for a 13-14 year old girl, what is a good breakfast?
I usually eat Oatmeal but i dont wanna stick to oatmeal.
Oh by the way im trying to lose some weight. so i dont want anything heavy.

I work out everyday 50-60 minutes.[treadmille]
by the way im 13,and i eat like 3-4 times a day,small portions.
and im always ALWAYS dizzy
and whenever i stand up from sitting down
EVERYTHING turns black and i feel like im bout to faint. what does this mean?

my whole life, i have NEVER ever been happy with how I look. Ive always been a bit over weight, not extremely, but a little. I'm like 5'5 and probably like 170lbs...i would really like to look alot better. I got distracted during the summer and screwed my diet. But everytime I start a diet and keep with it, it always dies, and I always get depressed about it, because I was doing great, but i just didnt want to keep up with it because i was too lazy, or distracted, or busy. And I'm really jealous, I can't really get guys, I talk way too much, but like every guy is only into "skinny" girls. I would really like to like my body and for who i am. And i used to do swim team, because its good for my health, but to be honest, ive been doi...

OK im 13 but i only weigh 76 lbs and i don't have an eating disorder because i eat all the time

Okay. Well, I'm the same person who posted that my new roomates were having sex in the shower. And I sprained my ankle at the time & I had to sit down. And I was scared that some sperm might have gotten in. Well, it's been a month. And I still haven't gotten my period. What could be wrong? I mean, I've been stressing the last two months. But can you miss your period two months for stressing? And many people say don't think about it. Why do they say that? I mean, I have to think about it. It's been two months already. hair straighteners?

Well I used to straighten my hair a lot but it got damaged pretty badly. So I was wondering, I've seen some things out there and they look like brushes. Are those like hair straighteners? Or are they something else? And where could I get one for not a lot of money?

Could I be a hypochondriac?

I have no clue, but it's possible. Here's a list of things people think I have.
-type 1 diabetes
-A.D.D
-sleep apnea

And now here are some symptoms others and myself have noticed I have.
-stress
-bad mood
-urinating frequently
-increased thirst (drinking lots of water lately)
-I'm always tired now
-I have bad memory during the day
-I sometimes wake up with sore throats
-every once in a while I get this like sour/sweet breath
-Some days I get really hungry, some days I barely eat anything
-I've been getting a lot of headaches lately ( I rarely got them before and no it's not because theres been more noise)
-I have pretty bad anxie...

BMI, Body Fat %, and something called the Army Body Fat Calculator?

How can you calculate your body fat? I heard about BMI but I can't figure out how to do that since I'm not very good in math.

In addition, what is an army body fat calculator? Someone said that when calculating body fat that they went by the "army body fat calculator"--how is that any different? What in the world could an Army Body Fat Calculator mean? Is there a certain book or website I need to reading about the army body fat calculator? I would assume it's better but I don't know how your body fat % would be calculated by the army.

Isn't there just like a body fat percentage chart I can look at to tell me what weight I would be healthiest at instead of doing some sort of a BMI math?

belly button piercing infectoin

My belly button piercing is seriously infected. I've had it for four days and every day it gets worse. What should I do? I cant take it out, because then the infection gets sealed in. AND every day I sea salt soak it twice -- once in the morning and once before bed, and clean it with rubbing alcohol (I have to do this because I have field hockey season and I don't want the sweat to make it even worse/dirtier...so I just use the r.a. after practice and then I shower.)
So I thiknk Im cleaning it pretty well -- But what else should I do?
I am extremely concerened this could become serious.
By the way, talking to my piercer is not an option... so don't say to go back and talk to them.

No, maybe fat isn't the BEST word. Obese is more like it. I'm 19 years old and I probably weigh close to 340 pounds. I have been obese for about 10 years now? No maybe less than that. It has to be less than that. Anyway, I'm getting off track.

I have always thought that because I'm so fat that I will never get a guy, however it was just a passing thought that would always return so I never was bothered by it, until the past couple of years. My self-image is so poor that when I walk into a building and I see my reflection though the glass I have to look away from it quickly so I won't see myself. Each time I look at myself I feel this wave of disgust, shame, and fear.

There is not a darn good thing about myself ...

Wisdom teeth- facial swelling?

So I got my wisdom teeth out, and my face is starting to swell up. I know this is normal, just wondering what I can do to minimize it and make it go away faster.
Got all four out.
Have a prescription for Vicodin but I'm not taking it unless I have to, it makes me sick.

braces rubberbands

You know those rubber bands that some people have to wear on their braces? Well, I have been ordered to wear them to correct my overbite. The thing is, I was given the instructions to start wearing them like 2 weeks ago, but I have forgotten to do so, since I went on vacation the first week and then I just forgot about it. Now I am wondering if there is any way I can make up for this lost time, because I dont want to have my braces on any longer than I need to. I heard that you can wear two rubberbands at a time, does this work? Has anyone done this? I have started wearing them now, but can I make up for the time I forgot? 16/f by the way.

Crest whitineng strips, help plz

i just bought the crest whitening strips that you put on your teeth for 5 miniutes not 30. it isnt classic or premuim its on its own section and im confused to what the difference is. is it going to take longer to whiten? and it doesnt show after how long willl it show results. im pretty confused on it, anyone who knows anything about it your answers will be deeplky appreciated.

anybody know how many calories are in a 6 inch Spicy Italian Sub from Subway when using wheat bread? it has salami, peporoni, american cheese, and i put lettuce pickle and salt&pepper onto it. about how many colories do you think are in that sandwich?

bloated and constipated

I'm bloated and constipated all the time. If I'm not constipated, I'm not bloated. I eat enough fiber in my diet, and the only thing that really helps with the bloating is going to the bathroom or eating yogurt (actavia). Problem is, I can't stand yogurt, Actavia is the only one so far that I found remotely edible. Trust me I've tried them all. Anything else I can eat to help with my constipation and bloating.

Sometimes I'll be bloated to the point my stomach hurts.

I'm feeling discomfort around my clitoris and it's really annoying and disconcerting. It's been going like this on and off for a couple of days now. I masturbate pretty regularly but I don't see why that would cause me pain. I haven't really done anything to it. Can anyone possibly explain this or give me a solution? Thanks.

boost energy

i want to boost my energy for school because last year i was very drained (maybe it's because i rarely stopped at my locker and i was carrying an extra 30 pounds on my back all day!). i am eating fruit salad everyday with grapes, mango, blueberries, and strawberries and it's helping a bit.

(1) although i haven't started school yet, what can i eat in the morning, during lunch, and right after school to give me a quick burst of energy without making me crash?

(2) are there any energy supplements i can take that work or any other suggestions?

(3) should i go to my doctor & ask them what's best for me? that might be a little awkward cause i go to the doctor every few months ...
