divorce

today the day before my bday my mom comes right out with me and dad are getting a divorce. im freaking out and ive had a party with my friends for like 3 weeks so i cant bail out. what can i do? i know i cant change thier minds but my dad takes it out on me and my sibs and my moms all depressed. so i guess what im asking is if your parents got a divorce how did it turn out? should i be worried?

okay, so my mom is american and my dad is full mexican. Well, my dad gets mad at me for the simplest of things, like one time I got up to go to the bathroom at 11:30 on a weekend night, I got yelled at and my dad pitched a fit! And my mom is always saying rude things about me, like oh, honey, you can't do it. You won't pass that test! And my sister makes it worse by tattling on everything I do and hogging all my stuff. My family is freaking messed up! I'm the middle child by the way.I have an older brother whom I never get to see cuz he's so busy, and I was closest to him so it makes me mad/sad. My younger sister is teh evil one who people say is an angel! I'm really fed up with this crap....

How to gain my parents trust back?

Last week I was fired from my job for having marijuana on me. The job called the police and I was given a ticket for possession of marijuana. I've been in trouble before by my mom for marijuana and now that I got in trouble the other day, it seems like I'm never going to be able to go out again or even gain any privilegs back. I am sincere about not smoking or doing anything with drugs but my mom doesn't seem to believe me. How to I get this trust back from my mom??

My dad met his best friend in the army, his best friend got married and a couple years later so did my dad. They had me and my dads best friend and his wife became my god parents. I was very close to my god father. He was more like my second dad.
When my god father and god mother got divirced, he just left. My dad tried contacting him so many times, but he made it clear that he didn't want anything to do with us anymore. And my father finally let him be.

My parents fight sometimes and my dad almost left once but he didn't because he wanted to stay and raise us. I have a little brother too and he can be anoying. I mean I am really confused of whats going on. And then I have things I have to work on at school and then I go to church every week and my dad doesn't believe in God so he doesn't like me going but he still lets me. Then I like this guy so I'm confused about everything in my life. And my friend doesn't really treat me like a friend and she is the only thing I got. So any advice would be appreciated

okay im sortof freaking out a bit.
my friend alex gave me a condom as a joke.
obviously im not going to use it, i'm too young.
so i hid it in my purse.
i woke up this morning to my mom looking around my room!
i think she was about to read my diary or something.
but now i'm SO scared she'll find the condom.
i didntg know what to do so i opened the condom and threw it into the road.

My dad, he has no job. He complains about everyone and everything and does nothinng. When I argue with him to get a job we end up in a fist fight eventually. Well he does sell wood for 25 to 50 cents; he calls that a job. He stays home like everyday and does nothing. Im tired of it.
My mom works everyday, the last time she had a day off was 21 days ago. She smokes alot and shes also very stressed to keep this family going.
My brother and I, 14 & 12. Don't know what to do. I have to find someway to help my mom pay for the bills & everything. Any job ideas?

Well, I'm 16/male, and my mom caught me, uh... masterbating today. She just watched as I pulled my pants up and the porn was still playing. Fuck, I feel really embarassed now. She was already a paranoid mom (without any reason to be one) and it pisses me off to no end, sometimes I just start screaming and cursing at her because she wont leave me the fuck alone and its getting old. Now she wont even let me close my fucking doors because she thinks im gonna do it again! (and shes installing a porn-blocker). I never was close with my mom, and I don't feel comfortable talking to her about ANYTHING, but it's still pretty damn embarassing. so i got my best friend or i think so, lets call him bill. anyway hes really competitive with me like in skateboarding if he lands a trick i cant do hes always talking about it and wanting to go skating. Today I put on a pair of navy pants a red tee-shirt that has long sleeves and over that a blue and white stripped tee shirt. It was pretty. Any way around 10:30am my time my mother came into tell me something and that is when she asked me if I liked what I was wearing (and she already knew about a half hour what I was wearing). She said it is beautiful, but way out, but she wouldnt wear it. She kept giving me mixed messages - that it is beautiful, but she wouldnt wear it and do I really like it, and would I wear it to the restaurant that we were going to today with my sister, brother-in-law, and my 2 nephews. parents dont care

My parents don't really care about my health. About a month ago, I got a huge gash on my shoulder from a rusty, dirty piece of metal at a dirty amusement park, and they didn't let me get a tetnis shot.
When I broke my wrist, they wouldn't take me to a doctor until three days after, and when they did, they took me to a pediatrician.
I found out about a learning disorder, dyscalculia, and I really believe I have it. I'd like to see someone to screen me for it. But they won't let me see anyone.
Next time something happens and I want to see a doctor.
Also, any advice on how to get them to let me get checked out for the last one would be great.

my daughter is moving back east with her father

i am having a serious issue with my 20 yr old daughter! she is moving back east to live with her father. i hate this man. he has never done anything except try to beat me out the child support he was ordered to pay. plus when the kids would go to visit him, he only bad mouths me and i can't defend myself against his lies. he was not around to help support them or get them thru school. he also told both the kids that he could have done a better job raising them. they have both graduated high school with honors. my problem is i can no longer stand her. i asked her to stay here with her brother and me and help us financially which would benefit us all. she won't. if she steps on the plane i will not ever talk to her again. i am going to los...

OK...Well my mom can be a total bitch some times. I hate it when she does shit just to piss me off. Its like she wants to fight and argue. I try to just brush it off but some times I just want to crack. Grr. And my dad could care less about me. I use to be super close to him before he got remarried. He doesnt care about me or anyone anymore. He doesnt even call me. I stay into it with both of them all the time. Some times all I do is cry. It upsets me so much cause they act like they dont care.
Someone plz tell me what I can do to make this better. Im about to give up.

My dad and me uste to spend time with each other 24/7 since I was until I was about 12 or 13, when he started cheating on my mom. Then they got divorced, and now I never see him at all. We pretty much have had a fallen out ever since then. I would go see him but I don't like his family he has now. All they talk about when I'm around is how her kid gets drunk the night before and how her other kid whose younger than me cusses and smokes. So I pretty much don't like it so I don't tend on going down there, only time I go is when he makes me(court orders). hi. I have an 11 year old brother and i can't stand him and i am 14. He makes messes and he makes me so mad like he is trying to make me freak out. I try to ignore him but that doesn't work. Sometimes i have to babysit him and i really can't stand that. Ok this is going to sound gross but it is true. About a month ago I had a dream that someone was touching my boobs. It felt real so i told my friend. Later my friend told me that that wasn't a dream my little brother was touching my boobs!I almost barfed. That is so gross!! I have not told my mom this because she wouldn't believe me. I really don't want to live with him. How can I explain this to my mom with her believing me and how can i make this all stop?HELP!!!
