Breakfast that will keep me full longer?

What is a breakfast that can keep me full for about 6 hours? and that is also healthy for you. but mainly to keep my full with no worries of being hungry....? please and thank you.

fiber one bars!

i ate like 3 or 4 fiber one bars today, i had one for breakfast, one for lunch, one when i got home and one after dinner, i never had them before and they were really good, haha.. whoops, i didn't see all the calories in them, but anyway, should i not have ate so many? because i got a really bad stomach ache.. just wondering if that linked it to my stomach ache.

vegetarian recipies!

i'm semi-new to being vegetarian, like i've been on & off for forever now, but i only stop, because i get sick of the same old thing. i need help thinking of really simple recipies i can make myself. like i found vegetable burittos, that were very easy, and i want other vegetarian/vegan snacks/recipies that are simple & quick to make. i'm the only vegetarian in my house, so yeah. & i like vegetables, and all that, and i'm open to about anything. :)

Multivitamin

Hi I am 18 years old female. I have taken one a teen advantage, one a day womens, and now I am currently taking centrum womens multivitamin. And each one after a few hours my stomach gets terrible cramps. I taken them with food. I've tried taking them in the morning in the after noon and at night, but the same thing always happens. What i am asking is what is the best multivitamin to take for a sensitive stomach?

pregnant and smokin

first of all, please dont lecture me. i know what im doin is wrong. but ive been smokin a pack a day for 3 years and its sad to say that my baby isnt enough motivation for me to quit. i went from smokin a pack a day to smokin 1-2 a day.

the thing is, i want/need to quit, obviously. ive tried lollipops, candy, takin deep breaths...i just cant do it.

what can i do to make me quit !?

diet change

Ok, so if I used to eat lots of junk food and all the wrong types of foods and had no kind of exercise in my life, and then i all of a sudden stopped that, and started eating right and exercised everyday, could that possibly bring about frequent headaches? Like from the sudden change in diet and exercise? and if so, after how long should that happen?

How does someone loose weight these days?!

i have been trying time and time again to loose weight but it just never works. I am 17 and am pretty big, i have tried walking, pilates and yoga but i dont seem to loose any weight. I dont really have an eating plan, i find it hard to go on them, what if i was to go on one what would i eat?! i really want to be accepted in the community and not looked at differently. i dont seem to have a fast metabolism, how does one raise that? and i know that not eating is NOT the answer so i am prepared to be healthy and loose it the right way. is there any tricks to loosing weight? from celebrities? Any suggestions will be taken on board and will help me :)

Acai Berry Cleanse

Have any of you tried this Acai Berry Dietary Suppliment for the full time and noticed any considerable results that would make it worth spending about $80 on? Or what about the Acai that you can get at the health food store in the drink form? Weight loss success stories inclucating any of these into your exercise program? Also, have you had any side effects or heard of any side effects? I have not been able to find any on line and I am hoping that is a good thing. There is one at Walmart called the 14 day Acai Berry Cleanse or something like that, and that one is only about $11, now I wouldn't mind spending that, but again I am not sure if it works. Thank you for your opinions! :).

Breakfast!

Hello all :) , school starts tomarrow for me and i never have enough time in the morning to eat a really good break fast, usually i'm eating it as i go out the door! I want to eat healthy and things that give me a LOT energy- but i dont know what i should eat! not to mention with the pressed amount of time i have X.x . So, any ideas? thanks :) !

Riight well i went to this party on saturday were i got pretty drunk (stupid idea i knoow :/) but since then iv been really hungry.
like after i eat a meal or somthing about 2 hours or more later i get hungrey again and just keep eating :S
its not much that i eat maybe just a small bit of chicken out the fridge but i feel like i could go for a hujungus sandwhich

im 18 and male if that makes any difference

im not gonna over do it and im starting to eat healthier breakfasts because a fry up everyday at work wont do me any good after a while so its better i start now before it gets too crazy

Calcium

Hi I'm an 18 year old female and this is my first semester at college. I don't drink hardly any milk when I eat, so I don't think I'm getting enough calcium. Right now I am taking a womens multi vitamin and on the back it says I am getting 50% of my daily calcium value. So my question is would it be okay to take a calcium supplement along with my multi vitamin or would that be too much? Thank you!

hey there... a am male of 20 and have been goint to gym(not very regularly) for last 2 3 years but because of not being able to produce desired results dispite of disciplined training i was adviced to take cretail by someone quite close but now i am not able to contact him cose of wierd reasons and i ahve brought creatine but don't know ho to use take it properly.
and the place where i live adulteration is quite commont even in branded products. i have brought creatine of olompia brand which is quite famous here but is there any effective method to check if the creatine is original or not??
please help me if you can.. i will be very thankful ...

The Water in Iowa

I live in Des Moines Iowa. I have previously lived in NY, Michigan and Idaho. This is the first time I have tasted water that had such a weird flavor. Don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about bad water like in Fl that just tastes like it came out of the sewer... the water is ok, it just has a totally different flavor than I am used to. I wasn't sure if it was my brita so I tasted it out of the tap and it tastes the same. I am in a new apartment complex and everything is clean so it's not the pipes... haha this is going to sound strange but it seems like is should taste better: it has a soft texture, it goes down very smooth, it leaves no sharp feeling in your throat when you are done...but, it has a weird flavor...is this maybe like "...

binge eating

I eat when I'm bored or depressed even when I'm not hungry, and when I do I eat until I can't fit any more food in me. Whenever I'm doing something, I'm also always thinking about what I'm going to eat when I get home.
I think these are signs of being a binge eater.

So my question is: What are some ways that I can get this under control? I've gained some weight and while I'm not overweight yet, I'd like to have this under control now. It's making me even sadder, which of course makes me want to eat more.
I feel gross and disgusting all the time, but I can't stop thinking about food.

Help?

Vegetarian meals

17/f my family doesn't really support me being vegetarian so I basically have to cook for myself. I don't really know what to make. I don't eat any kind of meat and I dont ever plan on it, it grosses me out. So what's good that I can make? I've been living on yogurt and noodles. Ha any suggestions? By the way, I've never had tofu, I don't know where to find it, and also I don't like the taste of meat so yeah don't think I'd want it:)

Hamster Help!

One of them is up all night doing what she has to do. Yet, my boy one, he's usally asleep. He occasionly comes out to play, run on the wheel, and eat and drink. But yet i'm kind of worried,

my best friend is a vegetarian and she really doesn't eat much besides salad, fruit and macaroni and cheese. she does complain about feeling week sometime and she gets sick a lot! i know she needs protein but she refuses to eat anything with protein in it. what can i do? im nervous for her health!

This september, I'll be starting my junior year of high school. I'll be in all AP and Honors classes, so I will be under a lot of stress. I used to not eat lunch because I would have gym afterwards and I would cramp up very badly, but then I started in June and I had a LOT more energy. I was stunned that I could wake up at 6 AM with only six to eight hours of sleep and make it through the whole day without a nap. My grades were he best they've ever been.

Unfortunately, I gained weight because of this since my calorie intake was more than it had ever been before (although they were healthy calories) and I did not have any time to exercise (not counting gym class in school). On top of this, I reali...

Cheap diet?

Im a 21 yr old female and I live on my own. Im not fat in the least bit, Im just not as thin as I used to be and I dont like my stomach or arms anymore. I have a real bad habit of eating alit of junk food because I always could without gaining weight. But now I am gaining weight and I need to stop. I want some advice on cheap diets I could go on. Healthy food is more expensive alot of the time and since I live on my own I dont have all the money in the world to spend since I have other bills. What are some cheaper diets or healthier food that I can get to help me lose some weight? I only want to lose maybe 15 pounds. Thanks!

cut out soda completley

I really want to stop drinking soda but I'm having a really hard time doing so. Usually I'll have 5-6 sodas a week and 99% of the time it's when I'm out. It's really not that much, but soda is so unhealthy for you and I'm trying to get a grip on my diet. Sometimes my dad keeps a 2 liter in the fridge so it's very tempting to have 'just a cup' and ending up drinking 2 more during the day. I don't want to switch to diet sodas either because they're worse for you and 0 calorie drinks like crystal lite contain aspartame which is a fake sweetener that causes a lot of health issues. Any ideas on how to stop? oh & I'm 17/f.
