My friend and I want to set up an online business where local companies pay us to advertise on our website.
Does anyone have any ideas or tips for advertising and any general advice? We have a website, name etc but a budget of like...nothing.
So any help would be great please.

Stupid Computer

All right. I just got this computer yesterday and my grandfather used to use it at his work, so it's older, but probably not by more than 2 years. It has windows xp, but i have no idea what kind (like dell...but it isn't that) it is.
The problem is, the sound doesn't work and the disk drive won't work either. We called my grandfather, he said the sound worked. We even tried different speakers. I checked the computer's settings, and there's nothing muted, nor is there anything disabled. Can anyone help me with the sound possibly?
Also, the disk drive (as i mentioned), doesn't work. I can open it and put a disk in it, but when I try to open the disk drive icon, it says "please insert a disk". Does anyone know w...
