Chemicals.

So lots of chemicals give me headaches, like perfumes, fake sweeteners, msg in foods, etc.
Those I can generally avoid although my mom continues to buy 80% of food with those things in it, leaving me to eat things like french fries or bananas/fruits/vegetables and water.
I can STILL deal with that. But she has those air fresheners with the smells, like Glade Plug In and stuff, and they give me such a terrible headache/migraine, that i even start crying. She doesn't listen and continues to buy them and puts them all over the house even after i throw them out :( there is no way to get it through her head... i've even shown her websites about it, and she says that it doesn't affect her so she doesn't care.
what do i do??

In some occasions whether it's my leg, a finger, or toe, one part will like suddenly clentch really tight and freeze and it'll hurt so much but I just still still until that part can move again.
Like I was ironging my lcothes when suddenly I felt my index toe move to the left on it's own accord and froze there really tight and it hurt so bad!

Born with neck growth/tumor

i was born with a neck tumor or growth and had surgery and was lucky to survive well the surgery made my right side of my neck/undermy chin area not as fatty as the left side. Well now im 16 and i found a bump and i keep getting random pains over there but i dont want to go to the doctor cuz i went 2 years ago for the fear of having it back and it was just a swollen lyph node and i dont want to waste time and money going back and it being nothing.
anything i can do or whatever idk i just need help :(
and i cant compare the lyph node sizes or anything because one side is fattier making it hard to do so.
the bubble is hard to spot i have to rub a round a bit until it pops up.
doesnt hurt to touch tho.

past few months ive been having random pains like some sharp others not to bad and they only last for a few seconds but they bother me cuz its a daily thing it happens 3-4 times a day or more and alot of the time its my bones expecially my pointer fingers & thumbs are normally the main pain on my hands. its making me worry because well i dont know if its normal or anything and idk ive been reading a book about a girl with bone cancer which scares the crap outa me but not so much because i havent had anything just randomly break.

This is to anyone who is USING or has USED nuvaring. What do you think about it from experience. What are some thinks that may of gone wrong. Another question is...is it true that you have to give your body a "break" from any type of birth control every couple of years or it will like forget how to ovulate??? and you may have trouble getting pregnant in the future?

this is very embarrassing .. but i have these scars on the back of my thighs from numerous skin bumps. i had some kind of staf infection thing (*not the serious one*). and now there is just embarrassing scars there.. like more kinda towards the bottom of my butt. is there anything i can do ?

why are people so upsessed with tanning..like my sister goes tanning everyday and it makes her look gross. like her skin looks like leather. and whenever i go to the mall i see girls that are like orange, and all dried out. I don't understand why people don't stay with their natural skin tone...and if they want a natural glow or a little more color why cant they just get a tinted mostiurizer...then you can skip the whole cancer thing? idk it just makes so sense to me at all, if anyone goes tanning or knows why people do these please explain it to me

heyyy everytime i eat i wanna be sick its been 2 days... i eat then an hour later i feel soo ill that i want too be sick but i cant.... when i go too bed im in soo much pain i cant move my stomach... what could cos this ?

yah so my period should be here, and i know it's coming, b/c i have bad pms and the aches and pains start up. But pmsing really causes me to be in a bad mood, and like everything pisses me off, and it can be the simplest things, it also causes me to be depressed at times. But depression it pretty normal for me at times. So is there anything to kinda like calm me down?
and i need some tips on losing weight, i weigh a little bit under 170, and i'd like to lose 10lbs by thanksgiving, any tips? I have exercise videos and ive been on diets before, i just want it to be effective and actually work.

I was using mothballs in my closets and drawers but my mom got very sick and I think my dizziness was also caused by moth balls. What is a good alternative with no smell where one would not detect anything is in the drawers or closets but would effectively keep the insects away

and its really gross :( i hate it.
ive tried using creams and stuff but it just makes them greasy and disgusting and like if i put cream on before gym and stuff my legs get REALLY red because im like running and stuff and i look retarded.

It seems like I am the luckiest girl ever. I got my period for the first time in may of 2007, and for the past year or so, I have not had any obvious PMS. My mother says that I have not been grumpy ( except for the occasional random bad day), I dont get cramps, breakouts or feel extra tired. The only difference is I gain a few pounds and want to snuggle a lot.
is something wrong? Is this unhealthy hormone stuff or something?

blacking out

it's super duper random, for example.. my mind has been working all day at school, and then i had to take a skilled test for school. and when i was dancing it was really weird.. i blanked out for a second, and i kind of blacked out for about 2 seconds.. and i felt dizzy and i was holding onto my head and it was kind of blurry for a while. but then, it went back to normal and i went back to dancing after i caught up. why is this? and what should i do?

i find this a bit weird, i was just on the computer just surfing on the internet and talking to my friends online. and it happened... 3 times in a row. my heart went "BOOM" and i gasped. or stopped breathing, i don't know what i did at the same time. and then it happened again after i ignored it before. i thought it was weird, so i decided to take a shower. and when i press my hand against my chest.. not hard, and you have to focus to feel your heart beat, when i just put my hand on my chest... i felt my heart beat hard. for some odd reason, i wasn't running or anything. i'm not sure if i'm allergic to anything.. but while i was working at my job, in a restaurant, my arm started itching out of nowhere... i don't do anything that deals with food, i didn't eat anything either. i'm a hostess, and i was just waiting for customers to come in. i scratched my arm, and little bumps came up. like how you have goose bumps? it came out like that, it kind of started itching, so i started scratching. and now it's red... my parents tried putting on different kinds of medicine, but none of them seems to be working. it's really worrying me, how my skin is always itching all the sudden when it used to not be like that. what's happening? please help me!
