8th Grade Dance

Ok so My school canceled my 8th grade dance this year we've always had one and now they took it way and everyone is pissed! including me and everyone has thought about doing something about the dance like making our own. like everyone paying a little money to rent a place, get a DJ, etc. but we dont know i was thinking about telling everyone to just sit in the gym and NOT MOVE untill they give us our dance back i mean they cant suspend us all lol but i was wondering if anyone else had any good ideas and dont say talk to your principal because we already tried that and she doesnt care. and we already tried getting everyone to sign a thing to get our dance back and she just threw it away please help al 8 graders in my school!

So me and my friends are doing this project about Elvis Presley. Well actually it’s about ‘kings day’ which is also known as ‘Elvis day’
So we went to google on the web and we just got a bunch of information, but I know that that’s far not enough which means, We need some more information. Hmh. So I went searching and didn’t really find anything to be honest. So is there someone who could give me some information? I mean like really really good infromation, and tips for our project? Please. It’s supposed to be a presetation + poster thing. So yeah, DON’T TELL ME TO GOOGLE. which school

okay, I'm at this school right now and I only have a few friends here. I went to this school instead of the regular neighborhood high school where all my friends went because of some of the classes offered. But now I really kind of want to go back to the other school. I have great friends at the school I'm at, but at the other school I know like a TON of people so I might want to go there...I have like a week to decide. What should I do?

im a 15yr/female and ive gots a problem.
i am in a 32 A bra size and i get made fun of because of it.(Except by my boyfriend)...well, when im at school everyone says that they wouldnt go out with me because i basicley have no boobs....know when my boyfriend tries to kiss me there i get nervous and i back away because of my boob size. what should i do? how can i make my boobs bigger? will people like me more then?

okay well we have a spanish project do and like we can make up our own or use like a cartoon and i wanted to do the flinstones but there is not grandparents and there has to be kinda a lot so you can make 10 sentances but i cant think of anything else. could you please name some disney families and the names of the cartoons in them? ill rate all 5s.

School dances

Alright so i'm in 8th grader at a pretty small school .. we have like 180 kids in the whole middle school, so of course our school dances are kind of .. not fun. And like NONE of the guys dance what so ever.. so i dont really dance either. Some of the girls dance during like the fast songs and then like get called sluts & stuff when really .. they do nothing not normal. my school's just gay like that. And they open up the other gym too .. so the boys usually go in there & play basketball, i usually just float inbetween the too, and talk to the guys & sometimes hang out w/ the girls, but never really dance. I'm a 14 year old female tha tis in 8th grade. My so called "reading and writing" class is doing reports on the holicoast, each student in my class got to choice somthign to write at the minumum of 2-3 pages. I choice Concentration Camps- and im writing about Dr. Josef Mengele (The Angle of Death) and i was wondering if ther ie anything that you guys think i should put in there since little kids will be reading it (6th and 7th graders). Funny school stuff

every year 8th graders at my school paint ceiling tiles to put up around the school. My group is doing one that say like "laws of school" type things. For example, one i already have is "The best part of going back to school is seeing all your friends. The worst part is that your teachers won*t let you talk to them."

speaking in front of my class

After writing an essay about something we liked were gunna have to speak in front of the class for a timed 5 minutes about it. And i'm scared out of my mind. Whenever we have to talk in front of the class i start talking fast (which doesnt help me reach 5 min easily) and like moving my legs back and forth. Its weird, cause usually i'm really up beat and talk real loud and stuff like that. But yeah i'm super nervous. And suggestions that would help me not be so scared?

For my english class i have to watch a movie, and then "critize" the movie the best i can in like an essay. And then talk about why i like it, and why i dont. Well i'm not the smartest kid in the world, and i spend most of my english time sleeping or listening to my ipod. So if you could.. tell me what critizing is. Writing a film/literature essay

For Literature I have to write an essay comparing a scene from Apocalypse Now with the book Heart of Darkness, by Joseph Conrad. We are to focus on the extract from Apocalypse Now, but we can talk about the book as a whole. The teacher hasn't given us much assistance on how to write this, because we're rushed for time at the moment. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me the right structure for writing an essay like this, what kind of things I should mention, whether to compare it, etc. I'm not sure whether to talk about the extract and compare how its changed to a similar scene in the book, or whether to talk about how the themes have been adapted. I'm completely lost basically. lol.
Any help will be appreciated. I'll rate no matter what. Thank you!

reading problems

i have a problem reading school materials, i cannot read when i want to (there is a specific time i can read effectively like in the morning) and i cannot read for a long time. 1 or 2 things happen when i read, i either get distract and cannot continue to read due to the lack of concentration or when i read it for a long time nothing seems to come into my head and basically i read nothing even though i did.
So how do i get myself to read effectively and for a very long time? especially with biology and chemistry i know there are a lot of readings to do but then i cannot continue to read after 1 hour or 2. I need help bad because im falling behind and need to catch up with all this reading

Ok. Well, I got accepted into this private (boarding) school. Mercersburg. And I'm really excited about it. (I'll be in High School next year) So, at first I was a little hesitant because I was afraid of missing my friends. But now that I think about it more, I don't know how much I'll really miss my friends. Like, my good friends they kinda treat me like a third wheel. One of them had been my best friend since kindergarten and we used to get in a lot of fights (i never knew why. she just got mad at me.) And she usually ditched me for people she just met.
