Why am I paranoid?

Okay im 16/f to start off =]
My problem is that I am so insecure.
Like I know that my bf wont cheat on me, well I don't know like 100% because well... here is my reason.
Like this person i know told me a story about this really really handsome and well mannered Lawyer and he turned out to be a serial killer
Like its completely unthinkable but it happened ya know?
So that's the problem. I hear all these weird stories, especially see on tv about how her husband stabbed her like over 20 times when they were married happily and had 3 kids.
also all those stories and shows on how guys cheats on their girlfriends.

My ex from like 5th grade, well, he's been popping in my head everyday for like the past week, and I even had a dream about him last night. I miss him so much. I haven't even seen him in 3 years, but I just want to talk to him, so, so, badly. And see how he's doing (he moved a few years ago).
-His email changes now and then, and the one I have right now is no longer in use, so I don't know it.
-I don't know the address to the house he moved to.
-I don't know his screen name or whatever his email is now.
-I don't know his phone number or his cell (or if he even has one)
I want to talk to him so badly. All I know is the area he lives in. I want to talk to him! Please d...

flirting at work

Why would a guy flirt with you outragiously, show an interest in you, go out of his way just to talk to you if he's in another relationship?
This guy from work had been showing an interest in me since before Xmas. I always caught him staring at me, he'd smile when I entered the room, he'd rub my shoulder, joke around with me, and even my supervisor thought he liked me because he'd smile if she said I was working that night. Well anyways I thought he was single so I started flirting back. He got all freaked out for a while, and never asked me out. Well I found out he IS seeing someone. I think it's pretty serious too because I heard they are going on a holiday. My question is WHY on earth would he be flirting with me and showing...

OKay i had a conversation on AIM the other day and like i was talking to a boy in my class that i am okay friends with and i have had a crush on him for the LONGEST time.. but only my bestie knows about it and she wouldnt tell. Anyway we havent talked in like a month...so i dont understand what he means by this:
HIm: Hey
Me: Hey wut r you doing?
HIm: NOt much just thinking of you [<<what did he mean by that?? was he just kidding?]

Boss is a JERK

My bosses are jerks to all of their employees. This woman and her husband own the resturaunt and they don't treat us right. The woman has made all of the waitresses cry at one point or another because she gets in our faces and yells at us and accuses us of doing stuff wrong or not doing our job at all. We have confronted her about it and she just doesn't care. (she has even said so)
The man is also a jerk to us. He's always making fun of us if we forget something or make a simple mistake or if we have a question.
It really bothers all of us.
Now they are telling us that they don't want any employees under the age of 21 to work for them due to the alcohol serving issue with us being underage. ...

my boss

i work in a restuarant and my boss is really weird. he's like in his thirties but always hits on me and asks me when im finally gonna let him take me home. it makes me really uncomfortable but i dont knw what to do about it. i asked him to stop but he just tells me to stop teasing him and that he knows i want him.
plz help if you have any advice.

well okay im a 16/f and everywhere i go people from my school that i see like at the mall or on myspace or even at school always make fun of me. its like they hate me. and they'll say stuff like o your soo hairy thats why no one likes u or your anorexic bitch and this has been happening to me since6th grade. none of my other friends get made fun of so why me? i try to ignore people but they keep making fun of me. what should i do?

16/f.. so i am sooo sick of being known as the shy quiet girl. i went to a private school up until 9th grade, where my group of friends & i were basically known to never talk [which was bull bc we did but we werent so loud & out there]. i thought when i changed schools itd be a whole new beginning. it has been a little bit as ive been forced to open up and make friends, but soo many people still say im always soo quiet and never say anything. Im 13/f and been going out with this guy for 5 months almost 6 months. Everyday on the phone after we were done he goes, okay i got to go now, bye, love ya and i go ok bye love ya. but lately he has only been saying bye, and not even calling some nights. and i cant help but think he doesnt love me. :( am i paranoid? am i just crazy?
what are some signs of guys not loving you anymore?

New school

I am going to a new school next year and i met a couple of people. there is a really cute boy who is totally down to earth and really nice and funny. he hangs out with the people i know, and ive met him a couple of times. how can i get him to like me like i like him. (sorry for all the likes)

So my best guy friend (not bf) sort of hooked me up with this other guy (who's 13 and a rising 7th grader, but i'm a rising freshman) and we talk online sometimes and I think I would like to date him, because he thinks I'm pretty and everything and he likes me. (even though we haven't met in person)
oh but i do know that he's real because he goes to my best guy friend's school and they're good friends you know so this isn't just a random online hookup. so please don't say anything like "oh it's unsafe to do that".
Oh, but my best friend said that the guy said that I had to ask him out, not the other way around because he's shy i guess... should i do it?

I need to learn Spanish

I am depressed over this I need to learn spanish and I want to be able to understand it and speak it. My spanish teacher told me I can move to another country for a family and learn it for about a month. Is there any other options. I need to learn it.

Problem with Learning process.

I have been in Special Ed for almost all my life. Now I'm a smart person though I have a company and I work for a 2nd company. But I have missed alot of stuff back in my elementry year and even middle school. Its like as in math I don't know things right off. like example 25*11 things like that are subtracting, adding right off. I don't know what to do are how to get better. I don't know if I'm suffering from ad-d but I need to get better. I want to be smart and be in a regular class with my peers then in a special ed classroom

Boss who is Controlling and Micromanages

I wish Tania would quit - she replaced Bruce (our former manager whom all my coworkers loved). Tania is our Manager for six months now and lives two an half hours away - she travels five hours a day. She is very moody. In addition she micromanages (controlls every detail and has no respect for anyone). I dress really well, professional and in style. She called me in to her office yesterday and asked me why was I wearing pants that were showing my ankle. And why was I wearing navy pants with a purpley plum blazer with a blue (royal blue and sky blue) blouse. Then later on she called me into her office to tell me that I shouldnt socialize with my coworkers, they are busier than I am. When she is there my coworkers and I all we do is ...

i just started a new job at a grocery store. they didnt put me on the schedule for tomorrow, but i think they may have just like forgotten about me. i just turned 16 2 days ago so now i can work like weekdays too .. and idk if i need new working papers or not either, i have to go in tomorrow to look at the schedule for sunday .. and idk why im nervous to like ask someone about the papers, or if they forgot about me .. im just nervous. i dont wanna be bothering anyone but i just dont even know who to talk to pleaseee help<3

What are some reasons why a single guy who you know likes you won't ask you out? I'm asking because there is a guy from work who has liked me since before Xmas. He knows I like him back yet he hasn't asked me out. Do you think he's waiting for me to make the first move?
