my mom gave me the option of not entering high school. i really want to do that because i dont think high school is for me. i dont want a GED either.
what do i tell my friends? what will i do until im old enough to do anything (work)?

I am in 10th grade, and last year i switched into Private school for High school...i'd gone to public school my whole life. It's an all girls private school...which, i know, sucks...but its a reallllly good school. I still see all of my friends from my old school...just not during the week. In fact i hang out with them, more than the people from my school. The thing is that recently, when i am hanging out with my [public school] friends, or at the football games i have been reallly regretting leaving. I love my private school and it is a really good school, but i cant help but wish that i was back in public schools with all of my friends...i can be really hyper and really fun with all of my public school friends and i am pretty quiet in my ...

friends and school

Hey--
Okay, so I'm not doing tottaly horrible in school but I'm on the verge of doing horrible. Its just I focus more on my friends then school... and latly I've beent hinking about this boy well I stopped worrying about that about 3 days ago and last night i met this guy and now i'm thinking about him and i don't want drama or anything with him.but basically what I'm asking is what how can i help to make myself focus more on school and not my friends or boys

science project

For my science research project I wanted to work with animals that live completly or partically in water (like fish, snails & maybe small crabs) because I love working with living things. I want to create an expirement by using them as the subects. Thing is, I have no idea what I want to do. I don't want to test water pollution because it's been done hundreds of times & it's somewhat cruel. Any idea's would be appericiated. Thanks :)

im really shy & im starting high school so i wanna make many new friends, girl and guys. what can i do to overcome my shyness atleast just a little bit so i can make a good impression on people? will people come up to me in high school? i'm definitely going to join atleast 1 or 2 clubs, but how i can approach people? also, how can i make guys like me/talk to me? do guys find shy girls attractive and would they approach me or just stay away from me? in the past years in middle school guys seemed to not go near me since they think i "never talk" which is 1000000% untrue. so i wanna have a new start in high school. anyway. sorry so many questions. thank you

Cross country article

Ok well i am in cross country and i am a good writer. Well our school newspaper elected me to write about cross country and there is just nothing to write about!! I mean....we run!! What else is there? i cant say.....We won the meet or something like that because we already have a program that tells ppl results to games and stuff. I'm just needing advice on what to write about (i have to write several different articles too) and maybe an example?

no matter how i try to study... i just can't seem to be able to. are there any ways for studying?? i'm currently in the 9th grade and i passed every other grade 8 and under. but i think i should REALLY try this year. please give me some advice.
Mathematics: needs tons of work.
Social Studies: needs lots of work.
Spanish: i wanna get a head start on this language.
English: needs help with story writing.

its my 3rd day of school. i have a quiz tommarow and im most likely going to fail can someone explain, and answer these couple problems.. The endpoints of MN are M(-3,-9) and N (4,8)? what is the approximae legnth of MN? a 1.4, b 7.2 c 13 ,d 18.4? next question, and different type of question.. Use the given endpoint R and the midpoint RS to find the coordinates of the other endpoint S.... R(5,1),M(1,4)

ok so for our school fall dance we need to dress up because it's a costume dance. The theme this year is Once Upon a Time...so it should be like fairytale and stuff like that. It's a date dance too and our date has to have a matching costume. I just need suggestions for costumes and stuff.

science fair project-fuel cell car research

so i've decided to make my science project about the fuel cell car research, which is basically about using hydrogen as fuel for cars. problem is, i don't know what to do about it. like, you know, for science fair projects, we have to have a problem, then yu have to solve the problem using an experiment. well, i need a problem. i really wanna do this project because i think it's perfect with what's happening in our country - raise of gas prices - and it would be cool to have a project that will show a way to reduce the use of gas, and to save money. so here as are some sites about the fuel cell car research:

i'm reviewing for a BIG test i have in math class tomorrow and i can't for the life of me figure out how to do these two problems.
square root of 12. i know the answer is "2 root 3" but i don't remember how you get that.
and when you are using the quadratic formula. the "B squared + or - the square root of B squared + 4 x A x C. all over 2a." if you don't know the quadratic formula then don't answer this. but i substituted the numbers into the formula correctly but i got a negative under the square root and i don't remeber how to simplify it now.
