I use to gossip and back bite alot. and even tho i have said sorry to all those i have hrut i know they still hold it against me. im trying really hard not to do it agian. i want to make it up to all those people i hurt and gain back trust. how do i do that? FASTest way possible!? i am trying really hard now. the only thing is when i say sorry they say its fine but they dont eman it. they say stuff behind me about how i was!

I'm 15/f. I'd like to say I understand the people at my school but I can't. It seems as if all anyone cares about is getting drunk and having sex. It annoys me so much, I just don't understand why most of the girls seem like (in lack of a better word) sluts and all the guys are just pigs. My question is how do I put up with all of this when it's right in my face every day?

Do they like smart girls? cause like today, he pulled out my math test which was a 98 and he was like "ha ur a f*cking smartass" But i dont like brag or anything, cause i hate bragging.
They like girls who make them laugh right?
Do they also look at smile, cause okay, i can smile and my teeth at pretty white except for one teeth which is yellowish, cause its a filling. and i hate it, so i like hate smiling in front of him...

And lastly, do they liek girls who flirt. Cause im not the "extreme flirting type." cause i get nervous.

Ok I wrote you about the female boss who easedrops on conversations. Dont get me wrong she is very nice but she does not know how to manage people. Today she was out, as well as her assistant so the boss that our female boss reports to asked Steve (a person from another department) to come and help. A few people in my department questioned Steve on how his department is and Steve said very laid back no one has to ask for permission to get coffee during the day or if they want to go into the break room for a ten minute break. That is when Kathy (my coworker) told Steve how we have to ask permission for everything. And maybe Steve could talk to the big bosses about making him head of our department but if Steve does talk to the big bosses Kat...

ok i like this boy right and i likes him for like as long as i can remeber and all of my friends know how much im crazy over him. Anywayz one day at school we had an assembly and me and couple of my friends were sitting on the bleachers when all of a suddent i saw my crush, he was going towards our way so i tried so hard not to stare at him then one of my friend had call his name and he look over and my friend pointed at me, and for you to know he knows i like him and he knows what she was trying to say so he just look at me and smile and then walk away. Even my friends so it, so what does it means he like me or is he just trying to be friendly.

f/13 okay, i wanna try out for the cheerleading squad next year. it's not so much of a problem since i have a background on dance and gymnastics anyways. but most of the people in the squad are POPULAR. and i happen to be NOT. i know it's not much, but they ask for a group routine when you try out. i'd probably have my own routine, but not a group, since my friends don't want to be cheerleaders. how am i gonna fit in?
