A Boss Who Bullies

I deleted the one I just posted because I realized that I left out crucial information: Yesterday I had a major fight with Tania and I spoke to our Human Resources person.Tania (the manager)has been picking fights with everyone.She fought with Nancy, she fought with Regina whose the quietist person on the face of the planet),she fought with Lenny, etc.Yesterday I was at Lennys terminal because I needed to look up a phone number.Tania saw me and said can I see you for a second.When I was in her office she then told me that I should not ever talk to my coworkers,that we are here to work, not talk to one another. My boyfriend is like a "nerd". It's hard to to explain why, but believe me, he is.
When I first started going out with him, I knew that he'd be very prude because he went out with my best friend a year ago, and they went out for 7 months, and he never even attempted to kiss her.
One year later, I went out with him, [ still am ]. He tried kissing me on the first day, and tried making out with me on the second.

INTERVIEW AT CARRABBAS!!!

Okay, so I have an interview tomorrow at Carrabbas Italian Bar & Grill, to be a hostess. And I am EXTREMELY nervous! Has anyone ever been to an interview similar to this one!? What will they ask me? What qualities of myself should I stress? I am so nervous it's ridiculous lol... Also, I'm 16, female, and this is my first job! I'm a very fun, bubbly, energetic person, and I'm always really happy. As I said, this is my first job excep one night I washed dishes at a restaurant with a friend because her friend who was supposed to work with her couldn't... but other than that, nothing! I put a video on youtube of me dancing, but i took it off. A ton of people saw it- and this one guy told a bunch of people that it was a video of me STRIPPIPNG! Then this one girl who was told that told EVERYONE else! Now everyone in my dance studio thinks i'm some stripper whore.
What can I do about this? i feel terrible and guilty. and i'm not even a stripper!

Well we have a school graduation dance on Tuesday. No one has asked is that ok? Does it mean that somethings wrong with me? I never dance at these things, should i ask someone to dance or would it be weird because im the new girl and i have only been here for one year?

hi friends, well i am in a country which has been rapidly developing over the years. people here are more ambitious nad have become more materialistic, change has been drastic. but here i am who is not ready to change. i don't hate money and good life but i am not very much mad about it, thanks to my family upbringing. i sometimes feel odd man out in this world, my views and obnjectives different from the crowd, how do i embrace this globalized world's changes. some one who has seen his country rapidly transforming should be able to give me proper advice. thank you

camp and friends

okay, this may sound kinda loserish, but this school yeah i made A LOT of new friends, and i became closer with my friends. me and my best friends have plans on fridays every single week, and i talk to my friends basically every day. it was my best school year. ever. now schools out, and i go to sleepaway camp for 2 months on friday. i dont want to stop this good year. im on a roll! i think im going to have a hard time at camp for two months. i cant ask this at camp, so ill ask it now. what can i do to make it feel like theyre with me, and make me less homesick. i dont mean writing letters, or bringing pictures to camp. i dont want to hear "youll get into the fun at camp and you wont be as homesick as you think" cause thats wrong...

Well I'm 15/f and I was wondering...do most guys in highschool look for girls that are really hot and have a good body? Cuz I mean I've had boyfriends, but nothing serious...a lot of guys and girls think I'm pretty but I don't have that "amazing body". I've been told I'm really sweet and I do have lots of guy friends who are considered "hot". But i don't know, I don't see myself as a hot girl whose girlfriend material. I want a serious boyfriend and stuff. So basically my question is...what do guys look for in girls? Do they have to be hot and skinny or does personality count too? Sorry this was kind of long...but I really appreciate the help :D

I'm going to describe how I dress and I would like you to try to classify me as whatever typical highschool clique you think i sound like.(prep, goth, etc.)
I have several vera bradley purses and I carry them often, I own 2 lacoste polos, but that's all the designer stuff i have. 99% of my clothes are from american eagle, Delia's, A&F, Aero, and Hollister. I also have some emo items from hot topic that I don't really wear that often though. I have really fair skin but I wear black eyeliner and black mascara. Always. I don't always wear jewelry, but a lot of times I'll wear a necklace from AE.
so what do I sound like to you? Oh, and if it helps- I'm always involved in theater. I don't know if that matters though.

okay so iam a 16/f and i have alot of problems. and mostly its because of my bad attitude. like at home whenever i don't get what i want or if my parents tell me to do something i get mad. and i have anger problems as well. and i don't know what to do about that. and also at school im always getting made fun of. and whenever i make friends i always end up losing them i don't know why they just get turned off.. and even when i go out with my parents people from my school and they start screaming my name. and my parents always think that they do that because of my bad attitude or because i did something to them. and im so sick of it. and sometimes i wish i could just die. i fel like i don't belong here. what should i do?

ok. so. im 13 and im going into 8th grade. but im going to a new school next year and its really small only like 20 people in each grade. and im like really shy and i only talk to my friends, so how can i make new friends at my new school becuase im like to shy to go up to someone and say " hi, im melanie........."and like what would you say after that? whats your name? that just sounds so stupid. and i really want a boyfriend this year. i've never had one before and ya. the only guys who like me are the nerdy ones and im ugly so that doesn't really help either.

I've known this guy, let's call him A. Then I have this friend that's a girl, let's call her B. I've known them both since kindergarten and A never acknowledged me, while B and her other friend just made fun of me and beat me up EVERY RECESS. It happened right in front of the teacher every time, but the teacher blamed me :( They'd pull on my hair, I wore a ponytail on each side of my head and they'd both take each side and pull on them. I used to try and hide from them every day because I was so afraid. Now I'm going into 8th grade when Summer's over. My boyfriend and I have been going out for 5, almost 6 months, and the whole time we have been going out i have been wondering and worrying thinking she liked my boyfriend. Her and my boyfriend went out for 2 months last year. okay so there is this one guy i met on myspace, and he goes to the other school in my city, and our schools are rivals, but he knows all of my friends, and we are really hitting it off, but we have not met yet, and we have a date comingup, but in one of his pix it looks like he has some acne, and i think to myself i get too shallow, and i dont want to hurt this guys feelings, but what if my shallowness effects the way i feel about him?

Here's my issue... I work at Subway and this guy in his mid-twenties came in. After making his sub he wanted dressing on it. So I put some on. then he started literally YELLING saying and I quote " think you put enough vinegar on that". "your so childish" "why don't you just put it in a bowl!"
he yelled it at me rudely. I almost started crying at the moment. I offered him a new sub and no charge he just denied and kept saying those remarks to me. I can't get what he said out of my head. it really hurt my feelings. and the thing is, that I didn't even put a lot of dressing on his sub.He really over-reacted..I'm just upset, over nothing I know.But he crossed the line of resepct. And any tips on how to forget about it. thanks. =(

Job Stress

I work in a convenience store and have to deal with some very difficult customers. It has almost become a daily occurrence.
I do my best to be helpful but some people are really rude. This is stressful, especially if we
are busy.
Do you think that people are just becoming more and more rude or could I be doing something better in dealing with my more difficult customers?
