making 7$ and working about 15hours a week. at most. didnt earn very much money. and because i didnt make very much..i was wondering if i had to file taxes? is there like a certain amount of money you have to make in a year to have to file taxes? oh i live in wisconsin. if that matters.

Norway Cash Crisis

I would love to do an exchange program this summer with Norway, but my family can't afford it. I am only thirteen, but I am trying to make 1500 dollars by February 25. I know the basics (babysitting, dog walking, pet sitting, selling coffee, baked goods, etc.), but I need more creative ideas. I am not legal working age, by the way. Any ideas?

Buy My Country

Could it be possible to buy a country? I mean not like so if you have it, you're king, but could you buy all the land in some place like Africa? Like think of the most poverty-stricken low-quality of living country in the world. If some person had like trillions of dollars/euros could they go and buy the land in the country and just make it a better place? Could someone explain this to me?

i live in ireland and im fifteen which means i am aloud work 8 hours a week while in school.i do have a job (8 hours a week) waitressing and i get €7 an hour.realy good pay and i also baby sit the odd weekend but im in school and this year we go on alot of trips which i will have to pay for with little help from parents.
so does anyone have a get rich quick scheme that im not already doing and doesnt break the law!

This summer, at the end of July, me and my friends are going on a trip travelling around the Norfolk coast and staying in youth hostels. We need £200 each by that time. It's going to be fairly easy for me as I will have enough by saving my money, but some of my friends are also going to Spain and need money for that as well, so we need ideas of how to raise money, do you know of any?

Ok, so there is this girl I like and she is basically a year older than me.. But we're both sophmores. I like her alot, but we basically "travel in different circles". But we have known each other for about three months now, and we just started talking like a week or so ago. But we've had the same conversation going for the past week.
The bad thing though is, that she is SO freakin gorgeous and im a nerd that has no chance with her, even though we have SOO much in common. She is basically the girl version of me.
Any ideas on how I can get her to like me?

I lost my good job in michigan, got married, and had a baby within the last year. I been bouncing from bad job to bad job, running out of money, and I am under so much stress it's taking years off of my life so badly I can feel it. How do I try to take it one step at a time, or at least look to other sources for help? I apply to about 120 jobs a month, but nobody is hiring, and I can't afford to move out of state for work, let alone take my wife, my newborn, and my 2 year old stepdaughter looking for work with me.....PLEASE HELP ME!

I have no idea what i want to do in life. I have 3 years left in highschool and i want to do so many things and still live in florida. but i keep hearing my dad talk about how i wont be able to afford it. so i was thinking about moving to mexico or puerto rico. but the jobs i would want to be dont pay well in those places. For example i want to do something with kids. (daycare, nursing, etc) or I want to work for a magazine (editor, writer, etc). Also i've thought about working as a hotel manager. But i dont like the "benefits." Im not exactly sure what the question is i am asking. I just need a little advice on something im talking about. sorry if im confusing. but i am confused and im trying to explain this as easy es possible.
