why is it that all the ratings and feedbacks form a month ago don't count? because i used to have a lot but now they are not being counted anymore

so okay...I have been member for a long time...and have only gotten banned once (for accidentally writing in caps...but i wasnt yelling) anyway...when you go to answer a question...and someone put a careless answer...but the person asking the question didnt rate the question yet...how do you file an abuse report? Also...how do you file an abuse report on the person asking the question? PLEASE HELP!!!

Lately people haven't been rating the answers you leave to their questions nor do they leave feedback if they even bother to rate it.
Is this just me or is this happening to all of you ?
Because I've answered about 20 questions and onnly got rated on about 5.

does anyone know how much it costs per minute that you go over youre plan. for example if my plan lets me have 700 minutes and i use 900, how much is it per minute that i used over my plan? please help! thankss

Superlative

I have been looking forward to superlatives in our yearbook this year, but also dreading it. I am very smart, pretty and some other stuff, but there is always someone who is going to be picked for being smarter and prettier. It really burns me up, because no matter how much I study and work on my make-up and hair, there is always someone better. I just want to be the best, in one thing at least. I am reasonably popular, so that is not the problem. How can I just be the best in something?

ok well im 15 and i have had a lot of tragic things in my life. but i finally stoped dwelling on the past when i realized that there r other people who have it way worse.all the things that have happened to me just made me appreciate life more. i am a very strong, caring, and determined person. so my for my question.... well when i turn on the t.v. theres allways charitys going on for cancer and make a wish foundations and people all around the world who are barley surviving and how we as a generation are destoring the world...ect. well all these things touch my heart and i just wanna have the power to change the world for the good... but being that im not evan old enough to have a job i am unfortunitly unable of evan donating... well i fin...

Not so much technology, but definitely advicenators.
I've been reading questions recently, and noticing more and more that someone will post an answer, and the next person will say something like "I would like to point out to [insert advicenator's name here] that this person was not asking THIS, he/she was asking THAT." or "[insert advicenator's name here], you're WRONG."
If an advicenator is wrong about something like a definition, it shows in the rest of the answers that come up - it's unnecessary to tell them they're wrong.
Does it bother anyone else when advicenators bicker, or pick on other advicenators' advice?
I dunno, I just thought this was a site for people to help each other.
Am I wrong?

iPOD help.

My iPOD won't play any of my songs...it was for a while and then all of a sudden it just skipped from song to song and won't play. It's happened before and my friend did something to fix it..but it's break and he's not around so I don't know how to fix it...does anyone know what to do?
