Wheat intolerance?

I've been having really bad heartburn for a while after eating bread. I mostly eat bread because we don't really have a lot of food in our house. And in the last few days I've also been experiencing headache and dizzyness after eating bread. And I feel really bloated for a long time. Could I have a gluten or wheat intolerance? I don't get diherrea though and I also don't experience a lot of gas which are other symptoms.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be? I also like to eat noodle soup and when I do it's not as bad. I can eat fruits and vegetables without problems.
I ate some pancakes yesterday afternoon and now it's the next day and I still have really bad heartburn and still feel bloated. I don't get this . What should I do?

cramp remedys?

I can't take acetaminophen and when I get my period I get severe cramps to the point I feel I'm going to be sick and or pass out. Because of my allergy I can't take midol or any of that. I take ibprofen but it doesn't help. Are there any other remedys that could help me?

Solution for having odourless and fresh mouth

From past 2 years m suffering from bad smell in my mouth it smells like alcohol and some times very unplesant smell. I m not able to speak to any one going close to them for this reason I just keep quite in the places where I have to talk. I consulted dentist too he recommended to use a mouth wash but it works for only for few hours. I dint had this problem at all I use to go close and talk to my friends, relatives etc.... but now M not able to go close and talk to my own mother. I drink lot of water eat greens . I wanna good suggestion that will really work.

Which of these is best for getting rid of acne?

Well I have lots of spots on my forehead right in between my eyebrows and it isn't getting better its just spots and a few red spots and blemishes and it really just isn't nice because when I go to a friends house she has no spots or anything obvious and if we take photos together my acne is really obvious and now its just getting annoying. So I was wondering how can I get rid of it in a few weeks or so. These are the things i have and am able to use:
Sudocream
Toothpaste
Vapour rub(i read it gets rid of spots i haven't tried it yet)
Tee trea oil face wash
Neutrogena visibly clear moisturiser(i use it because it doesn't clog pores)
So which of these things will get rid of the spots which ...

Vagina smells like died urine

Recently my vagina has been smelling like dried urine. I don't believe I've changed anything in my diet. I use Vagisil unscented vaginal wash in the shower. I do not douche and I shower regularly and wear clean underwear every day. I suppose my question is, could there be an underlying health problem to the dry urine smell I have been experiencing over the past week? Something that my body (liver of kidneys possibly) is trying to tell me? Thanks you

Does sudocream get rid of acne?

I have very small acne and i don't really mind that but a few days ago i got these tree really large spots on my forehead and i squeezed them because hey had the white spot on the end so i squeezed it so it would come out and now the three spots are flat but slightly red. I put ice on it and it reduced the redness very slightly. I was wondering if sudocream will reduce the redness overnight? Will it get rid of the small spots if i use it more often?

Trying to improve the condition of my hair

I have been trying to improve the condition of my hair; especially when it comes to washing it and it getting greasy.
Back when I was a teenager, I'd wash it every night but as we all know, it is so bad for your hair.
These days, I wash it every other day to every two-three days, depending on what I'm doing and so on. I never put conditioner all over my hair, just the ends and I use one hair product after showing, which doesn't go in my roots either. Come day two, my hair will already be getting noticeably greasy. Why is this happening? I heard that refraining from washing your hair so often, it will stay cleaner longer but it has been at least a year and a half now and if I want fresh looking hair, I'd have to wash it daily.<...

I have a few spots from hormones most likely because i get very stressed out because of school and stuff like that which is normal i guess. So I have a few very small spots which I don't really mind but then I got a few really large spots and i tried o squeeze them whic i know i shouldn do but they turned into these scars that look like blemishes or scabs. Usually they heal in about a week. But I did some research and i learned that if you eat vitamin c it will speed up the healing of scars. I did research of how much vitamin c an average person needs and it is and it is about 75 mg for a woman and for a child it is slightly less. For lunch i eat a salad and an orange in school this is equivalent to 75 mg. so I eat slightly more than i need...

Endometrial Hyperplasia

I was diagnosed with Endometrial hyperplasia a few years ago. I am a 55 year old post menopausal woman. I also have uterine fibroids. I have had 4 D&C's from 1997 - 2011. My doctor says I need another one. I asked her, why do I have to keep getting them. Can't I just have a hysterectomy? She said she will only suggest that if I have cancer. So I will be having my 5th D&C soon. As anyone gone through this before? Thanks.

Can I lose weight in four weeks

I've been excercising for about four weeks already.I run 1 mile four times a day can I lose wight by running in a mile with a healthy diet in a month1/2.Also my godmother walks everyday in the morning the last time I've seen her she got darker can she get skin cancer.

Chafed inner thighs

I was just wondering whether there's any females here who at some point have been at a size where their inner thighs chafed together and then lost weight.
This summer I have done a lot of travelling and my inner thighs have chafed and now the skin is kind of red and rough. However, I'm slowly losing weight (working out, eating better) and I want to know whether this skin will get better and go back to the way it was before after a while.
Could anybody answer this question for me? :)

I woke this morning with stomach pains went toilet was sick and pooed at the same time all day I've had stomach pain on & off which made me feel I needed to poo every time but its bright red blood coming instead of poo Ive also felt tired & weak all day can anyone give any advice please

So yesterday I was in the restroom, and I was kind of wasting time by playing on my phone and sitting on the counter near the door. I had the shower running, but it was right in the middle, so it was just room temperature water. There wasn't any mist or anything, because the mirror wasn't fogged up, and I had the fan on and my 'eva-dry' machine was on. (I was alo only in my panties)
I was texting when all of a sudden I kind of felt sick, like a 'I feel like I'm going to puke sick', and I set down my phone because I almost started gagging-- this was after about 15 minutes. First and foremost please do not tell me that I am under age and should not be drinking. I am very well aware of the fact. I came here for an answer to my question not to be lectured.
Last summer when I was 17 I went to a party and didn't have anything to eat and I ended up drinking a lot. I felt like throwing up at one point but never did and was hung over the next morning.
I have not drank since except for beer. Whenever I have tried to drink any alcohol besides beer I immediately feel sick and like throwing up. Ever since that party I have been this way.
Will this go away so I can...
